背景技术
现有的挤压造粒机是将粉状物料加液混合后,加入料斗通过螺杆在物料通道中输送与挤压,挤压后的物料通过挤压头上连接的模板挤出形成颗粒,从而实现造粒的目的,颗粒形状为圆柱状,通过调换模板上的物料孔直径改变物料粒径。现有模板上的物料孔是采用镶嵌的方式设置的,孔的数量较少,产量不高、浪费能源,而且模板的加工也麻烦。

本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种螺杆挤压造粒用的模板。本实用新型过改变模板上物料孔的位置和密度,提高了生产效率。
本实用新型的技术方案,一种螺杆挤压造粒用的模板,包括模板8和物料孔10,物料孔10密布在模板8的环形面11上。
上述的螺杆挤压造粒用的模板,环形面11是物料通道出口与模板8的交接面。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型通过改变物料孔的分布,提高了产量、节省了能源。本实用新型具有易于实施,实施效果好的特点。

具体实施方式
实施例;螺杆挤压造粒用的模板如图1所示,包括模板8和物料孔10,物料孔10密布在模板8的环形面11上,环形面11是物料通道出口与模板8的交接面。当然模板8上的物料孔10也可以采用其它形式密布设置。图2是现有模板的构造,物料孔的设置是在模板上先钻孔,然后采用镶嵌的方式安装,制备比较麻烦,而且孔的数量较少,产量不高、浪费能源。
图3是螺杆挤压造粒装置的机头结构示意图,也是本实用新型的使用状态示意图。模板8与圆锥形的导料锥体7连接后安装在挤压头5上,挤压头5大致形状是一圆柱体上挖取两个对顶的圆锥体,螺杆挤压机挤压头5的内部结构为螺杆尖3与圆锥形空腔6相配及相配后产生的缝隙和圆锥形的导料体7与挤压头上圆锥形的腔体9相配及产生的缝隙,这两对相配的圆锥体产生的缝隙即为挤压头5内的物料通道;这样挤压头5内的物料通道相对螺杆2传送的物料通道截面积减小,又不平行于螺杆2,因此传送到挤压头5部位的物料,必受到小空间物料通道的挤压和物料通道的相互作用力,使通过物料通道到达物料孔的粉状加液物料压粘更紧密,物料通道的出口与模板8的交接面即为模板8上的环形面11,由于物料采用了上述挤压头达到了产品的强度需求,顾可增加模板上物料孔的数量,提高了产量,节约了能源,还可根据所生产成品的要求选择物料孔10的大小、和形状,又由于在挤压头5部位缩小了物料通道截面积,物料不仅挤压紧密且流速增加,可使物料从物料孔10射出,在物料孔10外设置一个旋转切刀12可保证产品颗粒长度。

1.一种螺杆挤压造粒用的模板,包括模板(8)和物料孔(10);其特征在于:物料孔(10)密布在模板(8)的环形面(11)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺杆挤压造粒用的模板,其特征在于:环形(11)面是物料通道出口与模板(8)的交接面。
