背景技术  目前,市场上公开了这样一种立铣刀,其结构特点是:由刀柄、刀体、刀齿和排屑槽组成,在刀柄一端的刀体上设置有数个刀齿和排屑槽,排屑槽设置在两相邻的刀齿之间,刀齿和排屑槽呈螺旋状设置在刀体上,其数个刀齿和排屑槽以相同的螺旋角对称地设置在刀体上,由于刀齿螺旋角为30°,在对铝材进行粗加工时,由于切削量较大,易造成刀刃粘屑、排屑不畅,导致刀具磨损加剧,切削能力下降,从而影响铣刀使用寿命。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种排屑容易、能提高使用寿命的硬质合金铝专用铣刀。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型硬质合金铝专用铣刀,由刀柄、刀体、刀齿和排屑槽组成,在刀柄一端的刀体上设置有刀齿和排屑槽,排屑槽设置在两相邻的刀齿之间,刀齿和排屑槽呈螺旋状设置在刀体上,二条刀齿和排屑槽呈45°-50°螺旋角设置在刀体上。
刀体直径为刀具外圆直径的50%。
刀齿的后刀面为曲面。
采用这种结构后,由于在刀体上设置了二条呈45°-50°螺旋角的刀齿和使刀体直径为刀具外圆直径的50%,从而使刀齿逐渐切入和切离工件,大大提高了铣削的平稳性,减小了切削力,使铣削更加平稳,同时,也增加了排屑槽的容屑空间,使排屑更加畅顺。

1.一种硬质合金铝专用铣刀,由刀柄、刀体、刀齿和排屑槽组成,在刀柄一端的刀体上设置有刀齿和排屑槽,排屑槽设置在两相邻的刀齿之间,刀齿和排屑槽呈螺旋状设置在刀体上,其特征在于:二条刀齿(2)和排屑槽(3)呈45°-50°螺旋角设置在刀体(1)上。
