本实用新型属于汽车部件之间的连接构造技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种汽车变速器输出轴与传动轴之间的密封连接结构。
背景技术
汽车发动机的动力输出经变速器变速后再经传动轴传递到车桥上，变速器输出轴与传动轴之间为花键连接，传动轴的连接端为花键套且伸入变速器壳体内与变速器输出轴连接，为防止外界灰尘不进入变速器壳体内且变速器壳体内的机油不会外漏，需要在变速器输出轴与传动轴之间设置密封部件。现有变速器输出轴与传动轴之间的密封部件是一个单唇骨架油封，油封的唇部只套装有一根弹簧，弹力不够，油封唇部与传动轴之间的贴合不够紧密，因此容易漏油，从目前市场上对465、474系列汽车发动机变速器的质量反馈来看，该连接部位的漏油问题占了变速器总成质量的30％左右。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种经过改进设计的汽车变速器输出轴与传动轴之间的密封连接结构，该结构密封更为可靠，能明显减少变速器输出轴漏油的质量问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的汽车变速器输出轴与传动轴之间的密封连接结构，传动轴伸入变速器壳体内的一端与变速器输出轴之间为花键连接，在传动轴上套装有油封，油封为双唇双弹簧骨架油封，油封位于变速器壳体内壁的油封座孔里。
油封采用双唇双弹簧的骨架油封结构，在轴向上，传动轴与油封之间有两处贴合，起到了双保险的作用；采用两根弹簧，增大了油封与传动轴之间的压力，使油封能更紧密地贴合在传动轴上，从而提高了变速器输出轴与传动轴之间密封的可靠性。
本实用新型取得的技术效果是：变速器输出轴与传动轴之间的密封更加可靠，明显减少了变速器输出轴漏油的质量问题。

如图所示，汽车变速器输出轴与传动轴之间的密封连接结构，传动轴1伸入变速器壳体2内的一端与变速器输出轴3之间为花键连接，在传动轴1上套装有油封4，油封4为双唇双弹簧骨架油封，油封4位于变速器壳体2内壁的油封座孔里。采用双唇骨架油封，在轴向上，传动轴与油封之间有两处贴合，起到了双保险的作用；采用两根弹簧，增大了油封与传动轴之间的压力，使油封能更紧密地贴合在传动轴上，从而提高了变速器输出轴与传动轴之间密封的可靠性。
油封4上的两个弹簧为卡簧，它们轴向并排卡套在油封4的唇部，这样结构简单，占用的空间小。

1.一种汽车变速器输出轴与传动轴之间的密封连接结构，传动轴(1)伸入变速器壳体(2)内的一端与变速器输出轴(3)之间为花键连接，在传动轴(1)上套装有油封(4)，其特征在于：所述油封(4)为双唇双弹簧骨架油封，油封(4)位于变速器壳体(2)内壁的油封座孔里。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车变速器输出轴与传动轴之间的密封连接结构，其特征在于：所述油封(4)上的两个弹簧为卡簧，它们轴向并排卡套在油封(4)的唇部。
