优选地,所述水杯手柄的上连接部为硬质材料,套接在所述杯体的杯口部上,且所述水杯手柄的上连接部被夹在所述杯盖与所述杯体上部的肩部之间。
优选地,所述水杯手柄整体上以弹性材料一体注塑成型,所述水杯手柄的上连接部套接至所述杯盖上。
本发明的水杯手柄包括以弹性材料制成的弹性抓握部,且所述弹性抓握部在自然状态下呈弧形向外张开。这样,在使用状态下,便于婴童抓握;在收纳状态下,便于弹性变形而减小收纳体积,也就是说,水杯手柄的张开部能够被折弯和变形,缩小了收纳体积,方便携带。

在附图中,使用相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明一实施例的水杯手柄包括弹性抓握部23。所述弹性抓握部23以弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述弹性抓握部23呈弧形向外张开(例如,参见图1和图5)。
参见图1,水杯手柄2还包括上连接部21和杯底连接部22,所述上连接部21与杯体1上部或杯盖3连接,所述杯底连接部22与杯体1的杯底12接合,其中所述杯底连接部22通过所述弹性抓握部23与所述上连接部21连接为一体。
弹性抓握部23以弹性材料(或者称为高弹性材料、柔软弹性材料)制成,从而,弹性抓握部23在较小的力的作用下,能够发生较大的弹性变形。所述较小的力是指成年人用手能够非常容易地施加的力,例如为15牛顿的力或更小的力,例如为10牛顿、5牛顿、1牛顿或0.5牛顿。供参考的是,成年人可以施加的最大握力例如为300N-500N,所述较小的力,例如是一般成年人可以施加的最大握力的5%或更小。所述较大的弹性变形,是指弹性抓握连接带发生肉眼可见的弹性变形,例如弹性抓握部23的最大张开宽度明显减小,例如最大张开宽度减小值大于等于5mm。
从而,整个弹性抓握部23或弹性抓握部23的抓握臂能够由成年人以较小的力量进行折弯。在所施加的力量撤销后,水杯手柄2回复至初始状态(即自然状态)。
根据本发明的实施例,可以采用任何适当的弹性材料(例如硅胶)以适当的工艺来制造所述弹性抓握部23。所述弹性材料例如包括TPU、硅胶、塑胶材料、或橡胶材料。在一个备选实施例中,所述弹性抓握部23以硅胶材质一 体成型制成。
TPU是Thermoplastic Urethane的简称,中文名称为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体。是由二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)或甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)等二异氰酸酯类分子和大分子多元醇、低分子多元醇(扩链剂)共同反应聚合而成的高分子材料。它的分子结构是由二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)或甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和扩链剂反应得到的刚性嵌段以及二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)或甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)等二异氰酸酯分子和大分子多元醇反应得到的柔性链段交替构成的。TPU具有卓越的高张力、高拉力、强韧和耐老化的特性,是一种成熟的环保材料。
硅胶别名硅酸凝胶,是一种高活性吸附材料,属非晶态物质,其化学分子式为mSiO2·nH2O;除强碱、氢氟酸外不与任何物质发生反应,不溶于水和任何溶剂,无毒无味,化学性质稳定。各种型号的硅胶因其制造方法不同而形成不同的微孔结构。硅胶的化学组份和物理结构,决定了它具有许多其他同类材料难以取代得特点:吸附性能高、热稳定性好、化学性质稳定、有较高的机械强度等。
在自然状态下,所述弹性抓握部23呈弧形向外张开,或者呈外凸的圆弧形。从而,更加便于抓握。而且,便于提供更好的悬挂性能。
在一个实施例中,水杯手柄整体上以相同的弹性材料制成。换句话说,水杯手柄的弹性抓握部23和其他部分以相同的弹性材料一体成型。
在另一个可选实施例中,所述水杯手柄用两种不同刚度的材料制成。上连接部21的硬质连接环211适于与杯体或杯盖连接,而弹性抓握部23能够形成弹性的抓握部位或抓握臂,使得水杯手柄的张开部能够被折弯和变形,缩小收纳体积,方便携带。
在本发明中,能够采用任何适当的方式或结构来实现杯底连接部22与杯体1的杯底12之间的连接。
参见图16,在安装状态下,弹性抓握部23被弹性拉伸,对所述杯底连接部22施加拉力,使得所述杯底连接部压紧所述杯体1的杯底12。
所述弹性抓握部23在安装状态下被拉直,或者,所述弹性抓握部23在安装状态下的向外张开的弧度小于其在自然状态下的向外张开的弧度。也就是说,也就是说,在安装状态下,所述弹性抓握部处于受拉张紧状态,从而,杯底连接部通过压紧杯底的方式与杯底接合。为了进一步提高接合稳定性,在杯 底上可以设置有凹槽以容纳或配合所述杯底连接部。
参见图13和图14,所述杯底连接部22带有向上侧凸出的倒扣锥体221;所述倒扣锥体221与杯底设置的内切倒扣锥孔121(参见图15)相互配合。倒扣锥体221的根端处的直径大于末端处的直径。内切倒扣锥孔121底部处的直径大于开口处的直径。
可以采用倒扣凸棱(未图示)来代替倒扣椎体221,也就是说,杯底连接部22带有向上侧凸出的倒扣凸棱。相应地,如图16所示,杯底设置有直槽122。直槽122沿着杯底的直径延伸。所述倒扣凸棱配合在所述直槽122内。通过将倒扣凸棱压入至所述直槽122,实现杯底连接部22与杯底12之间的接合。
参见图4和图5,杯底连接部22带有朝向上侧的空气吸盘223。通过空气吸盘223,实现杯底连接部22与杯底12之间的接合。
参见图2和图4,杯底连接部22带有平坦圆形底部224,空气吸盘223从所述平坦圆形底部224向上张开。空气吸盘223可以与整个水杯手柄一体成型,也可以与杯底一体成型,还可以与弹性抓握部22一体成型。
参见图5、图6,所述杯体1在杯底处设置有向杯身方向凹进的沉坑状结构。从而,有利于与空气吸盘223相互配合而实现真空吸附连接。
具体地,如图7和图8所示,杯底连接部22包括圆形的平坦基部,所述空气吸盘223位于所述平坦基部的上侧,且与所述平坦基部一体连接(有利的是,一体成型)。所述空气吸盘的吸合唇为圆形,也就是说,空气吸盘的吸合唇环形延伸。
为了更好地实现真空吸附,所述沉坑状结构的吸合侧(即下侧表面)为光面。所述空气吸盘223的吸合唇与所述沉坑状结构的吸合侧配合。
在一个未图示的实施例,所述空气吸盘为平坦形状。从而,有利于更加方便地、更低成本来制造空气吸盘,或带有空气吸盘的手柄。平坦形状的空气吸盘可以很好地与沉坑状结构的吸合侧相互配合。
通过水杯手柄在杯底处的真空吸附固定,提高了能够通过手柄抓握拿起水杯的功能。同时杯底吸附固定,使得即使采用很柔软的手柄仍然可以通过抓握水杯手柄而拿起水杯,因此手柄的刚度可以降低。这进一步有利于减小手柄或整个水杯的收纳体积,提高收纳性能。此外,杯底吸附固定,可以方便暂时悬挂,而不会掉落。
参见图2和图3,所述水杯手柄的上连接部21包括硬质连接环211,所述弹性抓握部23包括包绕部231。所述包绕部231包绕在所述硬质连接环211的径向外侧。所述弹性抓握部23和所述杯底连接部22以弹性材料一体成型,所述硬质连接环211和所述弹性抓握部23通过镶嵌式注塑工艺相互连接为一体。例如,先以注塑方式制造硬质连接环211,再以硬质连接环为嵌件来通过镶嵌注塑方式成型弹性抓握部23。或者,在一个设备中,采用镶嵌式注塑工艺分步注射硬质材料及弹性材料,从而制造相互连接为一体的硬质连接环211和弹性抓握部23。
为了更好地实现硬质连接环211与包绕部231之间的配合与连接,所述硬质连接环211的外周设置有环形槽2111(参见图3),所述环形槽2111径向向内凹陷,所述包绕部231具有配合在所述环形槽2111内的环形凸起2311。参见图2,所述硬质连接环1的外周设置有环形槽2111。
为了实现硬质连接环211相对于杯体1的周向定位,所述硬质连接环211的径向内侧带有周向定位槽2112,所述周向定位槽2112径向向外凹陷。周向定位槽2112与杯体1上的径向凸起15配合,实现硬质连接环211相对于杯体1的周向定位。
图中示出的周向定位槽2112的数量为2个,且左右对称设置。需要指出的是,也可以根据需要设置仅仅一个周向定位槽2112,或者设置多个周向定位槽2112。周向定位槽2112与杯体3上的定位凸起34(参见图5)相互配合,实现硬质连接环1相对于杯体3的相对周向定位,进而实现水杯手柄2相对于杯体1的相对周向定位。
在一个未图示的可选实施例中,所述硬质连接环211的径向内侧带有周向定位凸起(未图示),所述周向定位凸起径向向内突出。所述周向定位凸起与杯体1或杯盖3上设置的相应定位槽相互配合,以进行周向定位。
硬质连接环211用于与婴童水杯的杯体1的杯口部配合,或者用于与杯盖3配合。硬质连接环211的中部处带有圆形穿孔,以与杯体1的杯口部配合,或者与杯盖3配合。硬质连接环211的硬度或刚性明显大于弹性抓握部23。也就是说,硬质连接环211以硬质材料制成。有利的是,硬质连接环211以硬质塑料注塑制成,例如,以ABS、PP、PS等材料注塑制成。
在另一个方面,本发明的实施例提供一种婴童水杯,所述婴童水杯包括杯体1、水杯手柄2和杯盖3,所述杯盖3安装至所述杯体1,所述水杯手柄 是如上所述的水杯手柄。
所述杯盖3安装至所述杯体1,例如,杯盖3以可拆卸的方式,或者可以开启的方式安装至杯体1。杯盖可以卡扣固定在杯体上,还可以通过螺纹或锁扣旋钮固定在杯体上,当然也可以采用其他任何适当的连接与固定方式。
杯体和杯盖可以采用任何的形状和构造。在一个实施例中,杯体可以由两个或更多个部分组合在一起形成。在一个图示实施例中,杯盖上带有吸管4,且杯盖1上带有开关装置来露出或收起或外露吸管4的吸水段。
参见图4,杯体1在高度中部处具有径向向内凹的杯身凹部16,所述杯身凹部的最大凹入处的高度位置与所述弹性抓握部的最大向外张开处的高度位置相同。这有利于形成较大的悬挂空间。
为了便于制造、安装以及提高强度,杯体3的杯底32圆弧过渡至杯身。
杯体1能够以任何适当的方式制造。在一个实施例中,杯体1以吹塑方式制造。在一个备选实施例中,杯体1以二次注塑或镶嵌注塑方式制造,其中杯体的杯口部处为硬质塑料,杯体的其他部位处为硅胶或软质塑料。
所述杯体1在杯底12下侧处设置有杯底连接结构与所述水杯手柄接合。所述杯底连接结构例如包括:向杯身方向凹进的内切倒扣锥孔121;向杯身方向凹进的直槽122,所述直槽122的侧壁内切扩张;或者向杯身方向凹进的沉坑状结构123,以与杯底连接部22上的相应结构相互配合。
如前所述,水杯手柄2的上连接部21能够为硬质材料,且套接在所述杯体1的杯口部上。所述水杯手柄2的上连接部21被夹在所述杯盖3与所述杯体1上部的肩部14之间。
本发明的水杯手柄包括以弹性材料制成的弹性抓握部23,且所述弹性抓握部23在自然状态下呈弧形向外张开。这样,在使用状态下,便于婴童抓握;在收纳状态下,便于弹性变形而减小收纳体积,也就是说,水杯手柄的张开部能够被折弯和变形,缩小了收纳体积,方便携带。
如前所述,所述弹性抓握部23包括包绕部231,所述包绕部231包绕在所述硬质连接环211的径向外侧。由此实现一体连接,而且,整个水杯手柄的外层均为弹性材料,从而,具有更好的手感与外观。包绕部231用于与硬质连接环211相互连接。
杯底连接部23用于连接至杯体1的杯底12。弹性抓握部23左右对称设置,用于由婴童抓握。每侧的弹性抓握部23在中部处呈弧形向外侧张开,且 将所述包绕部231和所述杯底连接部22连接为一体。
弹性抓握部23的形状不限于图示的圆弧形形状,还可以采用其他形状,例如还可以采用S形等。为了增加弹性抓握部23的弹性变形能力,弹性抓握部23的壁厚可以设置为小于杯底连接部22的壁厚,或者设置为小于包绕部21的壁厚。
需要指出的是,参见图9和图10,为了提高镶嵌注塑的连接强度,在硬质连接环211上设置有周向分布的多个轴向穿孔,包绕部231包括穿过所述轴向穿孔的轴向柱。有利的是,在径向上,所述轴向穿孔位于所述环形槽2111的范围内。所述轴向柱在所述环形凸起2311的径向中部处轴向延伸。
在另一个可选实施例中,包绕部231包括位于硬质连接环211的轴向两端处的包绕层。进一步的,包绕部231还可以包括位于硬质连接环211径向内侧的包绕层。这样,整个硬质连接件211被包在所述包绕部231内。
最后需要指出的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种水杯手柄,其特征在于,所述水杯手柄(2)包括弹性抓握部(23),所述弹性抓握部(23)以弹性材料制成,在自然状态下,所述弹性抓握部(23)呈弧形向外张开。
- 如权利要求1所述的水杯手柄,其特征在于,所述水杯手柄(2)还包括上连接部(21)和杯底连接部(22),所述上连接部(21)与杯体(1)上部或杯盖(3)连接,所述杯底连接部(22)与杯体(1)的杯底(12)接合,其中所述杯底连接部(22)通过所述弹性抓握部(23)与所述上连接部(21)连接为一体。
- 如权利要求2所述的水杯手柄,其特征在于,在安装状态下,所述弹性抓握部(23)被弹性拉伸,对所述杯底(12)连接部施加拉力,使得所述杯底连接部(22)压紧所述杯体(1)的杯底(12),其中,所述弹性抓握部(23)在安装状态下的向外张开的弧度小于其在自然状态下的向外张开的弧度。
- 如权利要求2所述的水杯手柄,其特征在于,所述杯底连接部(22)带有向上侧凸出的倒扣锥体(221);或者向上侧凸出的倒扣凸棱;或者朝向上侧的空气吸盘(223)。
- 如权利要求4所述的水杯手柄,其特征在于,所述杯底连接部(22)带有平坦圆形底部(224),所述空气吸盘(223)从所述平坦圆形底部(224)向上张开。
- 如权利要求2-5中任一项所述的水杯手柄,其特征在于,所述水杯手柄(2)的上连接部(21)包括硬质连接环(211),所述弹性抓握部(23)包括包绕部(231),所述包绕部(231)包绕在所述硬质连接环(211)的径向外侧,所述弹性抓握部(23)和所述杯底连接部(22)以弹性材料一体成型,所述硬质连接环(211)和所述弹性抓握部(23)通过镶嵌式注塑工艺相互连接 为一体。
- 如权利要求6所述的水杯手柄,其特征在于,所述硬质连接环(211)的外周设置有环形槽(2111),所述环形槽(2111)径向向内凹陷,所述包绕部(231)具有配合在所述环形槽(2111)内的环形凸起(2311)。
- 如权利要求6所述的水杯手柄,其特征在于,所述硬质连接环(211)的径向内侧带有周向定位槽(2112),所述周向定位槽(2112)径向向外凹陷;或者所述硬质连接环(211)的径向内侧带有周向定位凸起,所述周向定位凸起径向向内突出。
- 一种婴童水杯,其特征在于,所述婴童水杯包括杯体(1)、水杯手柄(2)和杯盖(3),所述杯盖(3)安装至所述杯体(1),所述水杯手柄是如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的水杯手柄,所述杯体(1)在杯底(12)下侧处设置有杯底连接结构与所述水杯手柄连接,其中,所述杯底连接结构包括:向杯身方向凹进的内切倒扣锥孔(121);向杯身方向凹进的直槽(122),所述直槽(122)的侧壁内切扩张;或者向杯身方向凹进的沉坑状结构(123)。
- 如权利要求9所述的婴童水杯,其特征在于,所述水杯手柄(2)的上连接部(21)为硬质材料,套接在所述杯体(1)的杯口部(11)上,且所述水杯手柄(2)的上连接部(21)被夹在所述杯盖(3)与所述杯体(1)上部的肩部(14)之间。
