背景技术
现有的绳索是由多根单丝捻合成绳纱,再由多根绳纱捻合成绳股后,最后由多股绳股拧绞成绳索。因为所有的单丝采用同一种材料制成,故绳索的性能单一,适应性差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有多种性能,适应性好的混合绳索。
本实用新型由多股绳股相互拧绞而成,所述每股绳股由多根绳纱相互捻合而成,每根绳纱则由若干根纤维或单丝捻合而成,上述捻合每根绳纱的若干根纤维或单丝由两种或两种以上材料制成。
作为本实用新型的改进,所述绳纱由超强高分子聚乙烯涤纶丙纶长丝纤维材料或丙纶单丝制成。
与现有的采用单一材料制成的绳索相比,本实用新型中用于捻合绳索的绳纱由两种或两种以上材料制成,由于选用两种或两种以上材料制成绳索,绳索具有多种性能,可适用不同的环境。
由超强高分子聚乙烯纤维材料制成的单丝和由涤纶纤维材料制成的单丝混合捻合而成的绳索,不仅具有超强高分子聚乙烯纤维的高强力特性,而且具有涤纶纤维材料的耐磨特性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,绳索1由三股绳股2相互拧绞而成,所述每股绳股2由若干根绳纱3相互捻合而成,每根绳纱3则由若干根单丝4捻合而成,捻合每根绳纱3的若干根单丝包括两种材料制成的不同单丝4,优选地,本实施方式中的绳纱3由超强高分子聚乙烯涤纶丙纶长丝纤维材料或丙纶单丝4制成。
而且,本实用新型中的绳索不限于是由三根绳股捻合而成,也可由四股、六股、八股等数目的绳股拧绞而成。

1、一种混合绳索,由多股绳股相互拧绞而成,所述每股绳股由多根绳纱相互捻合而成,每根绳纱则由若干根纤维或单丝捻合而成,其特征在于:上述捻合每根绳纱的若干根纤维或单丝由两种或两种以上材料制成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种混合绳索,其特征在于:所述绳纱由超强高分子聚乙烯涤纶丙纶长丝纤维材料或丙纶单丝制成。
