Abstract
用于短圆柱辊子轴承的密封装置,具有轴颈密封件(4),在辊珠侧在轴颈密封件前面布置了环形密封件(8),环形密封件与轴承壳体(5)的环形凸肩(7)固定连接,并且其密封唇(18)密封接触地抵靠在辊子(1)的端面(10)上,改进所述密封装置:使环形密封件的密封唇不再受与污物一起流动的冷却剂作用,从而使其具有较长的使用寿命,并且其中喷射水不能渗入流出口。为此提出,横截面为L型的环形型材(11)以其第一支腿(12)与辊子(1)的端面(14)固定连接,密封唇(18)抵靠在第一支腿(12)的区域中,L型环形型材(11)的第二支腿(13)以微小的距离包围环形密封件(8)和环形凸肩(7)的部分,并且向着辊珠密封,并且环形凸肩(7)具有外部的并且向外敞开的流出槽(9)。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于短圆柱辊子轴承的密封装置,具有轴颈密封件,在辊珠侧在轴颈密封件前面布置一个环形密封件,该环形密封件与轴承壳体的环形凸肩固定连接,并且其密封唇密封接触地抵靠在辊子的端面上。
这种密封装置例如已经通过DE 694 10 752 T2公开了。这里所示的环形密封件在恶劣的辊子工作条件下始终遭受与污物一起流动的冷却剂的作用,由此密封唇只有很短的使用寿命。另外反向运动面、也就是辊子的端面也由于包含在冷却剂中的污物而过度磨损,从而该反向运动面也只有很短的使用寿命。另外该环形密封件在其对应下部区域中具有孔,其用于使在密封唇和反向运动面之间到达布置在其后的迷宫式密封机构区域中的与污物一起流动的冷却剂可以重新从迷宫式密封机构中排出。至少在辊子支架的上辊子区域中可以将来自相邻的辊子的喷射水直接渗入该开口,从而空间上位于后面的轴颈密封件过分地用沾污的冷却剂作用。
本发明的任务是提供一种密封装置,其中环形密封件的密封唇不再受与污物一起流动的冷却剂的作用,其具有较长的使用寿命,并且其中在排出口中不再能够渗入喷射水。另外本发明的任务是提高环形密封件所属的反向运动面的使用寿命。
为了解决该任务提出,横截面L型的环形型材以其第一支腿与辊子的端面固定连接,从而密封唇抵靠在第一支腿部位上,L型环形型材的第二支腿以微小的距离包围环形密封件和环形凸肩的区域,并且向着辊珠侧密封,并且环形凸肩具有一个外侧的并且向外敞开的流出槽。
通过使密封唇抵靠在L型环形型材的第一支腿上,抑制了辊子端面的磨损。搭接环形密封件和环形凸肩的部分的第二支腿保证了与污物一起流动的冷却剂不能直接碰到密封环上。通过第二支腿与环形凸肩微小的间距保证了构成一种迷宫式密封机构,没有与污物一起流动的冷却剂可以通过该迷宫式密封机构到达环形密封件。为了在进入第二支腿和环形凸肩之间构成的迷宫式密封机构之前不产生与污物一起流动的冷却剂的堵塞,这里设置了一个流出槽,在能够到达迷宫式密封机构前与污物一起流动的冷却剂通过该流出槽流出。
在此当第二支腿覆盖环形凸肩直到流出槽,从而与污物一起流动的冷却剂直接到达流出槽,而不会在迷宫式密封机构入口前等候时是有利的。另外当环形凸肩和第二支腿之间的间距只有大约0.5至1.5mm时也是有利的。该间距保证了由辊子施加的偏移还能实现,但是迷宫式密封机构保持尽可能狭窄,并由此对于可能沾污的冷却剂只有尽可能狭小的路径可用。
如果与辊子一起旋转的第二支腿在其端部具有至少一个分离棱边,那么还更好地保证了与污物一起流动的冷却剂由支腿喷射,并且不能到达迷宫式密封机构,而是到达流出槽。
已经证明,L型环形型材进行表面处理,例如硬化和/或涂层。通过滚压处理一方面硬化部分表面,另一方面从表面去除可能在制造时产生的毛刺,从而使密封唇面对尽可能光滑的表面。通过表面硬化还可以使L型环形型材具有长的使用寿命。
如果L型环形型材另外还进行离子渗氮,则会获得更高的硬度。通过有针对性地氧化使得分子与氧原子的所有自由结合充满L型环形型材的表面区域,从而之后就不再可能发生L型环形型材的氧化了。
如果为L型环形型材或者辊子的端面配置润滑剂存储区,其能够通过适当的通道始终将微小量的润滑剂输出到环形密封件的密封唇和L型型材的第一支腿之间的部位,那么就能保证不仅密封唇而且L型环形型材都能获得更高的使用寿命。
根据附图详细说明本发明。在此,附图示出了具有辊子轴颈2的辊子1,在辊子轴颈2上不可相对转动地布置了轴颈衬套3。轴颈衬套3将环形轴颈密封件4保持在适当位置。固定的轴承壳体5支承轴套6。在轴承壳体5上固定设置了环形凸肩7,其也不可相对转动地容纳环形密封件8。环形凸肩7具有流出槽9,与污物一起流动的冷却剂在该流出槽中汇集,并且可以流入环形流出槽的下面区域中。
在辊子1的端面10上布置了横截面为L型的环形型材11,其具有第一支腿12和第二支腿13。在此第一支腿12通过螺纹件14与端面10固定连接。第二支腿13以微小的距离位于环形密封件8和环形凸肩7一部分的上面,从而来自辊子1的与污物一起流动的冷却剂不能到达环形密封件8,而是导入流出槽9。
为了使与污物一起流动的冷却剂不能绕过第二支腿13到达这里构成的迷宫式密封机构,第二支腿13具有分离棱边16,该分离棱边在第二支腿13旋转时保证了与污物一起流动的冷却剂更可靠地分离。
在第一支腿12和端面10的区域中设置了润滑剂存储区17,润滑剂可以从该存储区到达第一支腿12上密封唇18的支承面,从而在这里起到相应的润滑作用,并由此提高使用寿命。
在环形密封件8和轴颈密封件4之间另一个环形型材19用于产生尽可能多弯绕的迷宫式密封机构15′。

Claims (8)
1.用于短圆柱辊子轴承的密封装置,具有轴颈密封件(4),在辊珠侧在轴颈密封件前面布置了环形密封件(8),环形密封件与轴承壳体(5)的环形凸肩(7)固定连接,并且其密封唇(18)密封接触地抵靠在辊子(1)的端面(10)上,其特征在于:横截面为L型的环形型材(11)以其第一支腿(12)与辊子(1)的端面(14)固定连接,密封唇(18)抵靠在第一支腿(12)的区域中,L型环形型材(11)的第二支腿(13)以微小的距离包围环形密封件(8)和环形凸肩(7)的部分,并且向着辊珠密封,环形凸肩(7)具有外部的并且向外敞开的流出槽(9)。
2.按权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述第二支腿(13)覆盖环形凸肩(7)直到流出槽(9)的区域。
3.按权利要求1或者2所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述环形凸肩(7)和第二支腿(13)之间的距离为大约0.5至1.5mm。
4.按权利要求1至3任一项所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述第二支腿(13)在其自由端的区域内具有至少一个分离棱边(16)。
5.按权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的密封装置,其特征在于:至少所述L型环形型材(11)的区域进行表面处理和/或涂层。
6.按权利要求5所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述第一支腿(12)的至少与密封唇(18)接触的区域进行硬化处理,例如进行滚压处理。
7.按权利要求5或者6所述的密封装置,其特征在于:所述L型环形型材(11)至少部分地进行离子渗氮处理和/或进行针对性地氧化处理。
8.按权利要求1至7中至少一项所述的密封装置,其特征在于:为所述辊子(1)的端面(10)和/或第一支腿(12)配置至少一个润滑剂存储区(17),并且在润滑剂存储区(17)和密封唇(18)与第一支腿(12)的接触区域之间存在连接。
