背景技术
风扇叶通常分为轴芯圆、叶片内圆、叶片外圆，如果轴芯圆、叶片内圆、叶片外圆的同心度不好，风扇叶在转动的时候会出现抖动、旋转不稳定、与周边发生摩擦、发出噪音等不良现象。
现有风扇叶片模具中的模仁为方形，该方形的模仁中间内孔通常只能采用线切割方式加工，而采用线切割方式加工的模仁，方模仁中间内孔与方模仁四边的同心度无法得到保证，也就无法保证叶片内圆、叶片外圆、轴芯圆的同心度，产品的质量也就不够高。

本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种风扇叶模具，以提高风扇叶的叶片内圆、叶片外圆、轴芯圆的同心度。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种风扇叶模具，包括公模及母模，所述公模及母模内分别置公模仁及母模仁，其特征在于：所述公模仁与母模仁为圆形模仁。
优选的，所述公模仁与母模仁包括轴芯圆、叶片内圆及叶片外圆。
本实用新型的优点在于：本实用新型采用将模仁设计成圆形，可以利用高精度的磨床将模仁的外圆、叶片内圆以及轴芯圆用内外圆磨床磨削加工而成，保证扇叶轴芯圆、叶片内圆、叶片外圆的同心度，精度远高于采用线切割加工的模仁的轴芯圆、叶片内圆、叶片外圆的同心度。

参见附图所示，一种风扇叶模具，包括公模及母模，所述公模及母模内分别置公模仁及母模仁，公模仁与母模仁为圆形模仁。所述公模仁与母模仁包括轴芯圆1、由轴芯圆向外延伸的叶片内圆2、由风扇叶外层形成的叶片外圆3。由于本实用新型将模仁设计成圆形，可采用高精度的磨床对风扇叶模具进行磨削加工，完成轴芯圆、叶片内圆、叶片外圆的成型，使得轴芯圆、叶片内圆、叶片外圆达到非常高的同心度。以这种模具注塑成型的风扇叶性能优越，同心度高，转动的时候其平衡值小，不会出现抖动、噪音小、摩擦小等。
