背景技术:现有的无内胎车轮,拆装边的胎圈座与底槽为5°和15°直线过渡,容易产生应力集中,使车轮在使用的过程中底槽易破碎,该种结构为传统的结构。为了提高车轮强度,降低产品重量,目的是为了节省钢材资源,降低整车的油耗,传统的技术已不能满足现有的使用情况。
发明内容:本实用新型的目的是提供一种能提高轮辋的强度,延长车轮的使用寿命,可降低车轮的自身重量,节省资源一种无内胎高强度车轮。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种无内胎高强度车轮,其特征是在车轮轮辋的拆装边部位上的胎圈座与底槽之间设直线过渡连接。
由于采用上述技术方案,在车轮的拆装边,在胎圈座与底槽的过渡部位加一直线过渡,具有提高了轮辋的强度,延长车轮的使用寿命,可降低车轮的自身重量,节省资源的优点。
