本发明公开了一种新型绳缆,包括中心的绳芯,所述绳芯外缘绞合有六股主绳股,所述主绳股包括有中央的钢丝,所述钢丝外绞合有六股副绳股,所述副绳股由多个碳纤维丝和多个不锈钢纤维丝捻合而成。本发明通过采用碳纤维丝和不锈钢纤维丝为原材料,以其独有的特点提高了绳缆强度,抗拉性,耐腐性;并在绳芯外端包有陶瓷化防火耐火带,提高了绳缆的抗晒能力;通过主绳股由六股副绳股绳绞合,提高额绳缆的紧固性;主绳股内加入钢丝,提高了绳缆的抗拉性。

技术领域
本发明涉及绳缆技术领域,具体涉及一种新型绳缆。
背景技术
绳缆通常由两根以上绳股编织组成,每根绳股则由单一的化纤材料拧绞组成,众所周知,化纤材料的性能属性直接反映了绳缆的性能特征。而现有单一的化纤维材料制成的绳缆不能广泛地应用,特别是能与船舶制造、远洋运输及海洋工程等领域形成配套,而且部分绳缆存在耐磨性不够、能够承受的拉力有限的技术问题。
针对上述不足,需要设计和开发一种新型绳缆,能够补足上述各个缺点。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种新型绳缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型绳缆,包括中心的绳芯,所述绳芯外缘绞合有六股主绳股 ,所述主绳股包括有中央的钢丝,所述钢丝外绞合有六股副绳股,所述副绳股由多个碳纤维丝和多个不锈钢纤维丝捻合而成。
优选的,所述碳纤维丝和不锈钢纤维丝的直径比例为1:1,且数量相同。
优选的,所述绳芯外端紧包有陶瓷化防火耐火带,所述陶瓷化防火耐火带设在绳芯和主绳股中央。
优选的,所述钢丝外端涂有耐磨胶。
优选的,所述六股副绳股中三股为Z捻向,三股为S捻向。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)碳纤维丝和不锈钢纤维丝以其独有的特点提高了绳缆强度,抗拉性,耐腐性;
2)通过在绳芯外端包有陶瓷化防火耐火带,提高了绳缆的抗晒能力;
3)通过主绳股由六股副绳股绳绞合,提高额绳缆的紧固性;
4)通过在主绳股内加入钢丝,提高了绳缆的抗拉性。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1所示,一种新型绳缆,包括中心的绳芯,所述绳芯1外缘绞合有六股主绳股2,所述主绳股2包括有中央的钢丝22,所述钢丝22外绞合有六股副绳股21,所述副绳股21由多个碳纤维丝211和多个不锈钢纤维丝212捻合而成。
所述碳纤维丝211和不锈钢纤维丝212的直径比例为1:1,且数量相同。
所述绳芯1外端紧包有陶瓷化防火耐火带,所述陶瓷化防火耐火带设在绳芯1和主绳股2中央。
所述钢丝22外端涂有耐磨胶。
所述六股副绳股21中三股为Z捻向,三股为S捻向。

1.一种新型绳缆,包括中心的绳芯,所述绳芯(1)外缘绞合有六股主绳股(2),其特征在于:所述主绳股(2)包括有中央的钢丝(22),所述钢丝(22)外绞合有六股副绳股(21),所述副绳股(21)由多个碳纤维丝(211)和多个不锈钢纤维丝(212)捻合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绳缆,其特征在于:所述碳纤维丝(211)和不锈钢纤维丝(212)的直径比例为1:1,且数量相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绳缆,其特征在于:所述绳芯(1)外端紧包有陶瓷化防火耐火带,所述陶瓷化防火耐火带设在绳芯(1)和主绳股(2)中央。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绳缆,其特征在于:所述钢丝(22)外端涂有耐磨胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型绳缆,其特征在于: 所述六股副绳股(21)中三股为Z捻向,三股为S捻向。
