DE 101 11 020 A1已公开了一种连接件,为了测量力,该连接件优选地设置在汽车的座椅中,其中,通过力而引入的在霍尔传感器和磁体之间所产生的位移作为力的尺度测量。
发明内容
与此相比,具有独立权利要求特征的根据本发明的连接件具有下述优点,即避免通过不应测量的外部的力、也就是可通过信号输出装置可引入的力使测量件、例如霍尔传感器或它的支架运动或者位移。这避免相应的错误解释或者测量。因此以有利的方式使这些例如通过插头或者壳体上的电缆束能够输送到测量件的力脱耦。
通过在从属权利要求中所列的措施和改进方案可有利地改进在独立权利要求中所说明的连接件。
特别有利的是用于从测量件输出信号的信号输出装置具有一个使力脱耦的弹簧接触装置。然后的问题是通过线路传输测量信号,其中,可通过弹簧接触装置对从外部作用的力进行缓冲。这样,通过经由线路作用的力对测量件或者它的支架不会造成影响。其中有利的是壳体为两部件结构,其中,第一部件在套筒中具有测量件,并且也具有一个接触表面,该接触表面与测量件连接,其中,在接触表面上实现弹簧接触装置。此外,第二部件还具有用于电线或者电缆束的插头,这样,作为传感器的连接件就可将它的数据传输到外界。
此外,在可以不同方式例如焊接固定的第一部件和第二部件之间设置一个密封装置。此外,壳体的两部件结构可以省掉在壳体的第二部件中用于封闭电子装置的盖子。这个电子装置优选地用于信号处理。
有利的替代方案是,信号输出装置具有一个用于脱耦的无线信号传输机构。其中,例如可以在第一部件和第二部件之间设置一个用于光学传输的机构,或者也可设置一个微波传输机构,其中,甚至在具有测量件、也就是霍尔传感器的第一部件中可以无源地实施这种微波传输。这例如通过下述措施实现,即对第一部件实施微波辐射,并且这个第一部件从微波辐射中得到用于测量和用于传输测量值所必需的能量。
最后,弹簧接触装置也可在印刷电路板上的接触表面上实现。作为替代方案可以将例如包括多个接触区的接触表面直接在壳体内固定在插入件的相应位置上。这种固定可通过钎焊或者熔焊实现。

具体实施方式
座椅力传感器可以作为连接件实现。然后将这样一些连接件如此地固定在汽车座椅的支架上,使它们适合用于测量加载在座椅上的重量。其中,如此地实现安装,即该连接件可以代替其它的连接件,如螺栓或者螺钉。这样就不会提高汽车座椅的高度。事实证明这样一种座椅力传感器特别适合测量磁体和霍尔传感器之间的线性位移。这实现了非常精确的测量。
图4说明根据本发明的连接件是如何工作的。连接件41固定地安装在支架40上,该支架安装在汽车的底盘上。在另一端部,连接件41与在此用支柱43表示的座椅连接。在此,连接件41通过支柱43得到施加到座椅上的重力42。该重力42通过套筒44引入到连接件41的基体中,以便随后通过支架40导出。这个力导致横梁45和支承在连接件41的壳体中的霍尔传感器46之间的位移。从这个位移可以确定加载在座椅上的重量。空隙47是作为过载保护设置的。
座椅力传感器包括一个内弯曲元件和一个外套筒,该外套筒密封地并固定地焊接在一个端部上。也就是和支架40进行这种焊接。这种安装是传感器的有源元件。在传感器的内部,通过力的作用产生的位移由一个霍尔传感器接收。霍尔传感器46的信号应该输送到设置在圆柱圆周上的壳体上,在那里在印刷电路板上进行信号处理。然后将处理好的信号输送到一个插头接口。在该插头接口处,该信号通过汽车中的对向接头和电缆束输送到用于控制人员保护装置的控制设备。因为该力转换成一种线性位移,并且霍尔传感器46将这种位移转换成一种信号,所以可以避免由于外部力的影响所造成的霍尔传感器46或者它的支承装置的任何运动或者位移,因为这将导致错误的解释或者错误的测量。
因此根据本发明提出如此地设计连接件,即通过信号输出装置实现例如由插头或者电缆束通过壳体可能作用到霍尔传感器的力的脱耦。优选地通过弹簧接触装置实现这一点。然而也可无线传输测量元件的信号。理想的方式是,弹簧接触装置与壳体及IC支架的两部件结构相耦合。此外有利的是,借助在壳体中注塑的板材实现了将壳体安装在圆柱的圆周上,以及通过壳体上直接在圆柱上的环形的密封装置实现了对壳体的密封。通过壳体的这种叠加的装配省却了对于用于信号处理的电子装置进行事后的闭锁所需的附加的盖子。
图1在方框图中示出了根据本发明的连接件。测量件10、在此是霍尔传感器通过在此具有两个接触区的接触表面11连接在信号输出装置13和12上。在此这些信号输出装置12、13是作为接触弹簧实现的。也就是说,这些弹簧压向接触表面11上的接触区,并且能够对通过连接线传来的力进行缓冲。接触弹簧12和13连接到用于传感器信号的信号处理装置14上。也可以设置多于这两个的接触弹簧12和13。电子装置14具有通往安全气囊控制设备的导线15。
图2为根据本发明的连接件的第一透视图。该连接件具有一个弹簧件1,该弹簧件具有一个由钢制成的套筒。其中设置一个凹槽,在该凹槽中有接触区5。接触区5和测量件10产生电接触。壳体2套在连接件1上。这个壳体2具有一个插头3,其中,壳体2位置正确地压到圆柱1上,这样,在圆柱1和壳体2之间压入环形的密封装置,然后金属接片4和金属圆柱1进行焊接。在此作为焊接技术可以采用激光焊接或者电阻焊接。
图3表示连接件的另一透视图。在壳体2中有一块印刷电路板9,在该印刷电路板上设置有信号处理电子装置。在此,位置正确地钎焊接触弹簧7,这样,在安装后这些接触弹簧7就位于接触区5上。然后通过印刷电路板4和一个可能存在的电子处理装置的这些接点将霍尔传感器的信号传输到插头2中的插头销上。在壳体2中还可以看到环形的密封装置6。作为替代方案也可以取消印刷电路板4,那么就直接在壳体中将接触弹簧7固定在插入部件的相应的位置上。这可通过钎焊或者熔焊来实现。

Claims (6)

1.具有用于产生表征第一个力的信号的测量件(10)的连接件,其特征在于,在连接件的壳体(1、2)中设置信号输出装置(5、7、11、12、13),该信号输出装置使测量件(10)与作用到该信号输出装置的第二个力脱耦。
2.按照权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述信号输出装置具有用于脱耦的弹簧接触装置。
3.按照权利要求2所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述壳体(1、2)具有一个第一部件(1),该第一部件具有支承在套筒中的测量件(10)、并且具有至少一个与测量件相连接的接触表面(5);所述壳体并具有一个用于产生弹簧接触而设置的第二部件(2),其中,第二部件(2)具有一个用于电线的插头。
4.按照权利要求3所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述第二部件固定在第一部件上,其中,在第一部件和第二部件之间设置一个密封装置。
5.按照权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于,所述信号输出装置具有一个用于脱耦的无线信号传输机构。
6.按照权利要求3所述的连接件,其特征在于,在支承在壳体第一部件中的印刷电路板上的接触表面上实现弹簧接触。
