Abstract
防火保温外墙板,是由在苯板的上、下端面复合上上镁质保温板和下镁质保温板。上、下镁质保温板由镁砂100-140kg、氯化镁溶液60-80kg、粉煤灰10-40kg、木粉或草粉10-15kg、A1改性剂或MBS树脂改性剂0.5-0.8kg和水22-44.6kg混合配制成。本发明具有保温、防火、隔音、抗震效果好,便于加工,成本低,且生产时节省能源。另外,原料易得,实现了工业废料再利用和低品位镁矿石的深加工利用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑物用外墙板,具体是涉及一种具有轻质、保温、防火性能的外墙板。
背景技术
随着工农业生产的高速发展,商业繁荣和人民生活水平的迅速提高,极大地促进了建筑业的发展。各种别具风格的居民住宅、写字间、商厦、科研和生产用建筑物应运而生,蓬勃发展。由于目前外墙和室内间壁墙基本是用红砖因此红砖用量很大,制造红砖不仅浪费土地资源,而且耗费大量能源。因此,研究开发具有防火、保温、轻质、节能和价廉的预制外墙板代替红砖已是当务之急。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种保温、隔音、防火性能好,且价格低廉的防火保温外墙板。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种制造防火保温板的方法。
采用的技术方案是:
防火保温外墙板,由上镁质保温板、下镁质保温板和苯板构成,上镁质保温板、下镁质保温板分别复合在苯板的上、下端面上。苯板厚为80-100mm。苯板上有多个竖直通孔,每个竖直通孔内有立柱,立柱的两端分别与上镁质保温板和下镁质保温板固定连接。立柱材质与上、下镁质保温板的材质相同。
为增加防火保温外墙板的强度,在上镁质保温板和下镁质保温板内埋设有玻璃纤维网格布和无纺布。
上镁质保温板、下镁质保温板和立柱由镁砂100-140kg、氯化镁溶液60-80kg、粉煤灰10-40kg、木粉或草粉10-15kg、A1改性剂或MBS树脂改性剂0.5-0.8kg和水22-44.6kg混合配制成。镁砂含氧化镁80-85%,粒度≥140目。氯化镁溶液,氯化镁含量≥45%。粉煤灰粒度为≥140目,木粉或草粉粒度为10-20目,玻璃纤维网格布为35支纱,无纺布厚度为10-15g/m2。
防火保温外墙板的制造方法,包括下述步骤:
A、取粒度≥140目的镁砂100-140kg,氯化镁溶液60-80kg、粒度≥140目粉煤灰10-40kg、10-20目的木粉(或草粉)10-15kg、改性剂A10.5-0.8kg,放在搅拌机内搅拌均匀,成为浆料;
B、按设计厚度在模具内铺下部浆料,并在下部浆料中埋设玻璃纤维网格布和无纺布层,浆料层达到设计厚度,成型后,构成下镁质保温板;
C、将厚度为90-100mm的苯板放在已铺好的下部浆料层上面;
D、将浆料注入苯板上,铺上部浆料达到设计高度,由于苯板上有多个竖直通孔,铺上部浆料时,浆料充填于孔内,并与下部浆料连接,上镁质保温板、苯板、立柱和下镁质保温板连成一体。并作常规脱模前养护,养护为常温养护,然后脱模,再按设计大小切割,并进行脱膜后养护,即为成品。
本发明的防火保温外墙板的优点:
1、防火保温墙板不仅能阻止室外低温进入室内,又能阻止室内热量向外散发,保温效果好,且安装过程不受内、外面区别的限制,大大降低了成本。
2、特别适于高层钢结构、框架式高层建筑物作外墙板使用。
3、防火防水性能好。在防火方面符合GB624-1997燃烧性能指标,耐火极限>2h。
4、防火保温外墙板切割、钉、锯、创操作方便,便于施工。且不变形、不返白返卤。
5、具有良好的抗震和抗冲击能力,而且轻质,单位面积重量为红砖的1/16。
6、隔音效果好,隔音dB≥40。
7、原料易得。原料中镁砂是镁矿石中的低品位尾矿,充分利用可实现镁矿石的综合开发利用。粉煤灰为火电厂的工业废料,综合利用有利于环保。
8、可制成各种彩色的外墙板。

具体实施方式
实施例一
防火保温外墙板,由上镁质保温板1、下镁质保温板2和苯板3构成。苯板3上有多个通孔4。上镁质保温板1、下镁质保温板2分别复合在苯板3的上端面和下端面上。苯板3上的每一个通孔4内充填有立柱5,主柱5的两端分别与上镁质保温板1和下镁质保温板2固定连接,使上镁质保温板1、苯板3、下镁质保温板2和立柱5成一整体结构。上镁质保温板1和下镁质保温板2厚为20mm,苯板3厚85mm,立柱5直径为Φ3mm。
上镁质保温板1、下镁质保温板2和立柱5,由镁砂、氯化镁溶液、粉煤灰、木粉、改性剂A1和水混均配成的材料制成,其配料比为:镁砂115kg、氯化镁溶液75kg、粉煤灰20kg、木粉12kg、A1改性剂或MBS树脂改性剂0.55kg和水23kg。镁砂≥140目,含氧化镁80-85%,粉煤灰≥140目,木粉10-20目。
实施例二
实施例二与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处,是在上镁质保温板1和下镁质保温板2内埋分别设有玻璃纤维网格布6和无纺布层7。
实施例三
实施例三与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处,是配料比中镁砂为130kg、氯化镁溶液65kg、粉煤灰为20kg、木粉或草粉13kg、改性剂A10.6kg和水30kg。
实施例四
实施例四与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处,是配料比中镁砂135kg、氯化镁溶液70kg、粉煤灰35kg、木粉14kg、改性剂A10.7kg和水32kg。
实施例五
实施例五与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于苯板3的下、下端面上有多个沟槽,替代多个主柱5,上镁质保温板1和下镁质保温板2分别复合在苯板3的上、下端面上,复合时制镁质保温板的浆料进入沟槽,将上镁质保温板1、下镁质保温板2和苯板3固定连接成一整体。
实施例六
防火保温外墙板的制造方法包括下列步骤:
A、取粒度≥140目的镁砂100-140kg、氯化镁溶液60-80kg、粒度≥140目的粉煤灰10-40kg、10-20目的木粉或草粉10-15kg、改性剂A10.5-0.8kg和水22-44.6kg放入搅拌机内搅拌混合均匀,制成浆料。
B、铺下部浆料层。将上述制备好的浆料注入具有平整而光滑表面的模具内,达到设计高度(成型后为下镁质保温板2)。
C、将带有多个通孔4的苯板3放在下部浆料层上。
D、铺上部浆料层。将制备好的浆料铺设在苯板上,达到设计高度(成型后为上镁质保温板1),同时浆料进入苯板上的多个通孔中,并与下部浆料连接,构成多个立柱5。
E、作脱模前养护,然后脱模,再按设计大小切割,并作脱模后养护,即为成品。
实施例七
实施例六与实施例五基本相同,其不同之处是在铺下部浆料和辅上部浆料时,分别在上部浆料层和下部浆料层内埋设玻璃纤维网格布6和无纺布层7。
Claims (7)
1、防火保温外墙板,包括苯板(3),其特征是在苯板(3)的上端面和下端面上,分别复合上上镁质保温板(1)和下镁质保温板(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防火保温外墙板,其特征是苯板(3)上有多个通孔(4),多个通孔(4)内分别充填有立柱(5),立柱(5)的两端分别与上镁质保温板(1)和下镁质保温板(2)固定连接,且为一整体结构;
3、根据权利要求1所述的防火保温外墙板,其特征在于所述的苯板(3)的上、下端面上有多个沟槽,复合上镁质保温板(1)和下镁质保温板(2)时,制镁质保温板的浆料进入沟槽,将上镁质保温板(1)、下镁质保温板(2)和苯板(3)固定连接成一整体。
4、根据权利要求1所述的防火保温外墙板,其特征在于上镁质保温板(1)、下镁质保温板(2)和立柱(5)是由镁砂、氯化镁溶液、粉煤灰、木粉或草粉、改性剂A1和水混均配成的材料制成,其配料比为:镁砂100-140kg、氯化镁溶液60-80kg、粉煤灰10-40kg、木粉或草粉10-15kg、A1改性剂或MBS树脂改性剂0.5-0.8kg和水22-44.6kg。
5、根据权利要求1所述的防火保温外墙板,其特征是在上镁质保温板(1)和下镁质保温板(2)内分别埋设有玻璃纤维网格布(6)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的防火保温外墙板,其特征是在玻璃纤维网格布(6)上铺设有无纺布层(7)。
7、根据权利要求1所述的防火保温外墙板的制造方法,其特征在于:
A、取粒度≥140目的镁砂100-140kg,氯化镁溶液60-80kg、粒度≥140目粉煤灰10-40kg、10-20目的木粉或草粉10-15kg和A1改性剂或MBS树脂改性剂0.5-0.8kg和水22-44.6kg放在搅拌机内搅拌均匀,成为浆料;
B、按设计厚度在平整而光滑的模具内铺下部浆料,并在下部浆料中埋设玻璃纤维网格布和无纺布层,浆料层达到设计厚度;
C、将苯板放在已铺好的下部浆料层上;
D、将浆料注入苯板(3)上,铺上部浆料层达到设计厚度,由于苯板(3)上有多个竖直通孔,铺上部浆料时,浆料充填于孔内,并与下部浆料连接成一体,然后作常规脱模前养护,养护为常温养护,然后脱模,再按设计大小切割,并进行脱膜后养护,即为成品。
