背景技术
在橡胶制品的生产过程中，广泛的使用橡胶模具。习用的橡胶模具皆为一副模具与一台注塑机注射口相配，生产时，需经过合模、注射、开模、取料等多个工艺步骤，这几个工艺步骤在同一机台完成时就需耗费较多的时间。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种生产周期较短的旋转型芯橡胶模具。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
本实用新型是一种旋转型芯橡胶模具，它主要由两套芯子和旋转平台组成；所述的旋转平台主要由转轴、旋转架组成，所述的旋转架的中部可旋转的套接在转轴上，旋转架自转轴处向外延伸的两臂上分别安装一套芯子，两套芯子围绕转轴旋转，其中一套芯子的入料口可与注射机的注射口相对。
采用上述方案后，由于本实用新型两套芯子通过旋转平台可分别与注塑机注射口相配，一套芯子进行合模、注射的同时，另一套芯子可进行开模、取料等操作，从而大大节约生产时间，生产周期较短，生产效率较高。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是一种旋转型芯橡胶模具，它主要由两套芯子1、2和旋转平台3组成。
所述的旋转平台3主要由转轴31和旋转架32组成。所述的旋转架32的中部可旋转的套接在转轴31上，旋转架32自转轴31处向外延伸的两臂上分别安装一套芯子1、2，两套芯子1、2围绕转轴31旋转，其中一套芯子1或2的入料口可与注射机的注射口相对。
本实用新型的工作原理：
生产时，一套芯子1与注塑机注射口相，进行合模、注射操作，与此同时，另一套芯子2旋转机台外部，进行开模、取料等操作，从而大大节约生产时间，生产周期较短，生产效率较高。
本实用新型的重点就在于：在一个机台上同时设置两套芯子。
