Description

用以清洁泥浆输送管的设备和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用以清洁泥浆输送管的设备和方法。
背景技术
泥浆,如混凝土,在其使用地点浇灌,它们借助泥浆泵从给料容器通过导向使用地点的泥浆输送管进行泵送。在泵使用后,输送管务必排空并干净地清除遗留在它内部的残余材科。这种残余材料可以泵回给料容器。然而这样做的缺点是,泵回的混凝土不能使用和必须作废物排除。此外,对于长的泥浆输送管,给料容器可能溢出。由于这一原因,在大多数情况下将清洁体,例如一个海绵球,从进口端插入泥浆输送管内。海绵球全圆周地贴靠在泥浆输送管的内表面上,以及用压缩空气或水加载使之穿过泥浆输送管输送,直至终端软管。在此过程中,它将在它前面留在泥浆输送管内的残余材料向前推移,并将它们在出口端从终端软管压出。

由DE-A-19937474已知一种用以清洁油漆通道的设备。借助一个可在两个清管站之间通过油漆通道运动的清管器,可以将残余的漆从油漆通道除去并排入残余漆罐内。为了控制清洁工艺,清管器的行程在不同的位置由传感器探测。但所述的清管器不适用于清洁泥浆输送管。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是改进前言所述类型的设备和方法,使清洁泥浆输送管所需要的费用更低。
为此,本发明提供一种用以清洁泥浆输送管的设备,泥浆输送管带有一根装在出口端的、具有一个用弹性体材料制成的套管的终端软管,所述设备包括:一个全圆周地贴靠在泥浆输送管内表面上的清洁体;一个往泥浆输送管内供入压力流体的装置,用于对清洁体加载并用于通过泥浆输送管运送清洁体;一个用于至少部分关闭终端软管的关闭装置;以及一个传感器,用于确定处在一段泥浆输送管内的材料稠度和用于将一个表征稠度变化的信号传输给一操纵关闭装置的控制器,其中,关闭装置有一个用于使终端软管的净空宽度变小的节流阀。
相应地,本发明还提供一种用以清洁泥浆输送管的方法,泥浆输送管带有一根装在出口端的、具有一个用弹性体材料制成的套管的终端软管,按此方法,将压力流体供入泥浆输送管内并且一个清洁体借助流体加载全圆周地贴靠在泥浆输送管内表面上被推送通过该泥浆输送管,其中,借助一传感器确定处在一段泥浆输送管内的材料稠度,当材料稠度改变时,传感器将一个信号传输给一控制器,以及,控制器在获得信号时操纵一节流阀,通过其操纵,减小终端软管的净空宽度。
按本发明方案的基本思想是,当残余材料大部分已经从泥浆输送管清除时,通过至少部分关闭终端软管,便已将清洁体捕集在终端软管内。为此目的,传感器通过确定处在一段泥浆输送管内的材料稠度变化,探测出清洁体何时抵达此区段。这可以如此实现,即,传感器识别清洁体在此段输送管内的到达。另一种更简便的方法在于,传感器识别处在此段泥浆输送管内的主要是泥浆或主要是流体。然后,传感器在清洁体通过此段的过程中识别包含在此段内的材料稠度变化:在此区段内起先含有泥浆如混凝土,在清洁体通过后便是流体。终端软管是一个用弹性体材料优选用橡胶制成的套管,以及关闭口有一个节流阀,用于使净空宽度变小或用于关闭终端软管。若终端软管被关闭,则一部分残余混凝土粘附在其中。特别有利的是仅使终端软管的净空宽度变小,所以清洁体尽管被拖住,但因开口已变小,所以仍能将大部分残余混凝土从终端软管压出,然后还可以利用。
原则上可以使用水作为流体,此时为了使水流过而采用水泵。但优选使用空气作为流体,以及供入流体的装置有一台用以产生压缩空气的压缩机。由此防止残留在泥浆输送管内的残余混凝土稀释。因此残余混凝土的绝大部分可以进行利用以及不必昂贵地作废物排除处理。
传感器优选是一种向泥浆输送管施加超声波的超声波传感器。经标定的传感器通过从泥浆输送管内壁反射的超声波信号,确定处于管道内的材料稠度。在这里,传感器恰当地标定为识别至少两种不同的材料稠度。它们例如是材料配对泥浆/流体、泥浆/清洁体或流体/清洁体。清洁体恰当地用一种可压缩的材料制成。它恰当地借助设在泥浆输送管进口端的滑块插入。
节流阀用于在泵送过程中断时快速关闭终端软管。从而阻止混凝土无控制地从终端软管流出并污染周围环境。优选用作按本发明的泥浆输送管清洁设备关闭装置的节流阀的特征在于,它可以事后套在任意柔性管道上尤其是泥浆输送管的终端软管上。因此它不因施加在管道内输送的泥浆而遭受磨损。另外,除了该阀,不包含任何可能造成损伤危险的刚性的组成部件。
软管在其背对空腔的外侧恰当地用纺织物层被覆。此外有利地将它埋入用弹性体材料制成的套管内。套管优选同样包含着护套。这就赋予节流阀更高的形状稳定性。套管恰当地有空心圆柱体的形状。在这里,内径必须至少与同样是圆柱形的管道的外径一样大。护套有利地用一种优选多层的纺织物组成。在进口及出口恰当地设一阀,所以空腔能易于充填气体和重新排空。

具体实施方式
泥浆输送管10规定用于从给料容器12向浇灌点14导引泥浆,如混凝土。它安装在杆上,图2中表示了其在终端的杆臂16以及在其出口端带有一橡胶制成的终端软管18。为了在泵送工作结束后实施清洁工作,在进口端借助滑块20置入一个形式上为可压缩的全圆周地贴靠在泥浆输送管10内壁上的海绵球的清洁体22。滑块20同时向给料容器12方向截止泥浆输送管10。借助压缩机24将压缩空气引入泥浆输送管10内,它将海绵球22朝终端软管18的方向加压通过泥浆输送管10。余留在泥浆输送管10内的残余混凝土在这种情况下被海绵球22经终端软管18排除。在终端软管18附近,在一段泥浆输送管10内设置一超声波传感器26,它给泥浆输送管10的内壁施加超声波。当处在安装传感器的泥浆输送管10的区段内的材料稠度改变时,从内壁反射并由传感器26测量的超声波经历一种变化。这种变化反映了海绵球22此时正通过传感器26。海绵球22推送在它前面的残余混凝土柱,压缩空气主要处于海绵球22的后面。由传感器26测得的从混凝土到空气稠度的改变被传感器识别,它将一个信号传输给控制器28。
终端软管18带有一节流阀30,当操纵时,它使终端软管的内部截面减小或关闭。当控制器28从传感器26得到表征稠度变化的信号时,通过控制器28操纵节流阀30。海绵球22保持拖挂在终端软管18的变窄的位置上,而在海绵球22前面被推送过来的残余混凝土还可以通过此位置并进行利用。与操纵节流阀30同时,控制器28断开压缩机24。为了从终端软管18排出海绵球22,使节流阀30卸压以及给泥浆输送管10再次加入压缩空气。
按本发明的节流阀(图3)有一个用弹性体材料制成的套管32。套管32为圆柱形并有一个略大于终端软管18外径的内径,所以节流阀30可以套在终端软管18上。在套管32内埋入一个用弹性体材料制成的软管34,它构成一环形空腔36的边界。软管34在其外侧用纺织物层38被覆。此外,软管有一个开口40,它可通过管道41(图2)经此开口40充填气体,尤其是压缩空气。在进口及出口40内装一阀42。套管32内埋入一环形护套44,软管34装在其内部。护套44由多层的纺织物组成,因此它比纺织物层38的变形能力差。在操纵节流阀时,压缩空气经阀42导入空腔36内,所以软管34膨胀。护套44限制软管34沿径向向外的膨胀,所以用压缩空气充填空腔36促使套管32的内径减小。这种减小传输给经过套管32延伸的弹性终端软管18,从而通过操纵节流阀30可使终端软管的净空宽度减小或可以关闭终端软管18。

Claims (17)
