本发明涉及采用特定的分散染料对水溶胀纤维素纤维或纤维素/聚酯混合纤维进行印染或染色的方法。
人们已为研发聚酯-棉混合纤维的有效印染或染色方法作出诸多尝试。
曾采用了两种完全不同的方法:只采用一类染料的方法和采用两类染料的混合物的方法。通常将活性染料或还原染料与分散染料结合。
然而,使用这种染料混合物具有几个缺点且不能在两种纤维上得到同样的颜色和深度。
DE 1 811 796描述了采用单一分散染料对纤维素纤维或纤维素纤维和合成纤维混合物进行染色的方法,所述方法包括将所述纤维素材料与足量水(以溶胀纤维素)及染料和高沸点水溶性溶剂的溶液或分散液接触,其中所述溶剂的量足以在除去水后保持纤维素的溶胀。
在J.Soc.Dyers Colour.96,347-354(1980)中推荐将特定的分散染料(Cellestren,产自BASF公司)与GlyzinCD(一种聚氧化烯衍生物)结合用于DE 1 811 796中所述的印染方法。采用这种方法在聚酯-棉混合纤维上印染,在两种纤维上展现出同样色彩深度的鲜明颜色。
然而,Cellestren/Glyezin体系未达到耐光性和耐洗性的最高要求。
现已发现:在DE 1 811 796公开的印染方法中采用的某些特定的分散染料在聚酯-棉混合纤维上产生耐光性和耐洗性优异的印染和染色效果。
本发明涉及纤维素纤维或纤维素/聚酯混合纤维的印染或染色方法,其特征在于:采用水、沸点>150℃的水溶性有机溶剂和选自式(1)-(10)的化合物的分散染料以任一顺序对纤维进行处理:

R3和R4各自独立为氯、溴、氰基、甲基或三氟甲基,
X为式(1a)、(1b)、(1c)或(1d)的基团:

最优选的分散染料为式(101)和(102)的化合物。

在采用本发明方法对纤维素材料进行染色过程中,水、染料和溶剂可以任一顺序施用到基材上。由纤维素纤维或纤维素纤维和合成纤维的混合物组成的织物的优选染色方法包括在常规染轧浴中用一种或多种染料、水和溶剂的混合物浸泡织物,然后通过挤压将过量染液移走或用含溶剂的印染浆印染,再加热蒸发出足够的水来实现染料的溶解,从而使织物被染色。或者,蒸发水分,但其量不足以实现染料的溶解,接着加压和加热而在不进一步蒸发水分下实现溶解。染料浆可通过常规技术,如在分散剂或表面活性剂存在下研磨染料来制备。染色浴可用水或含水溶剂稀释染料浆来制备。在加入水前将溶剂加入染料浆可能导致染料分离且通常避免如此。本领域的技术人员会理解的是:除染料溶剂和分散剂外的常规添加剂可存在于染色浴和印染浆中。
可存在于印染浆或染色浴的其它组分有,如天然或合成的增稠剂、颜料、酸、碱和/或盐(以调整pH值至期望值)、阴离子、非离子或阳离子表面活性剂、消泡剂和防起霜剂、分散剂、固色剂、多羟基化合物、羟基化合物与异氰酸酯的反应产物、对苯二酸与一种或多种聚乙二醇反应制备的聚酯。这些组分一般用于或推荐用于纺织印染或整理中。
尽管可能采用水、溶剂和染料以任一顺序对纤维进行处理,但优选将这三种组分同时施用到纤维上。
可用于印染浆和染色浴的水、溶剂和染料的相对量对本领域技术人员而言是已知的。
可用于本发明方法的印染浆优选含有占其总重量的50-95%,更优选60-90%且特别是70-85%重量的水。
有机溶剂的量优选占印染浆总重量的1-20%,更优选2-15%且特别是5-10%重量。
染料分散剂的量优选占印染浆总重量的1-15%,更优选2-10%且特别是3-8%重量。
用本发明方法进行染色或印染的温度取决于在染料溶剂或含水染料溶剂中染料的溶解度。
优选在125-225℃下、在水溶液中加热纤维,所述水溶液含有10-95%重量的水和5-90%重量的有机溶剂作为液体组分。
可采用本发明方法进行染色的纤维素材料包括各种形态的纤维素,这些纤维素在水中尺寸和柔性增大。适合的材料包括天然纤维和纯化的木浆粕以及以纤维和薄膜形式存在的再生纤维素。
本发明对于棉/聚酯混合纤维的染色特别有用。
以下非限定性实施例将更详细地对本发明进行说明。
应用实施例
1.分散
按照如下配方将各种染料进行分散:
●29.2%染料
●7.3%1,2-丙二醇(溶剂)
●3.7%Lutensol AT25(分散剂)
●0.8%Geropon T77(浸润剂)
●0.1%Surfinol DF58(消泡剂)
●0.4%Proxel GXL(抗菌剂)
●58.5%去离子水
再将锆珠(直径为0.6至1mm)加入盛在紧闭的玻璃瓶中的以上得到的分散液中。接着将瓶子放在Scandex仪器中,然后搅拌4小时。
随后将由此得到的细碎分散液在常规Bücher漏斗中过滤以得到最终的染料分散液。
2.印染浆
按照标准过程制备母浆,随后加入一定量的染料分散液和水。
-母浆
●84.2%去离子水
●0.8%NH4OH(28%)
●0.4%Alcoprint PA-NS
●9.9%PEG400
●2.3%Alcoprint PSC
●2.4%Alcoprint PTP
-印染浆
●33.3%去离子水
●60.1%母浆
●6.6%染料分散液
加入的去离子水的量可作为染料分散液和/或印染浆粘度的函数进行变化。
3.印染
印染浆可通过筛网以常规方式施用到织物上(CO或PES/CO)。在90℃干燥后,织物在220℃下热固化1分钟。
简单冷漂洗后,在80℃下在含有如下成分的浴中洗涤30分钟:
●2g/L 碳酸盐
●1g/L Calgon
●1g/L Ultravon JU
4.测试
所有如此得到的印染织物展现出非常良好的耐光性、耐洗性和耐湿摩擦牢度。
Claims (12)
1.一种纤维素纤维或纤维素/聚酯混合纤维的印染或染色方法,其特征在于:采用水、沸点>150℃的水溶性有机溶剂和选自式(1)-(10)的化合物的分散染料以任一顺序对纤维进行处理:
其中R1和R2各自独立为C1-C8烷基;-(CH2)n-O-(CH2)mR5,其中R5表示氢或C1-C8烷基,n为2至6而m为0至6;C5-C24芳基,未取代或被一个或多个羟基、C1-C8烷基、C1-C4烷氧基或卤素原子取代;或C6-C30芳烷基,未取代或被一个或多个羟基、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基或卤素原子取代,
R3和R4各自独立为氯、溴、氰基、甲基或三氟甲基,
X为式(1a)、(1b)、(1c)或(1d)的基团:
其中R6和R7各自独立代表氢、氯、溴或氰基,
R8表示C1-C8烷基或-(CH2)n-O-(CH2)mR5,其中R5表示氢或C1-C8烷基,n为2至6而m为0至6,
R9为氢、氟、氯、溴、氰基、甲基、三氟甲基或-SO2CH3,而
R10代表氢、羟基或氨基;
其中R11表示式(2a)、(2b)、(2c)或(2d)的基团:
其中R17为氢、氯、溴、甲基或甲氧基,
R18为氢、苯氨基、苯甲酰氨基或C1-C12酰氨基,
R12、R13或R14之一表示如上定义的式(2a)、(2b)、(2c)或(2d)的基团而其它为氢,且
R15和R16各自独立为氢、溴或氯;
其中R19表示C1-C8烷基或-(CH2)n-O-(CH2)m-OR20,且
R20为氢、甲基或乙基,n为2至6而m为0至6;
其中R21为C1-C8烷基;C5-C24芳基,未取代或被一个或多个羟基、C1-C8烷基、C1-C4烷氧基或卤素原子取代;或C6-C30芳烷基,未取代或被一个或多个羟基、C1-C4烷基、C1-C4烷氧基或卤素原子取代;
其中R22和R23各自独立为氢、溴或氯;
其中R24表示氯、溴、氰基或-CONH2,
R25为C1-C20烷基或-(CH2)n-O-(CH2)mR5,其中R5表示氢或C1-C8烷基,n为2至6而m为0至6,
D为如上定义的式(1c)的基团或式(6a)的基团:
其中R9、R10和R25如上所定义;
其中R26表示C1-C12烷氧基;
其中Me表示Cu、Ni、Zn或Pd,
R27为氢、C1-C12烷氧基或-SO2-NH-R25且R25如上所定义;
其中R28和R29各自独立为如上所定义的式(2b)或(2d)的基团;
其中R8和R17如上所定义。
2.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于使用其中R3为氰基且R4为甲基的式(1)化合物作为分散染料。
3.权利要求2的方法,其特征在于使用其中X为式(1a)、(1b)或(1d)的式(1)化合物作为分散染料。
5.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述有机溶剂为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇或聚乙二醇或聚丙二醇的醚或酯衍生物。
6.权利要求5的方法,其特征在于所述有机溶剂为分子量为100-600的聚乙二醇。
7.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于将水、有机溶剂和分散染料同时施用到纤维上。
8.权利要求1的印染方法,其特征在于所述印染浆含占其总重量的50-95%重量的水。
9.权利要求1的印染方法,其特征在于所述印染浆含占其总重量的1-20%重量的有机溶剂。
10.权利要求1的印染方法,其特征在于所述印染浆含占其总重量的1-15%重量的分散染料。
11.权利要求1的染色方法,其特征在于在125-225℃下、在水溶液中加热所述纤维,所述水溶液含有10-95%重量的水和5-90%重量的有机溶剂作为液体成分。
12.权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述纤维为棉/聚酯混合纤维。
