背景技术
在空心塑料容器的生产过程中,通常是注塑预型件,然后吹塑该预型件以获得容器的最终形状。该容器的主体部分可以是单层结构,或可以是多层结构,在多层结构中一或多个中间层形成阻挡层以防气体透过该容器。上述的多层吹塑容器经常用于医疗型产品如药剂。然而,药剂时常被仿造并被包装在看上去与市场销售的真药剂的真包装容器相同的仿造容器里。因此,使用上述仿造容器来欺骗药剂师和消费者去购买仿造的药剂。
发明内容
根据本发明的一方面,一种生产可识别容器的方法包括:提供具有壁的模制塑料容器,它包括至少一个与添加剂混合的材料层;提供具有可识别标记形式的放射缝隙的掩模;和引导放射线通过该掩模的放射缝隙并到达该容器上以使该放射线为添加剂所吸收,由此使该添加剂以可识别标记的形式产生明显的响应。容器壁可以具有单层结构,或多层结构,其中在这些层的至少一层中提供添加剂,优选在阻挡层中。

Claims (13)

1.一种生产可识别容器的方法,它包括:
(a)提供模制塑料容器,它包括至少一个混有添加剂的材料层;
(b)提供具有可识别标记形式的放射缝隙的掩模;和
(c)引导放射线通过所述掩模的放射缝隙并到达所述容器上以使所述放射线为添加剂所吸收,由此使所述添加剂以可识别标记的形式产生明显的响应。
2.权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述放射线是γ射线,并且所述添加剂是紫外线的发荧光试剂,它应暴露于所述γ射线的响应发荧光。
