Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种为板材边缘部分配置带条的方法,该带条为塑料带条,所述方法使用包括模腔的装置。本发明尤其涉及用于加工领域中的阳极板和阴极板,阳极板和阴极板的边缘必须借助塑料带条而不导电。
背景技术
已知的塑料材料注射模塑方法,即通过使用模具制造出与模具相似的塑料材料物体。还已知模具的应用,注塑成型之前将预先制成的物体放入模具中,例如,完全或者部分配合在模具中的金属物体。用于板材边缘的塑料带条用沿板材边缘长度的压铸模具成型,模具中已放入板材边缘,带条的铸模以及压模能被打开,并且取出具有带条的板材。专利说明书US 5,928,482可以是这种情况的例子。
此类生产方法需要较长且造价较高的模具。模具上的致密度较为复杂,使用较高的注射成型压力几乎不可能。一次只能加工板材的一个边缘,且即使厚度稍有差异也会引起模具内部的瞬时致密度问题。也可以考虑将已制好的成型带条用某种方式安在板材边缘上,但是这种方法非常困难,使用这种方法时,带条不能在板材表面上充分熔融,以至于电解槽中的氧不能进入带条和板材之间。
由公开文本EP 028284、EP 707937以及US5,336,349中可以进一步得知使用包括模腔的挤出装置制造塑料材质的边缘部分的方法。这些申请中,边缘被放入挤出装置的模腔,板材相关于模腔移动。上述提到的申请中,带条的粘结性不可靠,因为带条首先在带条与冷的板材边缘接触的部分上变凉。
发明内容
为了解决上述提到的缺点和问题,这里提出一种新的方法,该方法的特征在于在加工过程中加热装置的模腔,并且板材边缘部分被加热到比加入到模具中的塑料物质温度高至少10~200℃。
根据本发明,提供了一种为阴极或阳极板材边缘部分配置带条的方法,该带条为塑料带条,所述方法使用包括模腔的装置,所述方法中,板材的边缘安置在装置内部,该装置向模腔中加入塑料材料,通过装置的限制构件和模具表面,避免加热的塑料材料从模腔中选出,板材被设置成相对于塑料加料装置移动,板材边缘位于所述装置的内部,该过程期间装置的模腔被加热,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:在板材的边缘形成孔,以提高带条粘结到所述板材上的粘结性,并且板材被加热至其边缘部分的温度比加入到模腔中塑料物质的温度高最少10℃、最大200℃。
本发明的优点在于在板材边缘配置塑料带条的过程自动化比较容易,当这个过程发生在移动轨道上时。板材相对的边缘可以同时配置带条。该方法中,很短的挤出模具足可使塑料材料能加入到板材边缘。由于挤出模具较短,板材厚度的差异可以被压紧模唇所弥补。由于为材料设定的温度合适,在模具中或者挤出机中都不需要高压,通过对板材边缘的预热,带条和板材中可以实现保持压缩,通过冷却制备的带条,可以确保在带条内部最后发生收缩。

具体实施方式
图1表示出利用装置3成型用于移动板材1边缘的塑料带条2。控制板材1的边缘移动穿过装置3。加热的塑料沿着管道6被加入到装置3中。装置中另有加热电阻4,使包含在装置中的带条成型模具保持设定的温度。
图2表示出从末端看塑料未加入模腔7中时的装置。模腔7是延伸穿过装置3的模腔,其用于形成所制造带条2的轮廓形状。
板材1的边缘被放入到模腔7中。在板材1的表面上利用限制构件8使模腔压紧,限制构件8例如为限制模唇(dragging lips)。这些构件防止塑料材料在板材1的表面上到达得比预想的更远。模腔7的端部为敞开的。
模腔7一端的开口完全被板材1和移动的带条2所阻挡。本实施例中,板材1的模腔入口只被板材1所阻挡。当塑料材料经过管道6通过加压加入模腔7中时,塑料材料充满模腔,并粘结在移动的板材上,与板材一起作为制成品出来。调节进入模腔7的加料压力和加料量,使得塑料材料挤出的速度不比板材1从模腔7的出口出来的速度快。塑料材料也不允许从模腔7的入口挤出。
图3a表示出提高板材1边缘粘结度的槽9,图3b表示出也是用来提高粘结度的一串孔10。
图4表示出板材边缘上制成的带条2。借助带条2,板材的边缘保持中性,不会在其表面上积有诸如铜之类的物质。
图5表示出一种应用,其中板材边缘的入口孔可被塞住以及塞住板材边缘没有塞住的部分。塞住部件12紧压住限制构件8。塞住部件12中的间隙仅比板材的厚度稍大。
图6为板材1边缘上带条2的成型,由此,板材1被燃烧器14从双面加热。火焰13被控制在边缘上带条2要粘结的区域。板材1被加热到比挤出模具中塑料物质的温度高大约10~200℃的温度。如果板材温度低于塑料物质,形成带条2的塑料物质挤出后会立即变冷,挨着板材1的部分首先固化。然后,带条2的最外面的部分冷却并明显收缩,这样,带条的外衬脱离板材。板材1在进入模具之前的温度可通过如高温计控制。温度高低的调节可依据在调节火焰强度时的测量来进行,或例如通过调节火焰离板材的距离进行。
为避免上述的带条剥离现象,板材1的温度必须高于挤出模具中塑料物质的温度。这意味着图7中带条外表面首先冷却固化,然后,借助热的板材1,例如点15处的熔融的塑料物质最后冷却并收缩,这样,带条2仍保持在围绕板材边缘的收缩位置。板材边缘可以由气体火焰、辐射热或者如根据涡流原理来加热。形成在板材边缘上的带条2最适于通过鼓风而立即冷却,这样,带条表面首先固化。得到的冷却带条2利用开口管16(图8)可从其一边被覆盖,该开口管16紧随装置3之后围绕带条配合,向该管内部吹入空气流。空气流因此不会逃逸,少量的气流就足以冷却带条。

1.一种为阴极或阳极板材(1)边缘部分配置带条的方法,该带条为塑料带条(2),所述方法使用包括模腔(7)的装置(3),所述方法中,板材(1)的边缘安置在装置(3)内部,该装置(3)向模腔(7)中加入塑料材料,通过装置的限制构件(8)和模具表面,避免加热的塑料材料从模腔(7)中逸出,板材(1)被设置成相对于塑料加料装置(3)移动,板材边缘位于所述装置的内部,该过程期间装置(3)的模腔(7)被加热,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:在板材(1)的边缘形成孔(10),以提高带条(2)粘结到所述板材上的粘结性,并且板材(1)被加热至其边缘部分的温度比加入到模腔(7)中塑料物质的温度高最少10℃、最大200℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所制得的带条(2)是通过被导引在带条外表面上的冷却空气流而冷却的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,向模腔(7)加入塑料材料的加料压力被设定得低,以使得粘结在从模腔(7)端部出来的板材和边缘上的带条(2)能在其出料口处产生相当的背压。
