本发明涉及一种具有真空阀的密封容器盖。
背景技术
通常，密封容器在密封存储某些原料时都在外面加一个盖以覆盖容器，把密封垫装在容器盖内，密封垫保持与容器本体的边沿紧密接触。密封容器可以设置有锁翼(locking wing)，以使盖得到一密封接合力。
然而，在一结构简单的盖的接合方法中，具有密封强度不足的劣势。在一具有锁翼方法的例子中，盖的密封强度虽然会好一些，但是在使用时，锁翼开启或关闭都很不方便。
如图3所示，一真空阀22被安装在容器盖21的中心。一硅密封垫23被安装在容器本体外侧的附近。当容器盖21盖在容器本体24上时，硅密封垫23紧靠在容器本体24的内壁表面25上。在这种状态下，容器本体24里的空气通过真空阀22被释放到外部以便压紧容器盖21。如上所述，通过对真空阀22施加轻微的压力使阀座26关闭。在容器本体24中形成一反向作用力以阻止容器盖21被打开而保持牢固的密封状态，因此储存在容器内的食物会得到安全的保存。如上所述的具有操作式真空阀的密封容器盖，当需要开启容器盖21时，真空阀22被轻提，阀座26打开，容器本体24的内外空间相通，真空状态消失，故此容器盖21很容易与容器本体24相分开。在上述的传统技术中，容器盖的开启或关闭操作很容易，且具有一相对较强的密封强度。
但是，在上述传统带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖中，容器盖21由塑料基于注射模制的方式制成，但密封垫却由硅橡胶材料制成。即，彼此的材料不同。当密封垫23被安装入容器盖21内时，需要在容器盖21上形成一个垂直方向开口的环形凹槽27。具有一个带有多个规则间隔形成的插入突起28的环形稳固件29，用以获得一定的稳固力。这些插入突起28穿过密封垫23。稳固件29插入到环形凹槽27中以便完成密封垫23的接合。在该例中，某些部件(稳固件)是为了嵌入密封垫23的需要而额外加上去的。因此也进一步需要装配程序，模具和制造成本增加，生产效率降低。

发明内容
因此，本发明的一目的是提供一种带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖，它可以克服传统技术中存在的问题。
本发明的另一个目的是提供带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖，其具有简单的硅密封垫嵌入结构，并且能获得相对牢固的密封强度。通过一触式(one touch)方法就可使容器盖与容器接合或脱离。
为了实现上述目的，在一个带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖内包括通过一定的压力使容器内外连通或隔绝的一真空阀，在贴紧容器本体内壁表面时密封容器本体内部的一硅密封垫，这里提供的带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖是包括一个盖体，所述盖体通过注射模制方式形成并且具有在水平方向形成且向外开口的形状的用于嵌入硅密封垫的环形凹槽；及一个向下弯曲的周边部分，所述周边部分通过双注射模制方式形成于盖体的周边部分，同时围绕所述周边部分。

图1是一个视图，示出了根据本发明带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖，图2是一个视图，示出了根据本发明具体的一个实施例实施方式的双注射模制结构的的带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖的双注结构。
图中，参考标记1表示容器盖，2表示容器本体，这里容器盖1是开启或关闭的。
用于使盖子开启或关闭的真空阀4安装在容器盖2的盖体3上。当一真空阀4的阀座5提升离开阀座6时，容器本体2的内部8通过阀孔7对于外部是开放的。当它被压下紧靠在阀座6上时，阀孔7关闭，容器本体2的内部8与外部不相通。
沿水平方向在盖体3上形成一环形凹槽9，其开口向外。一具有较小的直径和高弹力的硅密封垫10在环形凹槽9处形成。当它被安装时，它需要通过拉伸来放大直径。一向下弯曲的周边部分12被接合在盖体3外侧的周边部分11上同时围绕容器2的外侧周边部分2a。
在本发明中，盖体3在开始基于注射模制方式制造时就配备有在向外方向上水平形成的开口环形凹槽9。向下弯曲的周边部分12是基于双注射模制的方式在盖体3上形成的。硅密封垫10被嵌入在环形凹槽9内由此容器盖1制造完成。
当向下弯曲的周边部分12基于双注射模制的方式在盖体3上形成时，为获得一定的耐用性，优选地在周边部分12形成突起13和14。
与前面描述的向下弯曲的周边部分12基于双注射模制方式在盖体3上形成的方法相比，根据本发明的另一实施方式，向下弯曲的周边部分12可以分开制造并装配在盖体3上。
在本发明中，当容器盖1咬合在容器本体上时，硅密封垫10紧靠在容器本体2的内壁表面15上。当容器盖1的盖体3被轻压时，容器本体2内部的空气通过阀孔7被释放到外部。此时，当阀座5通过真空阀4上的轻微压力紧贴在阀座6上时，容器本体2的内部8与外部不相通。当受到压力的盖体3在弹力的作用下返回到原来的位置时，由于在内部形成一真空压力，故在基于容器内产生的负压的作用下阻止开启容器盖1。因此，它可能获得一强大的密封力。
当需要从容器本体2上分离容器盖1时，真空阀4被向上提起，致使阀组件5从阀座6上分离。容器本体2的内部8的真空状态消失，所以内外空间相通。基于上述的相通，空气可自由的从外部进入到内部，容器盖1可被容易的开启。
在这里，即使在本发明中没用到某些稳固设备，硅密封垫10也不会脱落。即，硅密封垫10是弹性扩张且嵌入到环形凹槽9内，这样由于强大的向内锁紧力它不容易脱落。
如前所述，一向下弯曲的周边部分围绕着容器本体的外周边部分，其可基于双注射模制的方式形成于一盖体上，或可以分开制造和装配。用于嵌入硅密封垫的一环形凹槽以水平且向外开口的方式形成在盖体上，而不是形成在垂直方向上。因此，它不需要额外加稳固设备就能获得稳定的安装。装配过程简化，生产效率提高。制造成本也降低了。
在不背离本发明精神或实质性特征的情况下，本发明可以包括多种实施形式，应该意识到的是上述的例子不为先前的详细描述所限定(除非有其他说明)，而是在本发明的精神和范围内更宽泛地构造，因此，在权利要求的范围和界限内或者在这种范围和界限的等价物内的所有改变和修改都应被所附权利要求覆盖。

Claims (3)

1、一种带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖，该密封容器盖包括通过一定的压力使容器本体内外联通或隔绝的一真空阀，以及在贴紧容器本体内壁表面时密封容器本体内部的一硅密封垫，所述带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖还包括：
一盖体，其通过注射模制方式形成并且具有一环形凹槽，该环形凹槽在水平方向上形成且具有向外开口的形状，该环形凹槽以用于和硅密封垫接合；及
一向下弯曲的周边部分，其通过基于双注射模制方式形成于盖体的周边部分，同时围绕着所述盖体的周边部分。
2、一种带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖，该密封容器盖包括通过一定的压力使容器本体内外联通或隔绝的一真空阀，以及，在贴紧容器本体内壁表面时密封容器本体内部的一硅密封垫，所述带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖还包括：
一盖体，其通过注射模制方式形成并且具有一环形凹槽，该环形凹槽在水平方向上形成且具有向外开口的形状，该环形凹槽以用于和硅密封垫接合；及
一向下弯曲的周边部分，其通过基于双注射模制方式形成于盖体的周边部分，同时围绕着所述盖体的周边部分，所述向下弯曲的周边部分单独形成且装配在盖体上。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的带操作式真空阀的密封容器盖，所述向下弯曲的周边部分包括用于增强与盖体相互嵌入强度的突起。
