本实用新型涉及一种挤出机,特别是一种锥型单螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
是聚合物加工的主要设备之一,通过单螺杆挤出机中螺杆的旋转,聚合物经过预热、压缩、塑化、排气、均化、混炼进行挤出后,再进入后续成型设备,最终形成制品。现有技术中,不管单螺杆的长径比有何变化,其螺杆的直径始终保持不变,在要保证粉料聚合物以及蓬松物料均匀塑化的情况下,这种形式的螺杆已无法胜任,使得单螺杆挤出机在加工上述蓬松物料的聚合物时遇到很多问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中用均直径的螺杆制成的单螺杆挤出机在加工蓬松物料聚合物所存在的上述问题,提供一种锥型单螺杆挤出机。本实用新型设计一种锥型单螺杆挤出机,包括机架、电机、传动轮、减速箱、料斗、加热圈,其特征在于:在料斗下方为螺杆筒的后端,在螺杆筒的后端有开口与料斗相通,在螺杆筒内为一锥形孔,在螺杆筒的前端有开口,锥形孔的内径从螺杆筒的前端至后端渐大,在锥形孔内有相吻合的锥形螺杆。本实用新型的优点是可以对蓬松物料聚合物进行挤出成型加工。

具体实施方式
图中包括机架1、电机2、传动轮3、减速箱4、料斗5、加热圈11,其特征在于:在料斗5下方为螺杆筒6的后端,在螺杆筒6的后端有开口7与料斗5相通,在螺杆筒6内为一锥形孔8,在螺杆筒6的前端有开口9,锥形孔8的内径从螺杆筒6的前端至后端渐大,在锥形孔8内有相吻合的锥形螺杆10。由于压缩螺杆采用锥形螺杆10,因此具有较大的压缩率,当需要对蓬松物料聚合物进行塑化挤出时,料斗5中的物料落在锥形螺杆10粗端,此处有较大的落料空间,而随着锥形螺杆10的转动,蓬松物料聚合物被逐步压缩,其在锥形螺杆10的前推下,相对于同直径的螺杆而言,其空间变小率更大,因此可以适合于蓬松物料聚合物的挤出加工。
