本实用新型涉及一种车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置,包括前围板和自前围板两端向后延伸的左、右围板,所述前围板中部设有可与车架主纵梁端部对应联接的联接架,而在所述左、右围板上分别设有联接臂,所述联接臂的长度分别等于所述左右围板到车架主纵梁的距离。由于本实用新型的支撑装置采用前围板和左、右围板,并通过联接架和联接臂将围板固定在车架主纵梁的结构,可以将支撑装置与车架连为一体,大大增加了支撑装置的强度和其装载设备后的稳定性,比较适合于重载设备的固定安装,其结构也比较简单。

本实用新型涉及一种车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置。
背景技术
用于道路路况检测和路面数据采集等方面的精密设备一般需要挂载车辆前面或后面,目前的做法通常是将其挂在车辆的前保险杠或后保险杠上。这种挂载方式由于保险杠的材质或强度原因、稳定性不好,不适于高速行驶条件下较重精密仪器的挂载。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种结构简单、强度大、稳定性好,适用于高速行驶条件下较重精密仪器挂载的车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置,包括前围板和自前围板两端向后延伸的左、右围板,所述前围板中部设有可与车架主纵梁端部对应联接的联接架,而在所述左、右围板上分别设有联接臂,所述联接臂的长度分别等于所述左右围板到车架主纵梁的距离。
由于本实用新型的支撑装置采用前围板和左、右围板,并通过联接架和联接臂将围板固定在车架主纵梁的结构,可以将支撑装置与车架连为一体,大大增加了支撑装置的强度和其装载设备后的稳定性,比较适合于重载设备的固定安装,其结构也比较简单。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请阅图1、图2,本实用新型的车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置,包括前围板1和自前围板1两端向后延伸的左围板2、右围板3,所述前围板1中部设有与车架主纵梁6对应的联接架4,该联接架4连接于所述车架主纵梁6端部,而在所述左围板2、右围板3上分别设有联接臂5,所述联接臂5的长度分别等于所述左右围板2、3到车架主纵梁6的距离,因此可以将联接臂5连接于所述车架主纵梁6的侧面。所述联接架4一端设有法兰并通过螺栓连接于所述前围板1,而在另一端带有从联接架4两侧向上伸出的耳板7,见图2,所述耳板7的间距等于所述车架主纵梁6的厚度,在所述耳板7和车架主纵梁6设有对应的连接孔,并在连接孔中穿设固定二者的螺栓。采用耳板7从车架主纵梁6下方将联接架4连接于主纵梁6,支撑装置的安装拆卸都比较方便,而且不影响对主纵梁强度和受力情况。所述联接臂5两端分别设有法兰,其中一端通过所述法兰固定于所述左右围板2、3,另一端通过所述法兰固定于车架主纵梁6。联接臂5通过法兰连接于左右围板和主纵梁6同样具有安装拆卸方便、而且不影响对主纵梁强度和受力的优点。
参阅图3,在所述联接臂5侧面设有侧臂8,所述侧臂8端部设有法兰,所述侧臂8的长度等于所述联接臂5到车架副横梁9的距离,侧臂法兰固定于车架副横梁9。在联接臂5上增设侧臂8可以减小联接臂5的悬臂长度,提高支撑装置承重能力,增加稳定性。
如图1、图2所示,在所述前围板1和左右围板2、3两边向内设有凸缘10。凸缘10可以增加前围板1和左右围板2、3的抗弯、抗扭强度,提高支撑装置的承载能力。
本实用新型的车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置可以承载各种车载检测设备。图4表示了安装带状光源的支撑装置的一种应用,其承载的带状光源直接安装在支撑装置前围板1的前面。
上面以举例方式对本实用新型进行了说明,但本实用新型不限于上述具体实施例,凡基于本实用新型所作的任何改进或变型均属本实用新型权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置,其特征在于:包括前围板和自前围板两端向后延伸的左、右围板,所述前围板中部设有可与车架主纵梁端部对应联接的联接架,而在所述左、右围板上分别设有联接臂,所述联接臂的长度分别等于所述左右围板到车架主纵梁的距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置,其特征在于:所述联接架一端设有法兰并通过螺栓连接于所述前围板,而在另一端带有从联接架两侧向上伸出的耳板,所述耳板的间距等于所述车架主纵梁的厚度,在所述耳板设有连接孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置,其特征在于:所述联接臂两端分别设有法兰,其中一端通过所述法兰固定于所述左右围板。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置,其特征在于:在所述联接臂侧面设有侧臂,所述侧臂端部设有法兰,所述侧臂的长度等于所述联接臂到车架副横梁的距离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车用外挂重载精密设备固定支撑装置,其特征在于:所述前围板和左右围板两边向内设有凸缘。
