Abstract

一种复合支持体胶印PS版及其生产工艺,PS版在铝质版基正面设有感光成像层,版基的背面覆盖设有高分子材料的薄膜,构成复合支持体结构。生产工艺首先将铝质版基进行除油清洗,在版基的背面覆盖上高分子材料的薄膜,然后进行电化学腐蚀粗化,再经过阳板氧化生成氧化层,再对氧化层进行封孔或亲水处理后,涂上感光液,最后烘干裁切出成品。本发明可用较薄的铝材保持较高质量,大大降低了铝的使用量,降低成本。薄膜韧性强,复合后版基抗拉强度大,印刷不易断裂,而且密度小,可减版材成品重量。高分子薄膜表面非常光滑,多张PS版叠放时不会擦伤感光层,无需保护衬纸。而且复合支持体的PS版生产工艺和原先基本一致,复合薄膜简单迅速。

Description

复合支持体胶印PS版及其生产工艺
技术领域:本发明涉及一种印刷工业中的预涂感光版材(PS版)或者计算机直接制版版材(CTP版),并涉及版材的生产工艺。
背景技术:一般的PS版或者CTP版都使用铝质支持体版基,在版基正面则设有感光成像涂层。生产中,将铝版基表面粗化、阳极氧化、封孔或亲水处理保持氧化层的吸附性,再涂上感光成像涂层即可制出成品版材。铝质版基在印刷中有一定的强度和韧性,同时在粗化、氧化后有较好的亲水性、耐磨性等特点,但是铝材的使用量大,铝材价格还不断升高,成本占了版材成本的75%以上,迫切需要一种既可保持质量,又可降低成本的新型版材。现在也有采用非铝版基的PS版,但其性能各指标均不可靠成熟,无法替代铝版基的PS版。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种节省铝材,性能可靠的复合支持体胶印PS版,本发明同时提供一种生产工艺。
本发明的PS版包括铝质版基,在版基正面设有感光成像层,版基的背面覆盖设有高分子材料的薄膜,构成复合支持体结构。
版基的厚度一般为0.1-0.3毫米,薄膜的厚度为0.01-0.3毫米。薄膜可采用POM或PET或PC或PPS等刚性大的高分子材料,优选预涂热熔胶的薄膜。
本发明的生产工艺首先将铝质版基进行除油清洗,然后将版基表面进行电化学腐蚀粗化,再经过阳板氧化在版基表面生成氧化层,再对氧化层进行封孔或亲水处理后,涂上感光液,最后烘干裁切出成品,在版基除油清洗后即可在版基的背面覆盖上高分子材料的薄膜。
实际中,在版基上覆盖薄膜也可以在上述工艺过程中的任一步骤后进行,或者还可以在烘干裁切后进行,如果在铝材电化学处理前就复合薄膜,还可隔断铝材背面与药水接触,节省电能,又避免正面边缘产生电化学反应,提高成品性能。薄膜一般采用热熔压合的方式粘合覆盖在版基上。
本发明的复合支持体版基,正面继续使用铝材的优点吸附感光成像层,背面则设有薄膜层,可用较薄的铝材保持较高质量,大大降低了铝的使用量,降低成本。高分子材料的薄膜韧性强,复合后版基抗拉强度大,印刷不易断裂,而且高分子材料密度小,可减版材成品重量,降低了包装强度要求和运输的费用。高分子薄膜表面非常光滑,多张PS版叠放时,不会擦伤另一张的正面感光层,无需保护衬纸。而且复合支持体的PS版生产工艺和原先基本一致,复合薄膜简单迅速。
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本发明。
附图说明:图1是PS版的横截面结构示意图;
图2是热熔压合状态的示意图。
实施例:如图所示,在版基1正面设有感光成像层3,版基1的背面覆盖设有高分子材料的薄膜2,构成复合支持体结构。生产使用的PS版的铝质版基1厚度为0.142毫米,薄膜2采用PET预涂膜,厚度0.075毫米,预涂粘合剂采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA),或者用高分子树脂。
生产时,首先将铝质版基1进行除油清洗,将版基1送入复合设备的导热辊和压合辊间,利用压力和温度在版基1的背面热熔压合上薄膜2。然后将版基1表面进行电化学腐蚀粗化,再经过阳板氧化在版基1表面生成氧化层,再对氧化层进行封孔处理后,涂上感光液,最后烘干裁切出成品。
所得复合支持体PS版相对全铝版基的PS版的重量、防断裂性、摩擦安全性、印刷适性等各项性能均优良。
如果生产CTP版,生产过程基本类似,其版基1涂上成像液,烘干裁切的复合支持体成品的各项性能均优良。

Claims (7)

1、一种复合支持体胶印PS版,包括铝质版基,在版基正面设有感光成像层,其特征为:版基(1)的背面覆盖设有高分子材料的薄膜(2),构成复合支持体结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复合支持体胶印PS版,其特征为:版基(1)的厚度为0.1-0.3毫米,薄膜(2)的厚度为0.01-0.3毫米。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的复合支持体胶印PS版,其特征为:薄膜(2)采用的高分子材料为POM或PET或PC或PPS。
4、一种生产权利要求1所述的PS版的工艺,首先将铝质版基进行除油清洗,然后将版基表面进行电化学腐蚀粗化,再经过阳板氧化在版基表面生成氧化层,再对氧化层进行封孔或亲水处理后,涂上感光液,最后烘干裁切出成品,其特征为:在版基(1)除油清洗后即可在版基(1)的背面覆盖上高分子材料的薄膜(2)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的PS版生产工艺,其特征为:在版基(1)上覆盖薄膜(2)也可以在上述工艺过程中的任一步骤后进行,或者还可以在烘干裁切后进行。
6、根据权利要求4或5所述的PS版生产工艺,其特征为:薄膜(2)采用热熔压合的方式粘合覆盖在版基(1)上。
7、根据权利要求6所述的PS版生产工艺,其特征为:热熔压合的粘合剂采用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,或者高分子树脂。
