背景技术
现有的化纤绳索是由多根化纤单丝捻合成绳纱,再由多根绳纱捻合成绳股后,最后由多股绳股拧绞成绳索。一般化纤绳索不耐高温,不耐磨,抗拉性能差,伸长率高,而且不具有耐腐蚀的特点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温,耐磨,抗拉,伸长率低,耐腐蚀,柔软的金属纤维绳索。
本实用新型由多股绳股相互拧绞而成,所述每股绳股由多根绳纱相互捻合而成,每根绳纱则由多根由不锈钢纤维制成的单丝捻合而成。
与现有的化纤绳索相比,本实用新型绳索具有高强力和耐1300℃以上高温的特性,而且具有耐磨、耐腐蚀、抗拉、低伸长率的金属特性,在潮湿环境下不会产生锈斑,同时具有化纤绳索柔软的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,绳索1由三股绳股2相互拧绞而成,所述每股绳股2由若干根绳纱3相互捻合而成,每根绳纱3则由若干根由不锈钢纤维制成的单丝4捻合而成。
本实用新型中的绳索不限于由三股绳股拧绞而成,也可由五股、六股等数量的绳股拧绞而成。
