Abstract

现有技术
非道路设备(诸如拖拉机和装载机)的机器操作员期盼重型机器的某些功能性操作,特别是附加装置和各种运行功能的操作。举例来说,一挖掘装载机的操作员以改变一控制杆或操纵杆的位置来操控铲斗的位置。传统的控制杆由一液压阀组成,操作者操纵液压阀使不同的执行机构达到铲斗的位置。控制杆的某些位置将使机器把铲斗放置在相应的位置。
控制杆移动的未端位置往往称为制动位置。控制杆通常停留在制动位置直到铲斗到达其相应的位置,到达后控制杆就回到其静止位置。传统的控制杆包括一整体的液压阀,籍由在阀内的液体液压力完成控制杆回到静止位置的作业。近来,操纵杆装置业已结合电磁阀将操纵杆电磁“闭锁”在制动位置内。在这种配置中,使用由一传感器或一微控器的一电子信号来释放电磁阀并使操纵杆回到静止位置。
虽然传统的控制杆和操纵杆仍依靠一整本的液压阀,以最终改变铲斗或其他重型机器附加装置的位置,但是,本发明一主要的目的在于提供一种使用电传感器而无需以液压阀控制重型机器的操纵杆。
发明内容
一操纵杆装置,其具有一上支承件和一下支承件,其中下支承件设有一旋转地固定在上支承件上的一轭状件,以及一可旋转地固定在下支承件上的控制杆。所述轭状件有至少一卡子部分,其与控制杆上的一凸轮滚子接合以使控制杆向下移动。所述控制杆通常由一弹簧保持一向上的位置。一衔铁由控制杆支撑并与一电磁线圈平行间隔。一微控器感应轭状件的运动并使电磁线圈通电。

具体实施方式
操纵杆1使用一万向节式的机构,籍由一对彼此之间相对且以90°角固定的轭状件控制操纵杆并使其产生运动。在这种配置中,当操纵杆以前进或倒退方向(Y-轴)移动时,一个轭状件围绕其主轴旋转并作一弧形摆动,而当操纵杆以左或右方向(X-轴)移动时,另一轭状件也围绕其主轴旋转并作一弧形摆动。操纵杆配有电子传感器,以测量轭状件的位置以提供所需的电子比例信号。操纵杆内的一微控器2处理供机器、阀或其他主控器使用的该信号。如以下所讨论的那样,微控器也可以处理用于电磁线圈起动的信号。一主弹簧(图中未示)作为使操纵杆和轭状件回到一静止位置的机构,静止位置为一中间位置,其中轭状件基本上置处于进/退和左/右位置之间的中心。
如图1所示,一轭状件10设有一轭的凸轮廓线12。当操纵杆从静止位置向一全程位置移动时,一凸轮滚子14沿轭的凸轮廓线滚动。所述凸轮廓线12可以根据使用情况定制以达到所需的操作感觉。轭的凸轮廓线12也可以定制成满足操纵杆的前进(+)和倒退(-)运动的不同操作特性。
凸轮滚子14由控制杆16支撑。控制杆16围绕下支承件18旋转,并且通过一弹簧20紧靠在凸轮滚子14及轭的凸轮廓线12上。预压弹簧20以克服重力和振动的作用,籍此确保凸轮滚子14总是与轭状件10相接触。
一调整机构22连接在控制杆16上并且支撑衔铁24。所述调整机构22以彼此平行间隔保持衔铁24和电磁线圈26以便合适的操作及耦合。磁极片或电磁线圈26的主体部分连接在操纵杆1的上支承件28上。当电磁线圈26通电时,衔铁24与磁极片作磁性地耦合,这防止控制杆旋转。依据轭状件10的凸轮廓线12的位置,防止控制杆旋转可将操纵杆保持在制动位置。
在操作中,操作员使用操纵杆,籍此使其中一轭状件10旋转。在静止位置,电磁线圈26是不通电的。当凸轮滚子14与凸轮廓线12上的卡子30接合时,凸轮滚子14迫使控制杆16向下并压缩弹簧20。微控器将感应到轭状件10的位置接近于制动位置并将使电磁线圈26通电。然而,由于控制杆向下,衔铁24和电磁线圈26的主体将不耦合。当操作员继续使用操纵杆时,凸轮滚子14移动越过凸轮廓线12上的卡子30,并且弹簧20使控制杆16回到其向上的位置。继续运动将使衔铁24与电磁线圈26互相极为接近,以致于出现耦合,并把操纵杆锁在制动位置。
一旦处于制动位置,操作员可通过施加压力使操纵杆脱离制动器以释放操纵杆1。操纵杆也可通过切断电磁线圈26的电流而从制动中脱开。电磁线圈26的电信号失去将导致磁耦合中断,而操纵杆的主弹簧(图中未示)足以使操纵杆回到静止状态。

Claims (2)

1.一种操纵杆装置,其具有一上支承件和一下支承件,其特征在于所述的装置包括;
一轭状件,其可旋转地固定在上支承件上,并至少有一卡子部分;
一控制杆,其可旋转地固定在下支承件上,并由一弹簧保持在一向上的位置上;
一电磁线圈衔铁,其由控制杆支撑并与一电磁线圈处于平行间隔;
一凸轮滚子,其与轭状件和控制杆两者相耦合,其中所述的卡子部分引起凸轮滚子使控制杆向下移动;以及
一微控器,其感应轭状件的运动并使电磁线圈通电。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,一调整机构连接在衔铁上。
