Abstract

具有传感器的轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有传感器的轴承或者用于可旋转地支撑例如铁路车辆轮轴的滚柱轴承,尤其涉及一种具有用于传感轴承的旋转状态的传感器的轴承。
背景技术
可旋转地支撑例如货车的铁路车辆的轮轴的滚柱轴承,被特殊地设计和生产用于铁路车辆轮轴的应用,并且它们通常是双排圆柱滚柱轴承或双排圆锥滚柱轴承。为了高速行驶的目的,所述铁路车辆,例如如上所述的火车,需要包括用于每一个车厢、作为安全装置的ABS(防锁定刹车系统)装置。
已经存在一种具有传感器的轴承,所述传感器连接到所述轴承用于在铁路车辆的驱动期间传感轴承的旋转状态,从而允许此ABS装置被安装(参见,例如,日本专利待审公开No.Hei 10-224909)。
所述具有此类型的传感器的轴承具有图11中所示的结构,其中借助保持器33被可旋转地保持的多个圆锥滚柱34被容纳在内环31与外环32之间,并且油封壳体35配合到外环32的内径端。传感器36被连接到油封壳体35,所述传感器36传感内环31相对于外环32的旋转状态。
日本专利待审公开No.Hei 10-224909中披露的前述具有传感器的轴承使其油封壳体35具有传感器36,且所述传感器36仅被配合到外环32的内径端内,因此,在传感器36被连接的端部内,所述油封壳体35的刚性很低。
当所述传感器36被连接到具有此构件设计的油封壳体35的远端部时,如果传感器36是振动传感器,那么将很难准确地测量轴承中的振动。同样,如果传感器36是温度传感器,它将测量油封壳体35的温度但是难以传感轴承构件的精确的温度。
发明内容
考虑到上述问题提出本发明,且本发明的目的是提出一种具有传感器的轴承,所述传感器能够准确地传感轴承的旋转状态,例如振动。
作为用于实现上述目的的技术手段,所述根据本发明的具有传感器的轴承的特征在于:多个滚柱容纳在内环与外环之间,其中所述多个滚柱利用保持器被可旋转地保持,且用于传感所述轴承的旋转状态的传感器被直接连接到所述外环上。这里使用的“轴承的旋转状态”是指内环的旋转数和旋转方向、轴承的振动、和外环的温度。因此,用于传感所述旋转状态的传感器可以是,例如,旋转传感器、振动传感器、或温度传感器。所述滚柱(所述轴承构件中的一个)可以是双排圆柱滚柱或双排圆锥滚柱。
本发明的具有传感器的轴承中,因为用于传感轴承的旋转状态的传感器被直接连接到外环,即所述传感器被固定地连接到具有很高刚性的外环,所以使用所述传感器能够容易地实现对轴承的旋转状态例如振动的精确确定。
本发明可以适于用于可旋转地支撑铁路车辆的轮轴的轴承,且在所述轴承用于铁路车辆轮轴的情况下,外壳被设置到外环的外径上部作为用于将所述轴承连接到所述车辆上的结构的一部分。在外壳被设置到外环的外径上部的这种结构中,理想的是所述传感器被布置在外环的外径下部。借助此设计,所述传感器能够容易地与外壳一起被直接连接到外环。
用于将所述传感器连接到外环上的一个可能的设计可以包括径向凸出的突起,所述径向凸出的突起被形成到外环的外径的一部分上,且所述传感器被连接到所述突起的端面上。借助此设计,所述形成到外环的外径上的突起通过与外壳接触被阻止旋转,藉此防止了所述传感器的线路的断开。
根据本发明,因为所述用于传感轴承的旋转状态的传感器被直接连接到外环,即所述传感器被固定地连接到具有很高刚性的外环,所以使用所述传感器能够容易地实现对轴承的旋转状态例如振动的精确确定。结果,产品的质量和可靠性得到大幅提高,且所述具有传感器的轴承当被用于铁路车辆轮轴时具有优异的安全性能。

具体实施方式
图1-图10被给出用于描述本发明的具有传感器的轴承的一个实施例,所述具有传感器的轴承用作例如货车的铁路车辆的轮轴轴承;图1-图6图示了一个实施例,其中所述传感器被连接到外环的外径下部;且图7-图10图示了另一实施例,其中所述传感器被连接到外环的外径上部。所述外壳在图7-图10中没有图示。
在图1-图3示出的实施例中示出的具有传感器的轴承主要由以下组成:彼此轴向邻近的一对内环2,且隔离件(或隔环)1放置在所述一对内环2之间;外环3,所述外环3布置在内环2的外侧;两排滚柱4(在图中是圆锥滚柱),所述两排滚柱4置于内环2与外环3的滚道之间从而可自由滚动;和保持器5,所述保持器5用于以圆周节距在圆周方向上保持每一排滚柱4。所述轴承被用作铁路车辆的轮轴轴承,并因此包括外壳13,所述外壳13连接到外环3的外径上部,用于将所述轴承安装到铁路车辆上。
内部具有油封6的油封壳体7在外环3的两端配合到内圆周表面,且与油封6滑动接触的油浸部件8布置在每一个内环2的外侧。前盖9布置在轴端处,后盖10布置在前盖9的相反侧,且前盖9使用螺栓11被紧固到轮轴12上以将轴承牢固地连接到轮轴12上。
在此实施例中,所述外环3包括在其外径的下部内径向凸出的突起14,且旋转传感器15被连接到此突起14的端面上。在此实施例中,所述旋转传感器15使用两个螺杆16牢固地连接到外环3的突起14上。所述旋转传感器15能够是反射类型的光电开关等,且编码器17被布置在前盖9的外圆周端面上,所述外圆周端面与传感器的光发射/接收部分相对。
在旋转传感器15如上所述地被连接到外环3的情况下,内环2(轮轴)的旋转数,即相对于固定部件或外环3的旋转数,能够被测量。因为旋转传感器15被牢固地连接到具有很高刚性的外环3上,借助此旋转传感器15,能够准确地进行对轴承的旋转数的测量。同样,因为旋转传感器15被连接到外环3的外径下部,且外壳13没有连接到所述外径下部,所以外壳13将不会对旋转传感器15的连接产生任何障碍。
尽管此实施例使用如此结构,即旋转传感器15借助两个螺杆16被牢固地连接到外环3的突起14上,但是也可以使用其它的连接结构,例如图4-图6中所示的连接结构。图4-图6中所示的结构中,两个通孔18和19沿着轴向方向形成在外环3的突起14内和旋转传感器15的凸缘内,且在尖端(或末端)具有螺杆(或螺纹部)的U形部件20的两端被插入到这两个通孔18和19内,且相应的端部借助螺母21被紧固,从而旋转传感器15被牢固地连接到外环3的突起14。
尽管在上述实施例中所述轴承具有被连接到外环3的下部的旋转传感器15,但是本发明不限于此,且如图7和图8中所示,旋转传感器15能够被连接到外环3的上部。所述旋转传感器15的连接结构,与图1-图3中所示的实施例相似,包括突起14和两个螺杆(或螺钉)16,所述突起14从外环3的外径上部径向凸出,所述两个螺杆16用于将旋转传感器15牢固地连接到突起14的端面。
在此实施例中,所述外壳(没有示出)被连接到外环3的外径上部,且所述突起14(被形成到外环3的外径上部且旋转传感器15连接到其上)通过与外壳接触被阻止旋转,藉此防止了旋转传感器15的线路的断开。
另外,在用于旋转传感器15的其它连接结构中,与图4-图6中所示的实施例相似,通孔18和19如图10中所示可以被形成在外环3的突起14和旋转传感器15的凸缘内,且U形部件20的两端可以被插入这些通孔18和19内,且相应的端部借助螺母21被紧固,从而旋转传感器15被牢固地连接到外环3的突起14。
尽管在此实施例中旋转传感器15被连接作为用于传感旋转传感器,但是除了旋转传感器15,也可以使用用于传感轴承的振动的振动传感器和用于传感轴承的内部温度的温度传感器。因为这些传感器如上所述地直接地和固定地连接到外环3,所以借助振动传感器能够准确地测量轴承内的振动,且借助温度传感器能够准确地测量轴承构件的温度。

Claims (6)

1、一种具有传感器的轴承,其特征在于:利用保持器被可旋转地保持的多个滚柱被容纳在内环与外环之间,且用于传感所述轴承的旋转状态的传感器被直接连接到所述外环上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的具有传感器的轴承,其特征在于:所述传感器被布置在所述外环的外径下部内,其中外壳被设置到所述外环的外径上部。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的具有传感器的轴承,其特征在于:多个径向凸出的突起被设置到所述外环的外径的一部分上,且所述传感器被连接到所述突起的端面。
4、根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的具有传感器的轴承,其特征在于:所述传感器是从由振动传感器、旋转传感器、和温度传感器组成的组中选择的至少一个传感器。
5、根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的具有传感器的轴承,其特征在于:所述滚柱是双排圆柱滚柱和双排圆锥滚柱中的任一个。
6、根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的具有传感器的轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承是用于可旋转地支撑铁路车辆的轮轴的轴承。
