背景技术现有端头法兰轴基本采用整体式结构,在轴的中心位置呈轴向方向加工有通孔,轴的外表面加工成阶梯状,轴的一端加工成法兰盘状,因此,该结构存在加工难度较大、成本较高等不足,尤其是在使用过程中,由于汽车的承载力通过轮胎、钢圈、轮毂、轴承传递到端头法兰轴上,在端头法兰轴直径变化处形成应力集中,因此,较易发生端头法兰轴断裂现象.
发明内容  本实用新型的目的是提供一种加工简单、成本低、又能减少在使用中发生断裂的套管式端头法兰轴.
为达到上述目的,本实用新型套管式端头法兰轴,由半轴套管和端头法兰组成,半轴套管的一端置于端头法兰内,并呈过盈配合.
在半轴套管和端头法兰上加工有圆柱销孔,在圆柱销孔内设置有能防止半轴套管在端头法兰转动和移动的销.
采用这种结构后,因其采用分体式结构,既端头法兰轴分为半轴套管和端头法兰,解决了加工难度较大、成本较高等问题,特别是解决了原产品结构因应力集中而导致在使用中易发生断裂的缺陷,从而大大地提高了产品的使用寿命、车辆的安金性和工作效率.

2.根据权利要求1所述的套管式端头法兰轴,其特征在于:在半轴套管(1)和端头法兰(3)上加工有圆柱销孔(2),在圆柱销孔(2)内设置有能防止半轴套管(1)在端头法兰(3)转动和移动的销.
