技术领域
本发明涉及一用来保持和分离积聚在机器工具上的碎屑和冷却液体的装置,该冷却的液体返回以备再使用,而碎屑被除去,该装置包括一用来保持碎屑和冷却液体的保持容器、一毗邻于保持容器的上升导向部分、一毗邻于导向部分的高位排出部分、一链形闭合的传输元件,其导向在返回元件上,至少在保持碎屑和冷却液体的区域内和排出部分内,这些元件中的至少一个连接到一转动驱动装置上,以及一可转动地安装的过滤器筒,其与传输元件驱动地连接。
背景技术
这样一装置可从德国专利申请102 23 290.3中得以了解。还有,一类似装置揭示在GB 2 302 818中。该文件描述了一用来保持和分离积聚在机器工具上的碎屑和冷却液体的装置,其包括一转动的过滤器筒。在此情形中,固定地布置在过滤器筒下部区域内的是一入口管,该管平行于所述过滤器筒轴线走向并在过滤器筒的至少部分长度上延伸。所述入口管又连接到一抽吸管,抽吸管顺着其轴线进入到过滤器筒内,并外面连接到一泵。该结构允许过滤过的液体从过滤器筒内部抽出还将抽吸出的过滤过的液体的返回部分提供到筒内,并借助于位于筒上部区域内的喷嘴将返回部分施加到壁上,以便用此方式冲走粘结在外面的残余物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是开发一普通型的装置,具体来说,装置总共需要的空间要求相当地减少。
该目的在本文开头提及类型的装置的情形中得以实现,其在过滤器筒的下部区域内固定地布置一倒置的通道形的覆盖元件,其平行于所述过滤器筒轴线走向并在过滤器筒的至少部分长度上延伸;覆盖元件以密封的方式在其一端处与筒外壳的一壁内的开口连通;以及该开口连接到一抽吸管线,该管线与布置在较高的高度上并排放到一收集箱内的抽吸元件连接。
进入过滤器筒内并由此进行清洁的冷却液体通过侧壁内的一开口,然后通过一抽吸管线馈送到一泵,清洁过的冷却液体从泵导向到一收集箱。清洁冷却液体的向上传输由此通过筒外壳侧壁的近旁,并部分地还位于该外壳上方,这样,该装置的全部常用区域可以做得非常小。
根据本发明,还使覆盖元件的侧壁到达靠近过滤器筒的内表面,以使该覆盖元件下方的空间至少部分地局限于其侧边缘处。因此,通过抽吸管线由泵作用的抽吸压力特别施加在由覆盖元件封闭的区域内。

具体实施方式
根据本发明的装置示意地显示在图1中,其具有一保持容器1,该容器沿向上方向至少部分地敞开,并保持积聚在机器工具上的碎屑和冷却液体。保持容器1毗邻于一上升导向部分2,其走向到一高位的排出部分3。
假定在所示示范实施例中的传输碎屑的是一铲运链4(图2中显示),其导向在多个返回元件上,并将碎屑从保持容器1传输到排出部分3内的排放点。
在根据图2的示范实施例中,一齿轮5啮合内侧上的铲运链4。齿轮5由此转动,并接受一曲柄销6,该销通过一推杆7作用在一棘轮8上,并间歇地驱动过滤器筒9或具有变化的转动速度。
过滤器筒9在其圆周上设置有一覆盖10(图2),它像一屏幕那样地作用在液体上,使液体在下部区域内通过并因此允许其过滤,并因此进行预清洁,该液体进入到过滤器筒9的内部。在过滤器筒9的下部区域内,中心地设置在该筒内的是一覆盖元件11,其以一倒置的沟槽状方式形成,其侧壁12因此沿过滤器筒9内周缘的内表面13的方向彼此成坡度。
覆盖元件11在其位于图3中左边的端部处固定地支承在壁14上,并通过全部的过滤器筒9延伸到相对的外壳壁15。然而,也可有利地使覆盖元件11在其位于左侧上的端部处终止在一离左侧壁的一距离处。在任何情况下设置在右手侧外壳壁15内的是一开口,其借助于螺栓和连接件16在覆盖元件11下方的区域(一方面)和一抽吸管17(另一方面)之间形成一密封的连接(图3)。抽吸管17向上引导到过滤器筒9的外面并在筒壁附近引导到一抽吸泵18,泵18其本身以此引导清洁的冷却水进入到放置在保持容器1上方的收集箱19内。抽吸管17由此以较佳的方式局部地在导向部分2上方在导向部分上延伸,于是,不从其中侧向地突出。
此外,提供一管子20,其设置有喷射开口,其自由端封闭在过滤器筒9的区域内,该管子20固定在过滤器筒9的侧壁14上。该管子20的用途是以喷射状方式引导清洁的冷却水作用在过滤器筒9的覆盖上,以便从内面鼓吹覆盖10并驱逐掉位于过滤器筒9外面上的污染物。

Claims (6)

1.一用来保持和分离积聚在机器工具上的碎屑和冷却液体的装置,该冷却的液体返回以备再使用,而碎屑被除去,该装置包括:
一用来保持碎屑和冷却液体的保持容器(1),
一毗邻于保持容器(1)的上升导向部分(2),
一毗邻于导向部分(2)的高位排出部分(3),
一链形闭合的传输元件(4),在返回元件上被导向,至少在保持碎屑和冷却液体的区域内和排出部分(3)内,这些元件中的至少一个连接到一转动驱动装置上,以及
一可转动地安装的过滤器筒(9),与传输元件驱动地连接,
一倒置的沟槽形的覆盖元件(11),平行于所述过滤器筒(9)轴线走向并在过滤器筒的至少部分长度上延伸,覆盖元件固定地布置在过滤器筒(9)的下部区域内,以及
覆盖元件(11)以密封的方式在其一端处与筒外壳的一壁内的开口连通,以及
该开口连接到一抽吸管线(17),该管线与布置在较高的高度上并排放到一收集箱(19)内的抽吸元件(18)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述抽吸元件具有一文丘里插件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述覆盖元件(11)的侧壁(12)到达过滤器筒(9)的内表面附近。
4.如上述权利要求中任何一项所述的装置,其特征在于,覆盖元件(11)平行于过滤器筒(9)轴线并在过滤器筒(9)的轴线下延伸。
5.如上述权利要求中任何一项所述的装置,其特征在于,过滤器筒(9)的一壁(14)内的开口相对于覆盖元件(11)的外形中心地布置。
6.如上述权利要求中任何一项所述的装置,其特征在于,一回冲管(20)以密封的方式引导通过过滤器筒的壁(14)并连接到一泵,该回冲管(20)在过滤器筒(9)的轴线上方延伸。
