多工位连续冲压模具所用的坯料大都为卷料,它与多工位连续冲压模具配合可在一套模具中完成冲孔、下料、冲槽、弯曲等多道工步,自动化程度高。习用的用于多工位连续冲压模具的电池壳坯料,在冲制凸包的工步中,由于鼓起的凸包会使余料向周边挤压,使得坯料鼓起变形,影响卷料的顺利传送,严重时会造成工件的损坏。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保持坯料平整输送的用于多工位冲压模具电池壳坯料的改进结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:

本实用新型的重点就在于:在凸包的周边冲制切断线和通孔。
