背景技术
目前，轻型客车的转向机构与车身之间采用刚性连接结构，安全气囊在轻型客车上没有广泛采用或弹出失灵的情况下，当车辆发生碰撞时，转向机构连同转向盘对驾驶员会直接造成伤害。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车转向柱总成结构，当车辆发生碰撞时，能防止转向机构及转向盘对驾驶员造成伤害，减少伤亡和损失。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：它包括转向柱组件，上支架组件，下支架本体，其特征是：下支架限位块、下支架与下支架本体通过铆钉铆接在一起，在下支架本体位于下支架限位块的旁侧设有限位槽，同时下支架本体上开有铆钉滑行导槽，上支架组件的上支架上组装滑块，滑块上安装上支架定位件，上支架定位件通过焊点固定连接在上支架上。
本实用新型的优点是：当车辆发生碰撞时，能防止转向机构及转向盘对驾驶员造成伤害，减少伤亡和损失。

具体实施方式
见图1-4，本实用新型具体结构如下：下支架本体7为冲压件，焊接在转向柱组件5上。下支架本体7的两侧分别与尼龙的下支架限位块1、下支架2通过铆钉9铆接在一起，下支架限位块1的上下端有垂直弯出部分，在下支架本体7位于下支架限位块1上下端垂直弯出部分旁侧分别设有限位槽10和阻断边11，同时下支架本体7上开有铆钉滑行导槽8，上支架组件焊接在转向柱组件5上，上支架组件的上支架6上组装一端限位的滑块4，滑块4上组装上支架定位件3，上支架定位件3通过焊点12焊接在上支架6上(焊点强度通过计算，保证在一定撞击力下断开)。
工作原理：
当车辆发生碰撞时，尼龙的下支架限位块1受外力，发生断裂，此时，下支架2沿轴向发生位移，同时上支架定位件3同样受外力，上支架定位件3的焊点12断开，从而脱离上支架6，滑块4脱离上支架6，转向盘向前移动，因而可以保证驾驶员的人身安全。
