Abstract
本发明提供了能够有效地再利用喷丸废渣,并且能够降低制造成本的窑业制品用呈色剂以及利用此呈色剂的发色粘土。该呈色剂含有分离喷丸废渣后得到的金属粉末,将该金属粉末中的金属氧化物粉末作为基本原料。把该呈色剂添加到原料粘土中得到发色粘土。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饮食器具、装饰用陶瓷器、卫生陶器、瓷砖、瓦、砖以及着色块等的用于窑业制品的呈色剂和发色粘土。
背景技术
以往,在作为无机煅烧物的例如瓷砖的制造中,向原料粘土中添加以金属氧化物粉末作为基本原料的呈色剂(着色剂)后作为发色粘土(有色粘土),通过煅烧它来进行着色。
上述的呈色剂一般是以选自三氧化二铁(Fe2O3)、氧化铜(Cu2O)、氧化锰(MnO)、氧化铬(CrO)、氧化钴(CoO)、氧化钒(VO)等中的至少一种作为基本原料的物质。可以根据其组成所特有的颜色对瓷砖进行着色。
作为上述呈色剂的基本原料的金属氧化物粉末一般是通过如下方式制造的:把原料金属用碾磨机以湿式粉碎至适当的粒度,将其煅烧后,再用碾磨机进行湿式粉碎,进一步进行干式粉碎,直至成为微粉末。
另一方面,关于对金属实施喷丸处理(ショツトブラス)时产生的喷丸废渣(ショツト粕),一般含有使用完的喷丸珠(钢球)和金属粉末。但是此金属粉末容易飞散,因此很难对这些喷丸废渣进行搬运、储存等处理。特别是含有铁系金属粉末的喷丸废渣是易燃的,因而它的处理更加困难。另外,对于再利用这样的喷丸废渣,在技术上和成本上都是不利的。因此,实际上将上述喷丸废渣作为产业废弃物进行填埋处理。
因为必需要用碾磨机等对金属进行反复粉碎,所以作为上述呈色剂的基本原料的金属氧化物粉末,在其制造中花费很多工序,存在制造成本高的问题。
另外,上述喷丸废渣的填埋处理,从资源的有效利用的观点出发不优选。进一步,还有引起环境恶化,并且废弃成本高的问题。
鉴于上述问题点,本发明的目的在于提供能够有效地再利用喷丸废渣,并且能够降低制造成本的窑业制品用的呈色剂以及利用其的发色粘土。
发明内容
为了达到上述目的,本发明的窑业制品用的呈色剂是含有分离喷丸废渣后得到的金属粉末,将该金属粉末中的金属氧化物粉末作为基本原料的物质。
如果采用该窑业制品用的呈色剂,由于它是再利用了以往作为产业废弃物而被废弃的喷丸废渣中的金属粉末的物质,所以没必要粉碎原料金属并且还能够降低原料费。
上述喷丸废渣也可以是通过对铁系金属实施喷丸处理而产生的物质。在这种情况下,在上述金属粉末中,因为含有作为金属氧化物粉末的氧化铁,可以不使该金属粉末氧化而直接把它作为呈色剂来利用。
本发明的窑业制品用的发色粘土,是在原料粘土中添加了权利要求1或权利要求2所述的呈色剂的物质。
如果采用该发色粘土,因其使用廉价的呈色剂,所以可以降低该部分的成本。
如果采用本发明的窑业制品用的呈色剂及发色粘土,由于是再利用喷丸废渣中的金属氧化物粉末的物质,所以制造成本低廉,并且有利于环境保护。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。
本发明涉及的窑业制品用的呈色剂A是含有金属粉末C的物质,所述金属粉末C是通过分离对铁系金属实施喷丸处理时产生的喷丸废渣S而得到的(参考图1),将在该金属粉末C中含有的金属氧化物粉末作为基本原料。
上述喷丸废渣S,是含有几乎相同量(重量%)的喷丸珠B和金属粉末C的物质。上述喷丸珠B经过冲击,变为规定的粒径或更小的、使用完的物质。另外,金属粉末C,例如总铁为70~80重量%、金属铁为15~25重量%,还含有其他微量的硫和铬等。进一步,在上述金属粉末C中,含有60~65重量%的作为金属氧化物粉末的三氧化二铁。
上述的呈色剂A,除了由金属粉末C单独构成的情况以外,也有在其中配合至少一种选自以往作为呈色剂的基本原料的氧化铜、氧化锰、氧化铬、氧化钴、氧化钒等的情况。根据其配合比例,能够使窑业制品呈现出各种颜色。
作为将上述喷丸废渣S分离成喷丸珠B和金属粉末C的方法,可以采用如下几种方式:利用只能通过金属粉末C的布过滤器的干式过滤方式,利用由于风力所致的飞行距离和质量的关系进行分离的风力分离方式,利用只能通过金属粉末C的网的网(筛)分离方式等各种方式。
上述的构成的呈色剂A,由于是再利用以往作为产业废弃物被废弃掉的喷丸废渣S中的金属粉末C的物质,因而原料费本身便宜,并且在其制造时不需要粉碎原料金属的工序。因此,可以降低制造成本。另外,能够有效地利用资源,在环境保护方面也起到作用。特别是,因上述金属粉末C中含有三氧化二铁,所以可以将其直接作为呈色剂A再利用。因此只将喷丸废渣S分离就可以得到呈色剂A,其制造是非常容易的。
并且,对于分离喷丸废渣S所得到的喷丸珠B而言,因它含有大量的纯铁且容易处理,所以可以再利用于制钢原料等。
例如通过在以高岭石为主要成分的粘土(高岭土)中添加上述的呈色剂A,可以得到窑业制品用的发色粘土。具体是把在上述高岭土中添加了长石和陶石而得的原料,用碾磨机在加有水的状态下粉碎至泥状后,移送到泥槽,在该泥槽内的原料中添加例如1~5重量%的上述呈色剂A,通过用喷雾干燥机进行造粒,可以得到发色粘土。
作为上述的喷丸废渣S,可以利用由以切断铁系金属后的除去毛刺、表面的精加工、粗面的改良、锻造品的除去毛刺、热锻造品的除去氧化覆膜、以及铸件的表面处理等为目的的喷丸处理而产生的物质。另外,作为金属粉末C,除了直接利用分离喷丸废渣S后的物质的情况以外,还有利用将该金属粉末C加热、调整金属氧化物粉末的含量后的物质的情况。
进一步,作为喷丸废渣S,不限定于上述铁系金属,也可以利用通过对铜、铝等各种金属实施喷丸处理而产生的物质,从这些喷丸废渣S中得到的金属粉末C中不含金属氧化物粉末时,使用将该金属粉末C加热使其氧化的物质。
实施例
作为喷丸废渣,使用由为了去除包含轴承用钢的热锻造品的氧化覆膜而进行的喷丸处理所产生的物质,将该物质用网分离方式分离出喷丸珠和金属粉末,得到金属粉末。此金属粉末的总铁含量为75重量%、金属铁为20重量%,此外含有微量硫及铬。另外,在上述金属粉末中含有60~65重量%的作为金属氧化物粉末的三氧化二铁。
将此金属粉末作为呈色剂,以3重量%添加到以高岭土为主要成分的瓷砖用的粘土中制作发色粘土。煅烧该发色粘土所制作成的瓷砖呈茶褐色。
Claims (3)
1.窑业制品用的呈色剂,其特征在于,含有分离喷丸废渣得到的金属粉末,将所述金属粉末中的金属氧化物粉末作为基本原料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的呈色剂,其特征在于,所述喷丸废渣是通过对铁系金属实施喷丸处理而产生的物质。
3.窑业制品用的发色粘土,其特征在于,在原料粘土中添加权利要求1或2所述的呈色剂。
