Abstract

一种制造蜂窝结构的方法,所述方法使用模具和压制形成两个在一侧突出有六边形桩的金属板,并将焊接材料或一些粘合剂施加到所述六边形桩上,以及通过将所述突出的侧彼此面对来使所述两个成型金属板结合。所述方法可以利用多种不同类型的金属,在较低的成本下快速制造出高质量的蜂窝结构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蜂窝结构,所述蜂窝结构使用模具压制形成具有相距特定距离的六边形桩(peg)的两个金属板(2,6),所述金属板结合在一起形成完整的蜂窝结构。

技术问题
与现有的方法不同,本发明使用压制将多种不同类型的金属板形成蜂窝结构。然而,通过单一的步骤利用压制形成蜂窝结构似乎是困难,或者是不可能的,这是因为在所述结构中的六边形单元要被设置成彼此相邻并共享它们中间非常薄的单元壁。
技术方案
在本发明中,需要构造模具以制造蜂窝结构的六边形单元。蜂窝结构由许多连续排列的六边形单元组成,但是因为这些单元的壁太薄,所以在一个步骤中利用压制和单一模具形成该结构几乎是不可能的。然而,在本发明中,对模具进行了设计,并且模具上的六边形单元被设计为彼此相隔特定距离,如图1和2所示,这样当这两图中的单元的位置重叠时,就形成了如图3所示的完美蜂窝形状。使用所述模具和压制来将如图1和2所示的两个薄金属板(2,6)变成两个具有突出的六边形桩的成型金属板,如图4和5所示。接着,通过将所述两个成型金属板突出的侧相互面对,并将一个板的桩(14)插入到另一个板的桩(14)之间的空间中而结合成一个整体块,从而形成蜂窝结构的形状,如图6所示。
为了使上述块具有蜂窝结构的物理性质,必须将六边形桩牢固地结合在一起。因此,在通过上述处理将这两个成型金属板结合在一起之前,将一些粘合剂或焊接材料置入或施加到桩(14)的外表面上。
图7显示了通过以Z形方式将蜂窝块(20,22)结合以增加块的大小的方法。
图8显示了制造蜂窝夹层板的方法。面板(26)和粘合剂被增加到所述块的顶部和底部。面板可以由不同的材料制成。可以使用非织造物(24)和粘合剂来使得板(26)和所述块之间具有更好的结合。
有益效果
在本发明中,使用压制和模具来使得制造蜂窝结构的过程更加简单。而且,可以使用具有高强度、密度和高弯曲强度的不同类型的金属形成蜂窝结构。
权利要求书
(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.(修改)一种制造蜂窝结构的方法,所述方法包括:通过模具和压制形成六边形单元,所述六边形单元包括彼此具有预定间隔的六边形桩;将焊接材料或强粘合剂施加到所述六边形桩的外表面;将由此形成的两个金属板重叠使它们突出的六边形桩相互面对,以使一个金属板的六边形桩与另一金属板的六边形桩接合,从而连续地将蜂窝结构结合在一起。
2.(修改)如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述桩为多边形状,例如三角形、方形、八角形或圆形。
本申请的权利要求1涉及一种制造蜂窝结构的方法,所述方法包括:通过模具和压制形成六边形单元,所述六边形单元包括彼此具有预定间隔的六边形桩;将焊接材料或强粘合剂施加到所述六边形桩的外表面;将由此形成的两个金属板重叠使它们突出的六边形桩相互面对,以使一个金属板的六边形桩与另一金属板的六边形桩接合,从而连续地将蜂窝结构结合在一起。
D1(JP 1998-244518A)涉及一种用于蜂窝结构的挤压模制模具,其至少具有能够相互分离开的第一部分和第二部分。在将所述第一部分和所述第二部分组合为一个整体时,从所述蜂窝结构的后面到前面可以形成连续的直径一致蜂窝单元孔。
根据本申请的权利要求1,能够通过以下方法来制造蜂窝结构,即,将强粘合剂施加到所述六边形桩的外表面,并将两个金属板重叠使它们突出的六边形桩相互面对,其中六边形单元被相互紧密地结合在一起。相反,D1仅仅是提供了一种在挤压模制时无需在其上施加应力就可以容易清洗的挤压模制模具。
因此,根据PCT第33条(3),权利要求1的主题具有创造性。

Claims (2)

1.一种制造蜂窝结构的方法,所述方法使用模具和压制形成两个在一侧突出有六边形桩的金属板,并将焊接材料或一些粘合剂施加到所述六边形桩上,以及通过将所述突出的侧彼此面对来使所述两个成型金属板结合。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述桩具有不同的多边形状,例如三角形、方形、八角形或甚至是圆形。
