技术领域
本发明涉及一种加工刀具,特别用来加工锥形面。
背景技术
当制造特别是汽车的发动机时,有必要精密地制造某些零件,例如阀座。
为此,刀刃顺着将要加工的锥形面的角度定向的工具已经使用了很多年。虽然可以把这些刀具铜焊到工具主体,然而,最常用的是可拆卸加工刀具,该可拆卸加工刀具设计成安装到加工工具的主体上,以便在刀具磨损后可以迅速更换这些刀具。
这也使得加工工具主体能够重新使用。
这些刀具的安装必须是精确的,以便能够正确制造阀座。实际上,为了获得良好的密封和正确的排气,刀刃的精确定位是必要的。

因此,有必要实现刀具的正确的角定位,以便成形这些面。同样必须实现精确的径向定位。

为了容纳该板,凹槽7形成于主体中,该凹槽7被设计用来容纳板的至少一部分以便把板保持在适当位置。
该凹槽由接纳刀具的平面6、悬于该接纳面之上的第二面17和位于凹槽底部的第三面8界定。
凹槽的底部8可以直接用作用于板的定位止端。
纵向止端9也用于板的纵向定位。例如,该止端9通过部分穿过工具主体的杆10实现。为了保持板施加到接纳平面上,提供了板的保持装置11,该保持装置11安装在工具主体悬于接纳平面上且给出凹槽面中的一个面部分上。
例如,这些保持装置包括具有平面的圆柱11A,每个圆柱由螺钉移动,运动轴线相对于包含板的平面倾斜。

通过这种方法,和板4一样,工具主体便于制造。板4可以优选地由比工具主体的材料硬的材料制成。
通过选择切口的取向,可以容易地改变切削角。
通道13贯穿工具主体,以便喷射切削液,用于刀具和加工零件的冷却。
该工具可包括在其旋转轴线周围倾斜定位的数个板,其中每个板可具有不同的角度取向和不同的轴向定位,以便同时加工数个锥形面。

可移动的角止端14取代直接构成板的径向定位面的凹槽底部,使板能够轻微枢转,并因而使刀具能够轻微枢转。

纵向止端和角止端均可采用这种布置。
有利地,角止端或纵向止端的锥形面抵靠到板区域上,该板区域相对于包含所述板上表面和下表面中任一个的平面倾斜,因此该接触是线性的且不间歇的。
因此,相对于包含所述上表面的平面的板4区域的倾斜角将取决于止端的锥形部分的角度的选择。

Claims (10)
