Abstract

提供一种直接接合多根管的接头结构。第一管(10)具有相对于轴线以规定角度激光加工的接合端面(11)和形成于接合端面的榫(12)。第二管(20)具有相对于轴线以规定角度激光加工的接合端面(21)和榫槽(22)。通过使第一管(10)的榫(12)与第二管(20)的榫槽(22)嵌合,而形成两根管(10)、(20)的接头结构。第一管(10)的接合端面(11)和第二管(20)的接合端面(21)以管的壁厚整体面接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及管的接头结构。
背景技术
图7是表示以往的管的接头结构的立体图,图8是部件的构成图。
例如,对连结四根管的端部的以往的接头结构而言,准备管1、管2、管3、管4,作为其它构件准备接头构件5,在使各管与接头构件5对接后,对接合部实施焊接W1而进行了结合。
即,在结构上难以直接结合四根管的端部,需要接头构件5。该接头构件5例如通过锻造加工钢材而制作。
由于对接合部实施焊接,所以需要对管和接头构件加工坡口。
管结构物的接头结构公开于下述的专利文献中。

对上述以往的结构而言,使用接头构件是必不可少的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够直接接合多根管的端部的管的接头结构。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的管的接头结构具备形成于第一管的接合端面的榫、和形成于第二管的接合端面的榫槽,第一管的接合端面和第二管的接合端面面接触,并且通过使榫和榫槽嵌合而接合。
此外,具备形成于第一管的外周面的榫槽、和形成于第二管的外周面的榫槽,具有形成于接合端面的榫的多个管,与第一管和第二管的外周面面接触,并且通过使该榫与第一管的所述榫槽和第二管的所述榫槽嵌合而接合。
另外,管的接合端面、榫和榫槽通过激光加工而形成。
(发明效果)
本发明的管的接头结构通过具备以上的机构,能够在不需要接头构件的情况下将多根管的端部集中于一处而接合。因此,能够轻量地构成结构物整体,另外,还能够大幅度削减组装所需要的工时。
另外,由于管的端面通过面接触而与对方接合,所以能够获得刚性高的接头结构。

图中,10-第一管;11-第一管的接合端面;12-榫;13-榫槽;20-第二管;21-第二管的接合端面;22-榫;23-榫槽。
具体实施方式
图1是表示本发明的管的接头结构的立体图,图2是表示接头部的详细情况的说明图。
如图1所示,第一管10和第二管20的端部直接接合。并且,两管10、20具有角度α1而接合。
如图2所示,第一管10具有相对于轴线以规定角度激光加工的接合端面11,还具有从该接合端面11突出的榫12。在本实施例中,榫12的个数为两个,但榫的个数、设置位置等可适当选择。
在第一管10的周围设有接受后述的第三管、第四管的榫的榫槽13。
第二管20具有相对于轴线以规定角度激光加工的接合端面21,还具有从该接合端面21切入的榫槽22。该榫槽22具有嵌合第一管的榫12的形状,榫槽22的位置也通过精密激光加工而形成在与榫12的位置对应的位置。
在第二管20的周围也设有嵌合第三管、第四管的榫的榫槽23。
第一管10的接合端面11和第二管20的接合端面以管的壁厚的整体面接触,并使榫12嵌合于榫槽22,由此第一管10和第二管20接合。
图3、图4表示在第一管10和第二管20的接合部进一步连结第三管30和第四管40的接头结构J1
图3是从上方俯视接头结构J1的图,图4是从下方仰视接头结构J1的图。能够形成四根管接合于一处的接头结构J1
图5表示在接合后的第一管10和第二管20上接合第三管30和第四管40的结构。
第三管30具有激光加工为与接合后的第一管10和第二管20的外周面对应的形状的接合端面31。并且,设有从该接合端面31突出的两个榫32。在接合端面31上,形成有与接合的对象的接合端面对应的凸部34和凹部33。
通过使第三管30的榫32与接合后的第一管10的榫槽13和第二管20的榫槽23(均设于图的里侧)嵌合,能够使第三管30与第一管10和第二管20的接头部接合。
第三管30的接合端面31以与第一管10的外周面和第二管20的外周面面接触的状态接合。
第四管40也具有激光加工为与第三管30的接合端面31同样的形状的接合端面41和两个榫42。
并且,通过使两个榫42与第一管10的榫槽13和第二管20的榫槽23嵌合,能够接合第四管40。
第四管40的接合端面41以与第一管10的外周面和第二管20的外周面面接触的状态接合。
图6表示第四管40的两个榫42与第一管10的对应的榫槽13和第二管20的对应的榫槽23相对的状态。
根据本发明,如上所述,能够构成将四根管的端部集中于一处而接合的接头结构。
根据需要,对接合端面实施点焊接等,能够获得牢固的接头结构。

Claims (3)

1.一种管的接头结构,其中,
具备形成于第一管的接合端面的榫、和形成于第二管的接合端面的榫槽,
第一管的接合端面和第二管的接合端面面接触,并且通过使榫和榫槽嵌合而接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管的接头结构,其中,
具备形成于第一管的外周面的榫槽、和形成于第二管的外周面的榫槽,
具有形成于接合端面的榫的多个管,与第一管和第二管的外周面面接触,并且通过使该榫与第一管的所述榫槽和第二管的所述榫槽嵌合而接合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管的接头结构,其中,
管的接合端面、榫和榫槽通过激光加工而形成。
