本发明公开了一种新型绳缆，包括中心的绳芯，所述绳芯外缘绞合有六股主绳股,所述主绳股包括有中央的钢丝，所述钢丝外绞合有六股副绳股，所述副绳股由多个碳纤维丝和多个不锈钢纤维丝捻合而成。本发明通过采用碳纤维丝和不锈钢纤维丝为原材料，以其独有的特点提高了绳缆强度，抗拉性，耐腐性；并在绳芯外端包有陶瓷化防火耐火带，提高了绳缆的抗晒能力；通过主绳股由六股副绳股绳绞合，提高额绳缆的紧固性；主绳股内加入钢丝，提高了绳缆的抗拉性。

技术领域
本发明涉及绳缆技术领域，具体涉及一种新型绳缆。
背景技术
绳缆通常由两根以上绳股编织组成，每根绳股则由单一的化纤材料拧绞组成，众所周知，化纤材料的性能属性直接反映了绳缆的性能特征。而现有单一的化纤维材料制成的绳缆不能广泛地应用，特别是能与船舶制造、远洋运输及海洋工程等领域形成配套，而且部分绳缆存在耐磨性不够、能够承受的拉力有限的技术问题。
针对上述不足，需要设计和开发一种新型绳缆，能够补足上述各个缺点。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题，本发明提供一种新型绳缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现：
一种新型绳缆，包括中心的绳芯，所述绳芯外缘绞合有六股主绳股 ,所述主绳股包括有中央的钢丝，所述钢丝外绞合有六股副绳股，所述副绳股由多个碳纤维丝和多个不锈钢纤维丝捻合而成。
优选的，所述碳纤维丝和不锈钢纤维丝的直径比例为1:1，且数量相同。
优选的，所述绳芯外端紧包有陶瓷化防火耐火带，所述陶瓷化防火耐火带设在绳芯和主绳股中央。
优选的，所述钢丝外端涂有耐磨胶。
优选的，所述六股副绳股中三股为Z捻向，三股为S捻向。
与现有的技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1)碳纤维丝和不锈钢纤维丝以其独有的特点提高了绳缆强度，抗拉性，耐腐性；
2)通过在绳芯外端包有陶瓷化防火耐火带，提高了绳缆的抗晒能力；
3)通过主绳股由六股副绳股绳绞合，提高额绳缆的紧固性；
4)通过在主绳股内加入钢丝，提高了绳缆的抗拉性。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述：
如图1所示，一种新型绳缆，包括中心的绳芯，所述绳芯1外缘绞合有六股主绳股2,所述主绳股2包括有中央的钢丝22，所述钢丝22外绞合有六股副绳股21，所述副绳股21由多个碳纤维丝211和多个不锈钢纤维丝212捻合而成。
所述碳纤维丝211和不锈钢纤维丝212的直径比例为1:1，且数量相同。
所述绳芯1外端紧包有陶瓷化防火耐火带，所述陶瓷化防火耐火带设在绳芯1和主绳股2中央。
所述钢丝22外端涂有耐磨胶。
所述六股副绳股21中三股为Z捻向，三股为S捻向。

1.一种新型绳缆，包括中心的绳芯，所述绳芯（1）外缘绞合有六股主绳股（2）,其特征在于：所述主绳股（2）包括有中央的钢丝（22），所述钢丝（22）外绞合有六股副绳股（21），所述副绳股（21）由多个碳纤维丝（211）和多个不锈钢纤维丝（212）捻合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绳缆，其特征在于：所述碳纤维丝（211）和不锈钢纤维丝（212）的直径比例为1:1，且数量相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绳缆，其特征在于：所述绳芯（1）外端紧包有陶瓷化防火耐火带，所述陶瓷化防火耐火带设在绳芯（1）和主绳股（2）中央。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绳缆，其特征在于：所述钢丝（22）外端涂有耐磨胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绳缆，其特征在于： 所述六股副绳股（21）中三股为Z捻向，三股为S捻向。
