Abstract

一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐,罐盖与罐体之间无需螺口或外加钢丝弹力圈等机械装置扣住,使用时手拿罐盖往下盖的同时排出罐内空气,随后罐盖被特殊的密封圈缓慢弹起造成罐内空气负压缺氧,安全利用空气封盖和开盖。既效仿真空罐头的储存方法,又避免开盖困难等老大难问题。

一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐
一,技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封罐,一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐。
二,背景技术
现有密封罐的罐盖与罐体多用螺口相扣,罐盖与罐体之间垫有密封圈,盖紧时旋转罐盖通过螺口转换的机械力挤压密封圈获得密封;开盖时反方向旋转罐盖。随着人们对生活用品需求提高,更喜欢用玻璃罐盖配玻璃罐体的密封罐。由于玻璃材质脆不适合采用螺口相扣,只能在罐盖与罐体之间垫胶圈,外加钢丝弹力圈强行往下扣紧。
以上现有技术存在以下不足:1)以罐盖与罐体用螺口相扣为例,由于密封圈材料摩擦系数大,开盖的阻力更大,经常打不开罐盖。2)以玻璃罐盖配玻璃罐体的密封罐为例,很多老人反映使用时容易被钢丝弹力圈弹伤手。3)以上密封罐内空气饱和,细菌易繁殖。
三,发明目的
本发明的目的为克服以上不足,提供一种技术方案:1)使密封罐的罐盖和罐体之间无需设置螺口或外加钢丝弹力圈等机械装置来扣住罐盖,完全利用大气压帮助密封;2)能轻松地直接上下开或盖;3)每次开和盖都能挤出罐内空气,使密封罐密封后罐内空气呈负压,抑制细菌繁殖。下面是本发明的构思。
1)分析现有密封罐中密封圈因材质与形状的关联所存在的局限性,寻找新兴材料,利用新材料的优点设计对应的形式达到所需要的效果。一种目前被国外业内暂时称作“TPE”的热塑性弹性体的新兴材料,物理性能优越:硬度范围宽阔,自SHORE-A 0度至SHORE-D 70度可调,耐拉伸性能优异,抗张强度最高可达十几个Mpa,断裂伸长率最高可达十倍以上,在-60℃温度下仍能保持良好的绕曲性,回弹缓慢;化学性能优越:耐一般化学品(水、酸、碱、醇类溶剂),无毒性、有良好的抗紫外线辐射及抗氧化性能。当制成最柔软的成品时外形像果冻,甚至有粘手的感觉,柔软度近似流体,制成空心玩具球捏在手中,手指能捏到手心而手指缝分别挤出气泡。可利用它的柔软性像流体一样随气流填堵罐盖与罐体之间吻合面提高密封性;其良好的绕曲性,可使成品受到大幅度压缩后又能回形;其超高的拉伸率等性能可使其随罐盖大幅度下压后缓慢向上反弹...其无毒等优越的化学性能更适应食品罐系列。
四,附图说明发明内容
下面结合图纸阐述本发明根据以上思路设计新的密封圈,以及与其匹配的没有螺口或外加钢丝弹力圈等机械扣紧设置的罐盖和罐体组合的实施例。
图1是本发明中安装好密封圈的罐盖与罐体分开时的示意图。
图2是本发明中用手把装好密封圈的罐盖盖在罐体的过程示意图。
图3是本发明中放开手之后罐盖被密封圈向上反弹的过程示意图。
图4是本发明中安装第二种形状的密封圈实施例示意图。
图5是本发明中安装第三种形状的密封圈实施例示意图。
一,请参见图1、图2、图3:这是本发明中主要利用密封圈材质特别柔软、回弹缓慢、易粘粘和良好绕曲性的实施例。图1中的(1)是罐盖,(2)是罐体,(3)是硬度宽阔的材料制成气囊储能弹簧式密封圈。密封圈(3)套在罐盖(1)下端圆柱体外,燕尾箭头表示其每一圆弧之间都筒体注塑或镶嵌一圈硬度相对高的“箍”,其上下端都有只能从里到外出气不能从外向里进气的吻合面。尤其是下端与罐体(2)端口对应后形成特殊状态,后面详述。图2表示手拿罐盖(1)往下盖时密封圈(3)下端被罐体(2)端口顶成里边两个“喇叭”外边一顶“盖帽”(弯箭头所示);当手顺势往下压时,罐内空气前阶段从喇叭口向上向外漏、后阶段向上的气流对密封圈(3)各个圆环内柔软的壁吹气泡、圆环之间的“箍”确保每一环均匀鼓起,使密封圈(3)整体只能轴向伸缩兼备弹簧一样的功能;径向气流仍然挤开外边的“盖帽”外泄,如同头戴太阳帽被风从帽檐下向上吹掉一样。密封圈(3)裹着空气被压缩实际是储备能量。图3表示放开手之后密封圈(3)本身材料回形的力结合空气回弹力把罐盖(1)向上缓慢反弹,此时因罐内容积重新扩大造成空气负压。在大气压作用下罐外径向空气向罐内挤压,与上述罐内空气通过喇叭口向外泄相反,罐外径向空气帮助根据伯努利原理设计的柔软弧面粘贴刚性弧面密封;还帮助密封圈(3)往上下方向变形托起罐盖(1),如小箭头所示;当托起罐盖(1)的力与轴向大气压力平衡时,罐盖(1)与罐体(2)相对定位并保持密封。甚至用手垂直拿起罐盖(1)连罐体(2)一同提起,不过与采用螺口等机械方式扣紧不同,罐盖(1)和罐体(2)是柔软连接,有如被胶水粘住的趣味感觉。要强调的是:本例利用了密封罐一般罐口罐盖都较大的特点,轴向移动罐盖能大幅度改变容积、因罐盖面积大获得更大面积的轴向大气压来帮助密封;而打开时因为大气压差对旋向无阻力、只需稍稍旋扭罐盖(1),径向空气在整一圈柔软的密封吻合面中最先被扭曲的瞬间进入罐内,压差消失、罐盖(1)便可轻松拿起。
总之;一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐,由罐盖(1)和罐体(2)及密封圈(3)组成,其特征是:所述密封圈(3)采用硬度范围宽阔的热塑弹性体材料制成弹簧形状,套在罐盖(1)下端圆柱外壁,其上端与罐盖(1)下端吻合、下端与罐体(2)端口对应后形成半吻合的形状,当罐盖(1)受外力下压时,密封圈(3)被罐体(2)端口顶着向上并裹着空气一起被压缩;当罐盖(1)没有外力下压时,密封圈(3)材料回形的力结合空气的力把罐盖(1)向上反弹。
二,请参见图4:这是本发明中主要利用密封圈材质超高的伸长率和回弹缓慢的特点,制成“W”形状;同时罐盖(1)增加气孔(1-1-1)和活塞(1-1-2)组成的单向气阀(1-1)以及气孔(1-1-3),气孔(1-1-3)下面是两环圆柱组成的深槽,密封圈(3)套在深槽下端,当手把罐盖(1)往下压时,因罐内和深槽的的空气分别从气孔(1-1-1)和气孔(1-1-3)排出快而阻力小;放开手之后被罐体(2)端口顶着拉伸到罐盖(1)深槽顶端的密封圈(3)缓慢回弹。与实施例一不同的是:罐内空气是从气孔(1-1-1)顶起活塞(1-1-2)外泄后,罐内容积重新扩大时罐外空气拥挤活塞(1-1-2)堵住气孔(1-1-1);开盖时只需拨动活塞(1-1-2),罐外空气进入、压差消失,罐盖(1)可直接拿起。
总之:一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐,其特征是:所述罐盖(1)有气孔(1-1-1)与活塞(1-1-2)组成的单向气阀(1-1)和气孔(1-1-3),其下端有深槽,所述密封圈3呈“W”形,套在深槽的下端,当罐盖(1)受外力下压时,罐体(2)的端口顶着密封圈(3)向上拉伸;当罐盖(1)没有外力下压时,密封圈(3)回弹把罐盖(1)向上弹。
三,请参见图5:这是本发明中利用大面积的罐盖大幅度下压,又被新型材料制成特殊形状的密封圈反弹,造成罐内空气呈负压这种无扣的罐盖与罐体构造的基础上,又一成功的实施例。首先把制成翻面反弹式形状的密封圈(3),紧箍在罐盖(1)下端的圆柱外壁,当罐盖(1)受外力下压时,罐体(2)端口顶着其下部向上迫使其内壁向外面翻,此时同实施例二一样,罐内空气从气孔(1-1-1)顶起活塞(1-1-2)外泄;当罐盖(1)没有外力下压时,密封圈(3)回形的力把罐盖(1)向上反弹,此时罐内容积重新扩大,罐外空气拥挤活塞(1-1-2)堵住气孔(1-1-1)。密封圈(3)也可以用传统橡塑材料制成,只是因为绕曲反弹力太大,难以保证所有密封吻合面的附着力而要求更高的制造精度。
总之:一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐,其特征是:所述密封圈(3)制成翻面反弹式密封套的形状,箍在罐盖(1)下端的圆柱外壁,当罐盖(1)受外力下压时,罐体(2)端口顶着其下部向上迫使其内壁向外面翻;当罐盖(1)没有外力下压时,密封圈(3)回形的力把罐盖(1)向上反弹。
五,有益效果
随着社会走进信息化时代,居家少出的人群日益倍增,生活用品尤其不宜存放冰箱的食品营养品等,需要更科学卫生地存放。本发明提供一种合理的选择。

Claims (4)

1.一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐,由罐盖(1)和罐体(2)及密封圈(3)组成,其特征是:所述密封圈(3)采用硬度范围宽阔的热塑弹性体材料制成弹簧形状,套在罐盖(1)下端圆柱外壁,其上端与罐盖(1)下端吻合、下端与罐体(2)端口对应后形成半吻合的形状,当罐盖(1)受外力下压时,密封圈(3)被罐体(2)端口顶着向上并裹着空气一起被压缩;当罐盖(1)没有外力下压时,密封圈(3)材料回形的力结合空气的力把罐盖(1)向上反弹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐,其特征是:所述罐盖(1)有气孔(1-1-1)与活塞(1-1-2)组成的单向气阀1-1。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐,其特征是:所述罐盖(1)有气孔(1-1-3),其下端有深槽,所述密封圈(3)呈“W”形,套在深槽的下端,当罐盖(1)受外力下压时,罐体(2)的端口顶着密封圈(3)向上拉伸;当罐盖(1)没有外力下压时,密封圈(3)回弹把罐盖(1)向上弹。
4.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种无扣反弹盖负压密封罐,其特征是:所述密封圏(3)制成翻面反弹式密封套的形状,箍在罐盖(1)下端的圆柱外壁,当罐盖(1)受外力下压时,罐体(2)端口顶着其下部向上迫使其内壁向外面翻;当罐盖(1)没有外力下压时,密封圈(3)回形的力把罐盖(1)向上反弹。
