Abstract
本实用新型提供一种焊接螺母,包括一螺母本体和一沿螺母本体的径向外表面向外凸出的凸缘,凸缘呈齿轮状,包括一圈位于外周缘的齿。当焊接螺母被焊接到一部件例如PCB板上时,多余的焊锡会从凸缘的齿间渗出,从而使得焊接螺母不会倾斜,多余的焊锡和齿结合,增加了连接的牢固性,同时使得焊接螺母受力均匀。

本实用新型涉及一种焊接螺母。
背景技术
电子产品上有时候会使用到焊接螺母来连接不同的部件。使用时,将焊接螺母焊接到一第一部件例如PCB板上,再将一螺钉穿过一第二部件上的孔,和焊接螺母配合,从而连接上述两部件。
焊接时如果焊锡过多,则可能会导致焊锡层厚薄不均,从而使得焊接螺母倾斜,如果焊锡过少,则焊接螺母不能被牢固的焊接到该第一部件上,从而不能保证上述两部件连接的牢固性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种焊接螺母,其可以保证被牢固的焊接到一部件上,且不会倾斜。
所述焊接螺母包括一螺母本体和一沿螺母本体的径向外表面向外凸出的凸缘,凸缘呈齿轮状,包括一圈位于外周缘的齿。
当焊接螺母被焊接到一部件例如PCB板上时,多余的焊锡会从凸缘的齿间渗出,从而使得焊接螺母不会倾斜,多余的焊锡和齿结合,增加了连接的牢固性,同时使得焊接螺母受力均匀。

具体实施方式
请参考图1、图2,其揭示了本实用新型一优选实施方式的焊接螺母10。该焊接螺母10包括一螺母本体20及一沿螺母本体20的径向外表面向外凸出的凸缘30,在本实施方式中,凸缘30位于螺母本体20径向的中部,从而将螺母本体20分成一连接端22和一插入端23,在其他实施方式中,凸缘30也可位于螺母本体20的一端。
螺母本体20上沿径向形成有连接孔21,在本实施方式中,该连接孔21为螺孔,在其他实施方式中,该连接孔21也可为无螺纹的圆孔,并采用自攻螺钉攻入该连接孔21,和螺母10连接。
凸缘30呈齿轮状,包括一圈位于外周缘的齿31。
请参考图3、图4,一PCB板50上形成有安装孔51,该安装孔51的直径大于螺母本体20的插入端23的直径,而小于凸缘30的直径,并且安装孔51的高度等于或大于插入端23的高度。
当安装时,在PCB板50上绕安装孔51涂上一层焊锡60,将焊接螺母10的插入端23插入安装孔51中,且凸缘30的底面和焊锡60接触,通过焊接使得焊锡60融化,连接螺母10和PCB板50,多余的焊锡60从凸缘30的齿31之间渗透出来,从而保证螺母10不会倾斜。焊锡60和齿31结合,增加了焊接的牢固性,同时保证受力均匀。
Claims (4)
1.一种焊接螺母,其包括一螺母本体,其特征在于:还包括一沿螺母本体的径向外表面向外凸出的凸缘,凸缘呈齿轮状,包括一圈位于外周缘的齿。
2.如权利要求1所述的焊接螺母,其特征在于:所述凸缘位于螺母本体径向的中部。
3.如权利要求1所述的焊接螺母,其特征在于:螺母本体上沿径向形成有连接孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的焊接螺母,其特征在于:所述连接孔为螺孔。
