目前,加工塑料制品所采用的单螺杆挤出机,熔体混合不够均匀,未熔固相碎块与已熔物料的接触面积小,熔融速度慢,塑化效果差。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种单螺杆挤出机。
一种单螺杆挤出机,底部设有模头,所述模头中间设置有长方形挡板,包括电机、螺杆、加热器和出料口,所述电机输出部分与减速器连接,所述减速器与联轴器端口相连接,所述螺杆通过联轴器与减速器和电机相配合,进料口设置于料筒的表面,所述进料口顶部设有搅拌器,所述螺杆设置于料筒内,所述料筒外设有若干加热器,所述加热器外包裹一层保温层,所述料筒外端设置有安全防护罩,所述出料口设置在模头的底端,过滤层设置在出料口的左侧,所述螺杆包括进料段、压缩段、计量段和锥头,所述压缩段的螺槽内设有圆锥形凸起,所述进料段的长度占进料段、压缩段和计量段三者总长度的35%~40%,所述计量段的螺槽深度为螺杆直径的0.03~0.05倍,所述锥头的锥角为45度。

如图1、2所示,一种单螺杆挤出机,底部设有模头20,所述模头20中间设置有长方形挡板11,包括电机1、螺杆2、加热器14和出料口9,所述电机1输出部分与减速器2连接,所述减速器2与联轴器3端口相连接,所述螺杆7通过联轴器3与减速器2和电机1相配合,进料口5设置于料筒6的表面,所述进料口5顶部设有搅拌器4,所述螺杆7设置于料筒6内,所述料筒6外设有若干加热器14,所述加热器14外包裹一层保温层13,所述料筒6外端设置有安全防护罩12,所述出料口9设置在模头20的底端,过滤层10设置在出料口9的左侧,所述螺杆7包括进料段15、压缩段16、计量段17和锥头18,所述压缩段16的螺槽内设有圆锥形凸起19,所述进料段15的长度占进料段15、压缩段16和计量段17三者总长度的35%~40%,可将物料充分预热和压实。所述计量段17的螺槽深度为螺杆7直径的0.03~0.05倍,可以减小熔体的轴向温差。所述锥头18的锥角为45度,利于熔体的流动,可使物料能平衡地从螺杆进入机头,能避免滞流。
锥头4的长度为7~8cm,可减少焦料和气泡的产生。
该挤出机用螺杆的长径比为25:1~30:1,有利于物料的混合和塑化,使物料塑化更充分、更均匀。
使用时,通过电机1、减速器2和联轴器3对料筒6中的螺杆7进行传动,所述减速器2能有效提高转动的扭矩,减少了能量的损耗。所述料筒6上方设置的搅拌器4能提前一步对原料进行处理,有效的提高了工作效率。所述螺杆7带动料筒6中的物料沿螺纹方向螺旋前进,螺杆7上的进料段15对物料进行预热、压实和输送,压缩段16将进料段15送来的物料进一步压实和塑化,并将物料中夹有的空气在排气孔8处排出,并改善物料的热传导性能,计量段17是将压缩段16已经塑化好的粘流态物料,在温度的持续作用下塑化地更加均匀,压缩段16的螺槽内设有凸起19,凸起19可将压缩段16存在的固体床打碎,破坏两相流动,把固、液相搅在一起,使未熔固相碎块与已熔物料的接触面积加大,促进熔融,塑化效果好。凸起19为圆锥形的凸起,可快速将固体床打碎。圆锥形的凸起19与螺杆7是一体成型的,结构稳固。锥头4的长度为7~8cm,可减少焦料和气泡的产生。
该挤出机用螺杆的长径比为25:1~30:1,有利于物料的混合和塑化,使物料塑化更充分、更均匀。
所述料筒6外设置的排气孔8能充分将物料中的气体从塑化的物料中排出,去除了物料中的水分,减少螺纹加工缺陷。所述加热器14外设置的保温层13能有效减少了热量的损失,从而节约了成本。所述物料挤出后经过模头20,模头20处设置的出料口9能及时排出物料,模头20处设置的挡板11在一段过滤层10发生堵塞时,所述挡板11受压力可以向停掉的出料口9转动,塑料熔体可以从另一侧出料,也可使塑料熔体不会流到断掉的腔中,从而大大的提高了工作效率。
