本实用新型提供一种斜顶装置,包括小斜顶和上顶针板,小斜顶的上端置于动模仁中,小斜顶的下端连接于圆形斜顶座上,圆形斜顶座固定在上顶针板上;其中,圆形斜顶座的底部设有方形凸台,相对应地,上顶针板上设有方形凹槽,圆形斜顶座的方形凸台与上顶针板的方形凹槽相配。通过设置圆形斜顶座,使小斜顶的长度减短一半左右,增加了小斜顶的强度,避免小斜顶变形导致的脱模不畅,甚至模具的损毁;斜顶座由方形改为圆形,取消了导滑块,保证小斜顶的动作完成,模架上都是圆孔,加工更省时省力,圆形斜顶座的底部设计为方形凸台,方形凸台嵌入上顶针板的方形凹槽中,可防止其转动,保证顶出效果。

背景技术
在传统斜顶设计中,斜顶比较长,且厚度方向较薄,顶出时容易变形,尤其在多腔模具,斜顶小且数量多的情况下,易弯曲。

本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种斜顶装置。 
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现: 
斜顶装置,包括小斜顶和上顶针板,特点是:所述小斜顶的上端置于动模仁中,小斜顶的下端连接于圆形斜顶座上,圆形斜顶座固定在上顶针板上。 
进一步地,上述的斜顶装置,其中,所述圆形斜顶座的底部设有方形凸台,相对应地,上顶针板上设有方形凹槽,圆形斜顶座的方形凸台与上顶针板的方形凹槽相配。 
本实用新型技术方案的实质性特点和进步主要体现在: 
本实用新型设计独特颖,通过设置圆形斜顶座,使小斜顶的长度减短一半左右,增加了小斜顶的强度,杜绝变形,避免小斜顶变形导致的脱模不畅,甚至模具的损毁,减少停产的时间,增加了产量,提高了生产的安定性。斜顶座由方形改为圆形,取消了导滑块,保证小斜顶的动作完成,模架上都是圆孔,加工更省时省力,圆形斜顶座的底部设计为方形凸台,方形凸台嵌入上顶针板的方形凹槽中,可以防止其转动,保证顶出效果。 适合多腔模具,斜顶小且数量多的情况,安装快捷,使用方便。

如图1所示,斜顶装置,包括小斜顶1和上顶针板5,小斜顶1的上端置于动模仁2中,小斜顶1的下端连接于圆形斜顶座3上,圆形斜顶座3固定在上顶针板5上;其中,圆形斜顶座3的底部设有方形凸台4,相对应地,上顶针板5上设有方形凹槽,圆形斜顶座的方形凸台4与上顶针板的方形凹槽相配。 
通过设置圆形斜顶座3,使小斜顶1的长度减短一半左右,增加了小斜顶的强度,杜绝变形,避免小斜顶变形导致的脱模不畅,甚至模具的损毁,减少停产的时间,增加了产量,提高了生产的安定性。斜顶座由方形改为圆形,取消了导滑块,保证小斜顶的动作完成,这样模架上都是圆孔,加工更省时省力,圆形斜顶座3的底部设计为方形凸台4,方形凸台4嵌入上顶针板的方形凹槽中,可以防止其转动,保证顶出效果。适合多腔模具,斜顶小且数量多的情况,安装快捷,使用方便。
