Abstract

本发明公开了一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,包括加料系统、挤出系统,所述加料系统包括内部设有搅拌器的料斗,挤出系统包括锥形螺杆和顺次连接的机头、机筒、加料座,其中在机头、机筒和加料座内设有与锥形螺杆形状配合的锥形内腔,料斗底部设有与锥形内腔相通的进料口,锥形螺杆设置在锥形内腔中,沿加料座至机头方向,在锥形螺杆上顺次排列单螺纹结构的加料段、压缩段、计量段和混炼段,其中在计量段上,靠近压缩段侧的螺槽宽度小于靠近混炼段侧的螺槽宽度,在加料段至压缩段之间的锥形内腔的外壁上均布轴向的凹槽,且加料段侧的凹槽深度大于压缩段侧的凹槽深度。本发明产品的生产效率高,通用性强,挤出量稳定,操作方便,使用成本低。

一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料挤出机,尤其涉及一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机。
背景技术
在塑料的加工中,松散物料、大压缩比、高挥发、易分解的、多组分等塑料原料的加工比较困难,通常的加工方式是使用平行双螺杆或锥形双螺杆挤出机进行加工,其存在的不足是:设备的投资较大,能耗大,设备的损耗程度高,导致生产成本相应升高。
而在聚合物的物料加工中,目前常用的是单螺杆塑料挤出机,由于其螺杆外圆为圆柱形面,加料段、压缩段和计量段的螺纹外径相同,其结构导致其存在以下缺陷:1、难以获得较大的压缩比,2、难以承受较大的扭矩,3、对蓬松物料、粉状原料、薄片状原料、高填充物料(如钙塑材料、木塑材料)、热敏性物料等难以直接挤出成型,生产效率较低,生产成本高。改进后的锥形单螺杆挤出机具有锥形的螺杆,可以用于蓬松、高填充物料的塑炼和混合,但由于其螺杆全长为锥形,计量段的挤出不稳定,导致用塑料直接成型时产品不均匀,特别是在多组分塑料的混炼挤出时,混合质量差,添加物分布不均匀,容易引起产品质量缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种通用性强、生产效率高、结构简单且产品质量高的锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,包括加料系统、挤出系统、动力系统和加热冷却系统,所述加料系统包括内部设有搅拌器的料斗,挤出系统包括锥形螺杆和顺次连接的机头、机筒、加料座,其中在机头、机筒和加料座内设有与锥形螺杆形状配合的锥形内腔,料斗底部设有与锥形内腔相通的进料口,锥形螺杆设置在锥形内腔中,沿加料座至机头方向,在锥形螺杆上顺次排列单螺纹结构的加料段、压缩段、计量段和混炼段,其中在计量段上,靠近压缩段侧的螺槽宽度小于靠近混炼段侧的螺槽宽度,在加料段至压缩段之间的锥形内腔的外壁上均布轴向的凹槽,且加料段侧的凹槽深度大于压缩段侧的凹槽深度,动力系统包括与加料座侧的锥形螺杆连接的力矩电机,加热冷却系统包括设置在机筒外的加热器和冷却风扇。
料斗内设有搅拌器,可以强制向机筒内加料;沿物料运行方向,锥形螺杆的计量段螺槽宽度逐渐增大,从而可以保持螺槽容积不变,保证挤出量的稳定;在压缩段至加料口之间的锥形内腔外壁上设置的凹槽,可以将物料中混入的空气和其他挥发性气体向加料口方向排出,有利于充分对物料进行压缩剪切,提高其密实性;混合均匀度高,熔融效果好,可以用于处理高挥发性原料,整体结构简单,适用物料组分范围广泛,挤出量稳定,混合效果好,挤出质量稳定。
所述的锥形螺杆的混炼段表面设有平行的凸齿。混炼段的凸齿可以打乱固体和液体的流向,使固相和液相充分混合,有利于降低熔体的温度。
在所述加料座处的所述锥形内腔的外壁上设有与所述凹槽连通的排气槽。有利于排气和提高固体物料的输送效率。
在所述加料座内设有冷却水槽。对加料座进行直接冷却。
在所述加料座和所述机筒之间设有隔热垫。阻隔机筒和加料座之间的热交换,提高物料压缩熔融效率,降低能耗成本。
在所述力矩电机和锥形螺杆之间设有调整垫片。通过调整垫片可以调节力矩电机和锥形螺杆之间的距离,从而实现调整锥形螺杆和机筒内壁之间的间隙,延长其使用寿命,降低生产成本。
在所述机头外设有冷却风机。更容易控制机头部的温度,保证挤出的效果。
本发明的优点是:方便加工蓬松物料、粉状原料、薄片状原料、高填充物料、热敏性物料等原料,生产效率高,通用性强,挤出量稳定,操作方便,使用成本低。

具体实施方式
实施例:
参阅图1,一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,设置在机架26上,包括加料系统、挤出系统、动力系统和加热冷却系统,所述加料系统包括内部设有搅拌器7的料斗6,挤出系统包括锥形螺杆4和顺次连接的机头1、机筒2、加料座3,其中在机头1、机筒2和加料座3内设有与锥形螺杆4形状配合的锥形内腔5,料斗6的底部设有与锥形内腔5相通的进料口8,锥形螺杆4设置在锥形内腔5中,沿加料座3至机头1方向,在锥形螺杆4上顺次排列单螺纹结构的加料段9、压缩段10、计量段11和混炼段12,其中在计量段11上,靠近压缩段侧的螺槽13的宽度小于靠近混炼段侧的螺槽13的宽度,在加料段9至压缩段10之间的锥形内腔5的外壁上均布轴向的凹槽14,且加料段9侧的凹槽14深度大于压缩段10侧的凹槽14深度,混炼段12的表面均布平行的凸齿16,加料座3处的所述锥形内腔5的外壁上设有与凹槽14连通的排气槽15。在加料座3内设有冷却水槽21,可通入冷却水。动力系统包括与加料座3侧的锥形螺杆4连接的力矩电机17,在力矩电机17和锥形螺杆4之间设有调节垫片18,通过调整垫片18可以调节力矩电机17和锥形螺杆4之间的距离,从而调整锥形螺杆4与机筒2内壁之间的间隙。
加热冷却系统包括设置在机筒2外的加热器19和冷却风扇20,以及设置在机头1外部的冷却风机23。加热器19可以提高机筒内部温度,促使塑料原料熔融,为方便控制温度,增加冷却风扇20,以实现对机筒2内部温度的调节。同时在机头1外设有冷却风机23,可以有效的降低挤出时的物料温度,从而保证与固相充分混合后的液相能很快冷却,保证了挤出物料的混合均匀度。加料座3和机筒2之间设有隔热垫22,可以隔绝热量从机筒2向加热座3方向传导,避免物料过早熔融引起加料困难。整套设备的温度调节方便,冷热分离。
机筒2的一端通过支架24固定在机架26上,另一端通过调整垫片18支撑在力矩电机17上,控制系统25可以精确控制力矩电机的转速以及机筒2、机头1处的温度。
料斗6内设有搅拌器7,可以强制向机筒2内加料,沿物料运行方向,锥形螺杆4的计量段11的螺槽13宽度逐渐增大,从而可以保持螺槽13的容积不变,保证挤出量的稳定,在锥形内腔5外壁上设置的凹槽14和加料座3内的排气槽15可以将物料中混入的空气和其他挥发性其他向加料口方向排出,有利于充分对物料进行压缩剪切,提高其密实混合均匀度,熔融效果好,可以用于处理高挥发性原料,整体结构简单,适用物料组分范围广泛,挤出量稳定,混合效果好,挤出质量稳定。
与同规格的单螺杆挤出机相比,本发明实施例的挤出机挤出产量提高30-70%,承受螺杆的扭矩提高20-60%,生产效率提高30-60%,节约成本为20-40%。

1.一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,包括加料系统、挤出系统、动力系统和加热冷却系统,其特征在于:所述加料系统包括内部设有搅拌器的料斗,挤出系统包括锥形螺杆和顺次连接的机头、机筒、加料座,其中在机头、机筒和加料座内设有与锥形螺杆形状配合的锥形内腔,料斗底部设有与锥形内腔相通的进料口,锥形螺杆设置在锥形内腔中,沿加料座至机头方向,在锥形螺杆上顺次排列单螺纹结构的加料段、压缩段、计量段和混炼段,其中在计量段上,靠近压缩段侧的螺槽宽度小于靠近混炼段侧的螺槽宽度,在加料段至压缩段之间的锥形内腔的外壁上均布轴向的凹槽,且加料段侧的凹槽深度大于压缩段侧的凹槽深度,动力系统包括与加料座侧的锥形螺杆连接的力矩电机,加热冷却系统包括设置在机筒外的加热器和冷却风扇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述的锥形螺杆的混炼段表面设有平行的凸齿。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于:在所述加料座处的所述锥形内腔的外壁上设有与所述凹槽连通的排气槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于:在所述加料座内设有冷却水槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于:在所述加料座和所述机筒之间设有隔热垫。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于:在所述力矩电机和锥形螺杆之间设有调整垫片。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种锥形单螺杆塑料挤出机,其特征在于:在所述机头外设有冷却风机。
