Abstract

本发明涉及一种环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨,其原料的组份包括以桐油/豆油低分子共聚物(A)、烷基酚改性二甲苯甲醛树脂(B)、长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂(C)为主要成膜物质,其与大豆油、低芳烃高沸点石油溶剂和有机铝凝胶剂(D)、金属颜料保护剂1-氨基十八烷(E)共同组合制成油墨连接料。该油墨连接料与金属颜料配合,则所述油墨按原料组份重量百分比可分别制成青金油墨、红金油墨、青红金油墨、银色油墨等。

环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨
技术领域
本发明涉及一种IPC分类C09D、C09F领域的适用于应用在胶印油墨连结料中的大豆油胶印金属油墨,尤其是一种环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨。
背景技术
胶印金属油墨与一般彩色胶印油墨相比,具有闪亮的金属光泽,主要用于包装装潢印刷,对美化包装,提高商品价值,有着不可估量的作用。但是这类油墨中含有35~40%的高沸点石油溶剂,相当于航空煤油的头馏份和轻柴油尾馏份。这种石油溶剂中含有较多的多环芳烃类物质,其中含强烈的致癌成份如:3,4-苯并吡、3-硝基苯并酮等,在印刷品上残留量大,存续时间长,无论对儿童还是成年人都会造成身体危害,也是油墨生产和使用过程的环境污染源。
用大豆油这种既环保又可再生的资源代替不可再生的石油溶剂,同时代替资源并不丰富的干性植物油(亚麻油、梓油等),是一件有益于人类环境友好的措施。但是如何使半干性油类的大豆油在油墨中达到干燥固着速度快、印刷性能好,成为问题的关键。在可供参考的公开文献中,如:CN1415673A,CN1410495A,CN0310748A,CN1239123A,CN1079488A及CN14720282A都从不同侧面披露了发明人就上述问题提供的自主创新方案,并借鉴了当前油墨市场上在利用大豆油制造既符合绿色环保要求又能达到印刷技术要求的油墨既定事实和研发优势。即便是突出了符合环保要求及印刷技术要求,但在油墨配方、制造工艺方面反映在诸如主连结料、辅助连结料、大豆油干燥慢等问题以及如何恰当使用具有显著效果的助剂一系列技术措施上还存在着不断改进和完善的空间。
发明内容
为了解决环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨中金属颜料如铜金粉(铜锌合金)、铝银粉(铝粉)会因腐蚀而变色发暗,以及石油溶剂所产生的污染问题,本发明采用烷基酚改性二甲苯甲醛树脂制备的树脂油做为主连结料,其具有耐水、耐化学药品和电绝缘性,而且光泽大、不会腐蚀金属颜料、与其他树脂有很好的相容性;采用长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂做为辅助连结料,以改进连结料对金属颜料的湿润性以及油墨的流变性能;以1-氨基十八烷在金属颜料表面形成一层分子层膜,使空气与金属颜料隔绝,从而防止水及空气中的氧和二氧化碳对金属颜料的腐蚀,保护其闪亮的金属光泽。该油墨以大豆油为主溶剂,仅以少量的低芳烃石油溶剂(芳烃含量≤1.0%)进行墨性调整。将金属颜料(或颜料浆)与上述环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨连结料经充分混合分散,即成为适用于单张纸胶印印刷机印刷高档产品的优质油墨。为此,本发明解决上述问题所采取的技术方案是:一种环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨,其油墨的原料组份中包括大豆油和大豆油与桐油的低分子聚合物(A)、烷基酚改性二甲苯甲醛树脂(B)、长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂(C)、有机铝凝胶剂(D)、作为金属保护剂的1-氨基十八烷(E)以及金属颜料(铜金粉、铝银浆),所述油墨按原料组份重量百分比可分别制成青金油墨、红金油墨、青红金油墨和银墨。它们各自的组合原料按重量百分比计数分别是:见表1

比较现有技术及其同类非环保型产品,本发明所具有的实质性特点和显著的技术进步主要反应在以下几个方面:
(一)、本发明使用经桐油共聚改性大豆油的低分子共聚物(A),使半干性油的大豆油具有类似干性油的亚麻油的干燥水平,并且用大豆油代替了大部分含有害物质的石油溶剂,即使用了少量高沸点石油溶剂也是芳烃类含量极低(≤1%)。其安全和环保特征十分明显。
(二)、本发明用酸值极低的烷基酚改性二甲苯甲醛树脂(B)、长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂(C)和桐油/豆油低分子共聚物(A),组合成的胶印金属油墨连结料,其耐水性、耐化学药品性、电绝缘性好,而且对金属颜料几乎无腐蚀性,可以较长时间保持油墨的金属光泽。
(三)、本发明选择了效果明显的油墨助剂:一种螯合型有机铝凝胶剂(D),可以提高油墨的粘度而几乎不增加粘性,使油墨固着速度加快、转印性能更好、墨膜光泽更大、印刷适性优异;一种金属颜料表面保护剂1-氨基十八烷(E)使墨膜闪亮的金属光泽更持久,而且油墨贮存稳定性明显提高。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨,其油墨的原料组份中包括以大豆油和大豆油与桐油的低分子共聚物(A)、烷基酚改性二甲苯甲醛树脂(B)、长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂(C)和有机铝凝胶剂(D)、1-氨基十八烷(E)、低芳烃石油溶剂组合炼制而成的油墨连结料;以青光、红光铜金粉和漂浮型铝银浆为金属颜料。所述油墨按原料组份重量百分比可分别制成青金油墨、红金油墨、青红金油墨、银色油墨。它们各自的组合原料按重量百分比计数分别是:

在本例中,油墨连结料的制法是:
(一)、桐油/大豆油低分子共聚物(A)制备:
将精制桐油和精制大豆油以重量百分比25∶75的比例,投入反应釜,用惰性气体(或N2或CO2气体)保护,升温并搅拌,在250~260℃保温聚合,至共聚物粘度达到80~120mpa·s/25℃为止,过滤出料。
(二)、二甲苯甲醛树脂的制备:
所用的二甲苯可以是间二甲苯或者混合二甲苯,在混合二甲苯中以间二甲苯反应最快,间位、邻位、对位二甲苯与甲醛的相对反应速度比为11∶3∶2。二甲苯与甲醛在硫酸(或乙酸、磷酸、盐酸)存在下,二甲苯与甲醛的摩尔比为1∶1.2~1.8,经缩合反应生成二甲苯甲醛树脂。

操作方法:
将甲醛装入反应釜中,夹套及冷凝器通冷却水,在搅拌下滴加浓硫酸,保持50℃以下,加入第一批二甲苯,放去夹套冷却水通入蒸汽加热至釜内物料至沸,保持回流8小时,静止分层。放出废酸,加入第二批二甲苯进行水洗,至PH值呈中性后再洗一次,充分静止分水。待水放净后,将树脂液过滤,再回入反应釜中,减压蒸馏脱二甲苯,最终温度不超过150℃,直至无液体蒸出为止,冷却至80℃左右,过滤装入贮存容器。
技术指标:不挥发份>95%,羟基含量>4%
(三)长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂(C)制备:

操作方法:
将精制大豆油(一)、工业甘油按配方量称好投入反应釜内,开动搅拌,加热升温。当物料温度至180℃时,加入氢氧化锂,继续升温至238-242℃保温醇解,液面通CO2或N2保护。保温30分钟取样测甲醇容忍度,以后每隔15分钟取样检测一次,直至1∶2甲醇(25℃)透明即为醇解终点。停止通CO2或N2,缓缓分次加入间苯二甲酸,约1小时加完。加入氧化锌,然后用1-1.5小时升温至268-272℃,液面通CO2或N2保护,保温2小时后取样测酸值和粘度。当酸值达到10mg KOH/g以下,粘度达到3000-4000mPa·S/35℃时,立即将低芳烃高沸点石油溶剂和精制大豆油(二)加入,调节粘度至规定指标,即为合格。出料,过滤至贮存容器内。
上述醇酸树脂(C)技术指标如下:
粘度4000-6000mPa·S/35℃
酸值≤10mgKOH/g
色泽≤#10加氏色;
(四)油墨连结料制备:
油墨连结料制备中,首先是将二甲苯甲醛树脂用烷基酚改性,烷基酚可选用对-叔丁酚(PTBP)、对-特辛基酚(POP)、对-壬基酚(PNP)、对-十二烷基酚(PDDP),也可用双酚A进行改性或用混合酚改性。所制的烷基酚改性二甲苯甲醛树脂(B)与桐油/豆油低分子共聚物(A)、长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂(C)在大豆油和低芳烃高沸点石油溶剂(芳烃含量≤1.0%,馏程270℃~310℃)中混合,并加入有机铝凝胶剂(D)和1-氨基十八烷(E)进行处理,即制成本发明中最重要的组成部分-油墨连结料。

操作方法:
在配有横冷凝器的反应釜中依次加入低芳烃高沸点石油溶剂(一)、精制大豆油(一)、二甲苯甲醛树脂、烷基酚或混合酚、催化剂对甲苯磺酸,关闭加料孔,打开反应釜→横冷凝器→水接收器→大气系统通道,将反应釜上其余阀门和水接受器底部阀门全部关闭。加热升温至釜内温度60~70℃时开搅拌,通冷凝器冷却水。温度升至90℃时,观察脱水情况,如脱水正常,继续升温进行缩合反应,约脱水3重量份,继续升温至160℃,保持温度160~170℃1小时,停止加热,将水接受器中的水放出。然后进行真空脱除残余水份及低分子物,时间约15分钟。去除釜内负压,加入长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂(C)、桐油/豆油低分子聚合物(A)和经稀释的有机铝凝胶剂(D),在165~170℃保温反应30分钟(注:有机铝凝胶剂与精制大豆油稀释比例为1∶4重量份)。最后加入低芳烃高沸点石油溶剂(二)、剩余的精制大豆油(二)和1-氨基十八烷(E),搅拌均匀。取样检测,合格后趁热过滤出料装入贮存容器,即为本发明中的油墨连结料。
技术指标如下:
外观:红棕色透明粘稠液体,无机械杂质,不含水份;
粘度:40000~80000mpa·s/25℃
酸值:≤10mgKOH/g,
色泽:≤#14加氏色,
环保型大豆胶印金属油墨的制法如下:
油墨中的金属颜料包括:青光铜金粉,红光铜金粉和漂浮型铝银浆,铜金粉细度1200~1500目,水面遮盖力≥7000cm2/g;铝银浆中铝粉含量≥65%,筛余物(45μm筛孔)≤1.0%,水面遮盖力≥13500cm2/g。

操作方法:
在配料调浆桶内称入油墨连接料,将桶置于低速蝶式调浆机下,开启搅拌(转速60~100rpm),慢慢加入金属颜料,加完后充分搅拌均匀(约30~40分钟)。取样检测,合格后即可包装。
技术质量指标如下:
细度:金墨≤35μm,银墨≤45μm
流动度:金墨37~45mm/25℃,银墨34~44mm/25℃
粘性:(400rpm,32℃)7.0~11.0
颜色(刮样对比):近似标准样
本发明涉及的环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨中豆油等植物油含量为21~22%,芳烃含量低于0.1%,其安全环保特征显著。用该产品在涂料纸上先印一层底墨而后印一次本品,或者用本品印刷两次,即可达到相当满意的效果。印刷时尽量避免使用强酸性润版液,最好使用酒精润版液或弱酸性润版液,版面水份应控制不要太大,以防出现不良的印刷效果。

Claims (3)

1、一种环保型大豆油胶印金属油墨,其特征在于,所述油墨的原料组份中包括以桐油/豆油低分子共聚物(A)、烷基酚改性二甲苯甲醛树脂(B)、长油度豆油/间苯二甲酸醇酸树脂(C)为主要成膜物质;上述成膜物质在大豆油和低芳烃高沸点石油溶剂中,添加了有机铝凝胶剂(D)和金属保护剂1-氨基十八烷(E),制备了适用于胶印金属油墨的连接料。所述油墨在连接料中加入金属颜料,按原料组份重量百分比可分别制成青金油墨、红金油墨、青红金油墨、银色油墨,它们各自的组合原料按重量百分比计数分别是:
