Abstract

背景技术
通常被称为操纵杆的手动控制装置用于诸如重型建筑之类的各种设备中。这些装置控制诸如位置、速度和加速度之类的参数。通常,这些控制装置具有延伸的轴,该轴一端带有一手柄,而在另一端具有与一个或多个传感器相接触的成形的组件。通过传感器将手柄的移动转化为电信号,该电信号被传输给设备以做出所需的反应。
传感器检测与成形组件相关联的磁体的运动。要求磁体位于传感器表面附近。通常,将磁体机械紧固于轴,从而限制了可允许的设计空间。另外,螺丝钉、夹具粘结剂或模制件会由于温度、湿度或振动而失灵。
因此,需要一种手动控制装置,它比传统的操纵杆更坚固,不会产生性能恶化,而且所包括的组件数量也最少,从而在严酷的环境中也可提供较高的可靠性。
因此,本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种绕一磁体压铸成型的手动控制装置。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种操纵杆装置,该装置包括至少部分地位于沿一C形磁体的一开口槽的抗旋转销。

发明内容
一种控制装置包括一烧结的C形磁体和一抗旋转销。烧结的C形磁体和抗旋转销被封装在一球形构件中。C形磁体具有相对的两端,这些端部形成沿C形主体的一开口槽。抗旋转销至少部分地位于开口槽中。

具体实施方式
关于图1和2,控制装置10根据操作人员的人工输入量来提供对倾斜角的非接触检测。总体来说,控制装置10包括控制轴12,控制轴12的一端连接于球形构件14。支承构件16支承控制装置10的球形构件14,其支承的方式为球形构件14可绕球体的球心自由枢转。控制轴12的倾斜角度和方向由一个或多个磁性传感器18检测,这些传感器固定于支承构件16并通过不接触电信号与位于球形构件14中的磁体20互相作用。
控制轴12沿控制装置10的中心轴线26从握持端22延伸到紧固端24。握持端22是由操作人员用来向控制装置10提供手动输入量的。紧固端24固定于球形构件14并容纳在其中。或者,控制轴12连接于构件14的外部。紧固端24包括适于将抗旋转销30的一部分接纳于其中的通孔28。
球形构件14包括形成为烧结磁体的磁体20,该磁体较佳地由钕-铁-硼(NdFeB)材料制成。或者,磁体20由钴化钐(SmCO、Sm1Co5、Sm2Co17)、粘结或烧结铁酸盐(陶瓷)制成。磁体20形成为具有C形主体,该主体具有相对的顶端和底端34和36。顶端和底端34和36较佳地形成一对平坦的平面,这两个平面的朝向大致互相平行以形成磁体20的N和S极。球形构件14由骑跨在球形构件14的中纬线上并垂直于轴的轴线26的磁体20的磁极(N和S)磁化。
C形主体32具有中心孔38,该中心孔沿控制装置10的中心轴线26形成在主体中。中心孔38适于接纳轴12。主体32具有被打断的侧壁39,该侧壁在相对的平坦表面40和42终止,表面40和42互相间隔开以在表面40和42之间形成开口槽44。开口槽44适于接纳抗旋转销30穿过其间。抗旋转销30穿过开口槽44安装并进入轴12的紧固端24中的孔28中。
球体46形成在轴12的紧固端24、抗旋转销30以及烧结磁体20的上方。烧结磁体20完全由球体封装。控制轴12的紧固端24的一部分以及抗旋转销30的一部分可延伸到球体46之外。球体46较佳地由锌制成并使控制装置10可沿所有的方向旋转运动。球体46还充当匹配的支承构件16的球面轴承。
支承构件16形成球形的轴衬48,轴衬48支承球形构件14。球形轴衬48可滑动地接纳球形构件14并使球形构件14可绕球体的球心自由地枢转。磁性传感器18安装在球心轴衬48上或之中。磁性传感器18较佳地为霍尔效应传感器或任何其它合适的传感器类型。设置有一到四个磁性传感器18。在设置有一个以上的传感器18的情况中,磁性传感器18互相间间隔90°地定位,并且垂直于前后运动轴线以及左右运动轴线。
为了组装控制装置10,将控制轴12的紧固端24插入磁体20的中心孔38。然后将抗旋转销30插入控制轴12的孔28中,从而销子30延伸通过并延伸出磁体20的主体32的槽44。一压模(未示出)配合在组装好的元件周围,将锌或其它材料加入压模中以形成围绕组装好的元件的球体46。这样,球体将轴12、磁体20和销子30容纳在一起,同时与支承构件16中的传感器18互相作用。
或者,将压模制成为当向压模添加锌时沿球体46形成轴12和抗旋转销30。
在工作过程中,当操作人员向轴12提供手动输入量时,轴12从其空档位置(即笔直向上)移动。在轴12的运动过程中,磁性传感器18传感磁体20的南-北极偏移并输出成正比的电流。利用单个霍尔传感器18来传感垂直于诸如前后运动轴线或左右运动轴线之类的运动轴线的运动。如果需要冗余,则使用两个磁性传感器18来传感垂直于诸如前后运动轴线或左右运动轴线之类的运动轴线的运动。在多轴线应用场合中,将来自两个霍耳效应传感器18的输出量相结合以确定不垂直于诸如前后运动轴线或左右运动轴线之类的运动轴线的运动。如果需要冗余,则在多轴线应用场合采用四个磁性传感器来确定不垂直于诸如前后运动轴线或左右运动轴线之类的运动轴线的运动。
对于图3和4,另一个控制装置10根据操作人员的人工输入量来提供对倾斜角的非接触检测。总体来说,控制装置10包括控制按钮50,该按钮由支承构件16支承,支承方式为使控制按钮50可绕轴线52自由地枢转。控制按钮50的倾斜角度和方向由一个或多个磁性传感器18检测,这些传感器固定于支承构件16并通过不接触电信号与位于控制按钮50中的磁体20互相作用。
控制按钮50具有T形主体56,该主体具有沿其上端的按钮表面58以及大致垂直于按钮表面58延伸的延伸臂60。磁体20较佳地位于主体56的延伸臂60中。烧结磁体20完全由主体56封装。磁体20较佳地由钕-铁-硼(NdFeB)材料制成。枢转销62从T形主体56的一侧或多侧延伸。枢转销62为控制按钮50形成旋转轴52。
支承构件16中具有中心孔64以接纳控制按钮50。形成在支承构件16的侧壁中的枢转槽66接纳枢转销62。枢转槽66将控制按钮50固定在中心孔64中并使控制按钮50可绕枢转销62相对于支承构件16旋转。一个或多个磁性传感器18在支承构件16中毗邻控制按钮50的磁体20安装以传感其运动。
为了进行安装,将磁体20和枢转销62与一压模(未示出)配合,将锌或其它材料注入压模以形成T形主体56,并将磁体20和枢转销62连接于主体56。或者,将压模设计成绕磁体20而将枢转销62和主体56形成为一整体件。
在工作中,当操作人员向按钮表面58提供手动输入量时,T形主体56从其空档位置(即笔直向上)移动。在T形主体56的运动过程中,磁性传感器18传感磁体20的南-北极偏移并输出成正比的电流。
利用单个传感器18来传感垂直于诸如前后运动轴线或左右运动轴线之类的运动轴线的运动。如果需要冗余,则使用两个磁性传感器18来传感垂直于诸如前后运动轴线或左右运动轴线之类的运动轴线的运动。

Claims (10)
1.一种控制装置包括:
一细长的轴;
一C形磁体,该磁体具有一细长的槽并形成为将该轴接纳在一中心孔中;
一抗旋转销,该抗旋转销连接于轴并延伸穿过磁体的槽;以及
一球形构件,该球形构件形成为将磁体封装。
2.如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,球形构件由锌制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,磁体由钕-铁-硼制成。
4.如权利要求1所述的控制装置,其特征在于,轴、抗旋转销和球形构件形成为一整体件。
5.一种控制装置包括:
一细长的轴;
一C形磁体,该磁体具有一细长的孔以接纳轴;以及
一球形构件,该球形构件封装磁体并将磁体连接于轴。
6.如权利要求5所述的控制装置,其特征在于,球形构件由锌制成。
7.如权利要求6所述的控制装置,其特征在于,磁体由钕-铁-硼制成。
8.如权利要求6所述的控制装置,其特征在于,轴和球形构件形成为一整体件。
9.一种控制装置包括:
一T形主体,所述T形主体压铸成形,并具有沿其上端的按钮表面;
一磁体,该磁体封装在主体中;以及
一抗旋转销,该抗旋转销从主体向外延伸;并且
其中,所述T形主体的构成使所述磁体和所述抗旋转销连接至所述T形主体。
10.如权利要求9所述的控制装置,其特征在于,主体由锌制成。
