Abstract

用于流体引导系统的管接头
本发明涉及一种用于流体引导系统的管接头,其包括连接部和锁定部,所述连接部中嵌入对应部的嵌入部分,所述锁定部以可动的形式安装在连接部上,并具有一定位结构,所述定位结构在停止位置与一辅助结构相互作用,所述辅助结构配置在嵌入部分上用于锁定对应部和连接部。
这种管接头可以从DE10141315C1中了解。之前已知的管接头包括一连接部,所述连接部中嵌入对应部的嵌入部分。此外还有一安装在连接部上C形锁定部,使得其能够围绕管接头的纵轴旋转。作为定位结构,锁定部具有类似圆形分段的多个部分,所述多个部分通过啮合配置在连接部和嵌入部分上的凹进,在停止位置时与配置在嵌入分段上用于将对应部和连接部锁定在锁定位置的辅助结构相互作用。当锁定部绕管接头的纵轴旋转时,类似圆形分段的多个部分可滑出凹进,同时使锁定部向上弯曲,并将嵌入部分释放在释放位置。为了方便旋转,在锁定部外侧提供夹紧凹槽或突出部。
当操作之前已知的管接头时,在某种意义上其结果是不利的,因为释放位置在对连接部相对较低的力的作用下会具有一定的不稳定性,所述连接部会突然地直接从释放位置改变到锁定位置。此外,已经证明通过旋转连接部而将连接部从锁定位置改变到释放位置不是最佳的,因为这样需要相对较大的空间。最后,例如在夹紧凹槽或突出部磨损之后,使用具有光滑壁面的锁定部执行旋转运动有时还存在问题。
本发明是以这样一个任务为基础的,即通过改进的操作进行区别而提出一种所述类型的管接头。
在利用所述类型的管接头时,可创造性地解决该任务,因为锁定部配设有两个彼此平行的侧面部分,至少一个纵向的定位构件配置成面对连接部的每个侧面部分的内侧,并在侧面部分的自由端区域提供一闭锁结构,所述连接部配设有彼此相对布置的导向凹进,所述定位构件啮合在所述凹进中,以及所述连接部配设在具有一闭锁结构的导向凹进一端的区域,所述闭锁结构配置成辅助所述定位结构。
通过本发明的管接头结构,可以沿垂直于管接头的纵向方向的直线方向使锁定部在释放位置和锁定位置之间移动,从而可以相对没有问题地执行操作,即使在窄小空间中。此外,其导致的优点是释放位置特别地显示出抵抗外力作用的相对高的稳定性,从而至少使得更加难以无意识地将锁定部锁紧在锁定位置。

图1显示了本发明的管接头的实施例的透视图,其包括在一侧具有连接配件2的细长连接部1。在图1中没有示出的柔性软管,例如是应用于流体引导系统,其可以滑动到连接配件2上,所述连接配件优选配设有沿纵向方向变化的横截面,并在端部逐渐变细。在与连接配件2相对的嵌入侧3,连接部1配设有横截面为圆形的嵌入开口4,在图1中示出的与连接部1相距一定距离、并具有细长的大体上为圆柱形嵌入部分5的对应部可以嵌入该开口。
对应部的嵌入部分5具有圆周固定凹进6,其在边缘侧上由第一边缘肩部7和第二边缘肩部8限定,所述第一边缘肩部布置在嵌入部分5的自由端区域的边缘侧上,所述第二边缘肩部相对第一边缘肩部7布置。嵌入部分5例如配置成一个终端部件,其布置在流体引导系统的流体容器上,或者与流体引导系统的另一个柔性软管的一端连接。当适当地进行操作时,在其直接嵌入连接部1之前面对嵌入侧3的端部部分上,嵌入部分5具有一嵌入斜面9,用于促进嵌入到连接部1中。
在连接配件2和嵌入侧3之间,连接部1配设有比连接配件2更厚的连接部分10,其中有多个导向凹进13,所述导向凹进横向布置并从顶部构件11延伸到底部构件12,从而垂直于连接部1的纵向方向。在导向凹进13的两个侧面上连接部1的纵向方向提供滑动表面14、15,所述滑动表面相对连接部分10的外侧向内偏移,并且略微凸出,所述滑动表面配设在其面对底部构件12的端部区域,所述底部构件具有作为定位结构的锁定凹进16、17,以及配设在其面对顶部构件11的端部区域,所述顶部构件具有作为释放结构的释放凹进18、19。锁定凹进16、17和释放凹进18、19沿连接部1的纵向方向对准。
此外,如图1所示的优选实施例配设有基本上为U形的锁定部20,所述锁定部可分离地安装在连接部1上,并具有外侧扁平的顶部部分21和两个侧面部分22、23,所述侧面部分以直角配设在顶部部分21上,并且在外侧也是扁平的。向内凹入的定位构件24、25配设在每个侧面部分22、23的内侧,所述定位构件与导向凹进13的尺寸相匹配,并啮合导向凹进。在定位构件24、25的凹性区域中锁定部的内径略微小于在固定凹进6的区域中嵌入部分5的外径。突出的闭锁突出部26、27作为闭锁结构配设在背对顶部部分21的定位构件的端部区域中的侧面部分22、23上,并沿连接部1的纵向方向与其对准,所述闭锁突出部的尺寸为啮合到锁定凹进16、17和释放凹进18、19中。
在根据图1的表示中,锁定部20定位在弹性释放位置中,其中闭锁突出部26、27与锁定凹进18、19啮合。
图2显示了根据图1的实施例剖开连接部1和布置在锁定位置的锁定部20以及剖开嵌入在连接部1中的嵌入部分5的透视图。从图2中可以看出,从图1所示的释放位置,锁定部20变成处于锁定位置,同时通过指尖或工具例如借助附加力的作用,沿侧面部分21、22的方向向顶部部分21施加一定的力,其足以克服闭锁突出部26、27与释放凹进18、19的啮合,从而侧面部分22、23的内侧沿滑动表面14、15滑动,而定位构件24、25进一步啮合到连接部1的导向凹进13中。在锁定位置,在图2中看不到的闭锁突出部26、27可啮合同样看不到的锁定凹进16、17,使得锁定部20也被固定在锁定位置中。
图3示出了根据图1和图2的实施例沿纵向方向在从一个侧面部分22到顶部部分21的过渡区局部剖开的透视图,其中锁定部20处于锁定位置。从图3可以看出,密封环32布置在嵌入部分5的嵌入斜面9的区域中连接部1和嵌入部分5之间,以便在流体引导系统中实现防漏连接。从图3中还可以看出,定位构件24、25面对连接配件2的边缘侧倚靠在第一边缘肩部7上,所述第一边缘肩部与嵌入部分5的自由端相邻,从而以基本上自由操作的方式将嵌入部分5保持在连接部1中。
当嵌入部分5嵌入连接部1中而锁定部20处于锁定位置中时,锁定部20的定位构件24、25同样有利地沿嵌入方向即嵌入侧3的方向逐渐变细,并滑动到嵌入锥形9中,直到定位构件24、25啮合到第一边缘肩部7的后面,以及定位构件24、25的凹性可将嵌入部分5封闭在固定凹进6区域中的部分。这样对应部可与连接部1相连接。
为了将锁定部20从锁定位置改变到释放位置以释放嵌入部分5,例如手指甲或改锥刀口的前端可替换地可以应用到作为解除结构而提供的啮合凹进30、31的区域中的前表面28、29上,所述前表面背对顶部部分21,从而通过沿顶部部分21的方向作用在锁定凹进上的推动运动来释放闭锁突出部26、27与锁定凹进16、17的啮合。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于流体引导系统的管接头,包括:其中嵌入有对应部的嵌入部分的连接部,和以可动形式安装连接部上的锁定部,所述锁定部具有以定位结构,所述定位结构在停止位置时与配设在嵌入部分上的辅助结构相互作用,用于锁定对应部和连接部,其特征在于锁定部(20)配设有两个彼此平行的侧面部分(22、23),至少一个纵向的定位构件配设在面对连接部(1)的每个侧面部分(22、23)的内侧上,并在侧面部分(22、23)的自由端区域提供一闭锁结构(26、27),所述连接部(1)配设有彼此相对布置的导向凹进(13),所述定位构件(24、25)啮合在所述凹进中,以及所述连接部(1)配设在具有一闭锁结构(26、27)的导向凹进(13)一端的区域中,所述闭锁结构配置成辅助所述定位结构(16、17)。
2.如权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征在于在导向凹进(13)另一端的区域中,连接部(1)配设有一释放结构(16、17),所述释放结构根据另一释放结构(18、19)进行配置。
3.如权利要求2所述的管接头,其特征在于闭锁结构、定位结构和释放结构具有突出部(26、27)和凹进(16、17、18、19),它们沿连接部(1)的纵向方向与定位构件(24、25)成直角地对准。
4.如权利要求1-3中的一个所述的管接头,其特征在于解除结构(30、31)配置在锁定部(20)的自由端区域中。
5.如权利要求1-4中的一个所述的管接头,其特征在于锁定部(20)具有扁平的顶部部分(21),所述顶部部分与侧面部分(22、23)成直角地对准。
