Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种圆柱形电池的结构,适用于圆柱形蓄电池,它包括金属质壳体,在壳体内设有填充物和内电极;所述壳体上端部,并排设有相互绝缘的电极一和电极二;电极一与内电极导通,电极二与壳体导通。本实用新型正负两极柱均为电池顶部出线,克服了传统设计的缺点,便于安装维护、便于辅助散热措施的设计实施,且便于应用期间检查维护,对于较大功率锂电池优势明显。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电池结构,尤其涉及一种圆柱形电池的结构。
背景技术
圆柱形电池是较为传统的一种蓄电池结构,其具有容积大、节省空间、利于装配使用的优点。现有圆柱形电池,通常将电池壳体作为正极或在底部引出线,负极在顶部以极柱形式出线,电极结构虽然比较简单,但不利于成组安装应用,需要在两处出线,尤其不利于较大功率电池的安装和辅助散热措施的设计实施,且不利于应用中检查维护。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有圆柱形锂电池两电极分别设置在两端,不便于安装维护的缺陷,提供一种圆柱形电池的结构,它通过将电池正负两极柱同时设置在电池壳体一端部,从而实现方便于安装维护的目的。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种圆柱形电池的结构,包括金属质壳体,在壳体内设有填充物和内电极;所述壳体上端部,并排设有相互绝缘的电极一和电极二;电极一与内电极导通,电极二与壳体导通。
所述壳体为一上端敞开的罐体,且其敞开处连接封闭有一壳盖;所述电极二固定在壳盖上;电极一为一T字形体,其下端穿透壳盖与内电极连接,在电极一与壳盖间、内电极与壳盖间均设有绝缘垫片。
所述电极一、电极二及壳盖均为金属材质,壳盖与壳体开口形状适配且紧密连接;所述电极一、电极二之间留有间隙。
所述壳盖上还设有一穿透其正反面的注液孔。
所述壳盖上面与电极一之间的绝缘垫片上部还设有一钢垫片。
本实用新型通过将电池正负两极柱同时设置在电池壳体上端部,克服了传统设计的缺点,便于安装维护、便于辅助散热措施的设计实施,且便于应用期间检查维护,对于较大功率锂电池优势明显。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示一种圆柱形电池的结构,包括金属质壳体5,壳体5为一上端敞开的罐体,且其敞开处通过连接一壳盖7实现封闭。在壳体5内还设有填充物和内电极4。所述壳体5上端部,并排设有相互绝缘的电极一1和电极二6。所述电极一1、电极二6及壳盖7均为金属材质。电极一为一T字形体,其下端穿透壳盖7与内电极4连接导通;电极二6固定在壳盖7上,并通过壳盖7与壳体5紧密连接实现电极二6与壳体5之间的导通。所述电极一1与电极二6相互绝缘是通过使两电极间留有一点的间隙来实现的。并且在电极一1与壳盖7间、内电极4与壳盖7间均设置绝缘垫片3,从而保证了内电极4及电极一1不会因与壳盖7碰触而短路。在壳盖7上部的一个绝缘垫片3与电极一1之间的设有一钢垫片2,以保证垫片3与电极一1的连接可靠。所述壳盖7上还设有一穿透其正反面的注液孔8。所电极一1和电极二6电极性为一正一负。
当然,所述壳体也可以是绝缘材质,电极二通过另设导体与壳体连接导通。所述壳体内部结构参照现有技术。
本实用新型正负两极柱均为顶部出线,克服了传统设计的缺点,便于安装维护、便于辅助散热措施的设计实施,且便于应用期间检查维护,对于较大功率锂电池优势明显。上述仅为本实用新型优选实施例,凡在此基础上做的结构、构件等效替换,均当属落入本专利保护范围。

1.一种圆柱形电池的结构,包括金属质壳体(5),在壳体(5)内设有填充物和内电极(4),其特征在于:所述壳体(5)上端部,并排设有相互绝缘的电极一(1)和电极二(6);电极一(1)与内电极(4)导通,电极二(6)与壳体(5)导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种圆柱形电池的结构,其特征在于:所述壳体(5)为一上端敞开的罐体,且其敞开处连接封闭有一壳盖(7);所述电极二(6)固定在壳盖(7)上;电极一(1)为一T字形体,其下端穿透壳盖(7)与内电极(4)连接,在电极一(1)与壳盖(7)间、内电极(4)与壳盖(7)间均设有绝缘垫片(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种圆柱形电池的结构,其特征在于:所述电极一(1)、电极二(6)及壳盖(7)均为金属材质,壳盖(7)与壳体(5)开口适配且紧密连接;所述电极一(1)、电极二(6)之间留有间隙。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种圆柱形电池的结构,其特征在于:所述壳盖(7)上还设有一穿透其正反面的注液孔(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种圆柱形电池的结构,其特征在于:所述壳盖(7)上面与电极一(1)之间的绝缘垫片(3)上部还设有一钢垫片(2)。
