Abstract
本发明涉及一种带有一壳体(10)的球节(5),其中所述壳体具有一焊接段(14),借助于它可以将壳体焊接在一构件(7)上。
Description
本发明涉及一种球节,它特别可以用在汽车的行走机构中。此外本发明还涉及一种带有这种球节的构件,特别是行走机构转向件(Fahrwerkslenker)。
为了将球节固定在构件如行走机构转向件上,已知的是,将球节的壳体压入行走机构转向件的孔内。这里缺点是花费较高。此外缺点是,由于将壳体压入孔内,可能加大球节的摩擦力矩。
本发明的目的是,对开头所述类型的球节进行改进,使它可以用较小的花费固定在一构件上。
为此目的,按照本发明规定,球节的壳体具有一焊接段,球节可借助于它焊接在一构件上。为了实现这个目的还设想一种构件,特别是行走机构转向件,它带有一个球节,其中壳体装入构件的一个孔内并且壳体的焊接段与构件焊接。这种方案的主要优点是,与压入的球节相比成本较低。另一个优点是,产生比在压入球节的情况更大的压合及压出力。此外,通过焊接不改变球节的功能,特别是不像在压入球节时那样造成高的球节摩擦力矩,最后优点还在于,实现了较小的结构空间。
按照本发明一种优选实施形式,在球节上设置一具有一夹紧段的密封伸缩鼓(Dichtungsbalg),其中夹紧段固定夹紧在壳体上,特别是在壳体与构件孔的边缘之间。用这种方式可以放弃否则常用的夹紧环,此夹紧环用来将密封伸缩鼓固定夹紧在壳体上,例如在一个专门为此车出的槽内。
本发明优良的结构由各从属权利要求得到。
下面借助于两种在附图中表示的优选实施形式说明本发明。附图表示:
-图1以横剖视表示按本发明第一种实施形式的装在一构件内的球节;
-图2以横剖视表示按本发明第二种实施形式的装在一构件内的球节。
图1中表示一球节5,它装在构件7内。为此,构件7设置一个孔9,其直径大于壳体10的外径。此构件例如可以是汽车的行走机构转向件。
球节5具有一壳体,它整体地不进行切削(无切屑)加工地制造,亦即通过冲挤(Flieβpressen)制成。在壳体内部以已知方式安装一球销12,它可相对于壳体10回转一由结构设计所预先确定的角度。
壳体10设有一焊接段14,这里它设计成环绕的凸缘。在其径向靠外的末端上,焊接段14设一锥形缩小的环绕的边缘段16。这个边缘段用来将球节5固定在构件7上。
一密封伸缩鼓18在球节的球销12和壳体10之间起密封作用,该密封伸缩鼓通过一夹紧环20密封地安装在球销12上。在壳体一侧,密封伸缩鼓18设置一夹紧段22,它设计成一直角形伸出的环绕的凸缘。此凸缘贴合在焊接段14上,而且位于由焊接段14的环绕边缘段16所包围的空间内。
为了将球节5安装在构件7上,壳体连同球销这样穿过构件7的孔9,使球节壳体10的锥形边缘段16贴合在构件7的上侧上。这时密封伸缩鼓18的夹紧段22被压缩在构件的包围构件7孔9的边缘段、焊接段14以及沿轴向壳体10的壁之间,使其不需其他措施便可靠地固定在那里。电容放电焊接法(储能焊接法)或电阻焊法特别适合于焊接段14与构件7的连接,在这种焊接法时大的电流短时间流过球节5的壳体10与构件7之间。这时焊接段14和构件7的材料在其接触部位区域内这样地局部加热,使材料相互焊接。亦即形成一环形的环绕区24,在该区域内壳体10焊接段14的边缘段16材料锁合地与构件7连接。在焊接时释放的热量很少,因此不损害密封伸缩鼓18,特别是在夹紧段24的区域内。
图2中表示球节的第二种实施形式。对于由第一种实施形式已知的构件采用相同的附图标记,并参照上述说明。
第一种和第二种实施形式之间的主要区别在于,在第二种实施形式中,焊接段14在一侧即用来贴合在构件7孔9边缘上的那侧构造成倒斜的。第二个区别是,密封伸缩鼓18的夹紧段22不带凸缘,而是按一种圆柱套的形式插入构件7和壳体10之间的缝隙内,并贴合在焊接段14的斜面上。
在装配时,壳体10连同密封伸缩鼓18一起插入构件7的孔9内,直至焊接段14贴合在构件7孔9的边缘上为止。因为焊接段14是倒斜的,所以,这里造成一种圆形的线接触。这时密封伸缩鼓18的夹紧段22被以一定的预紧力夹紧在壳体与构件7之间。为了将密封伸缩鼓18更好地固定在壳体10上,设置一夹紧环26,它将密封伸缩鼓压入壳体10上的槽28内并固定在那里。
这里,对于壳体10与构件7的焊接,电容放电焊接法(储能焊接法)也特别合适,这时在构件7与壳体10之间流过的电流造成壳体10和构件7之间的环绕区24内的材料锁合的连接。
因为在这两种实施形式中壳体10都是非切削(无切屑)加工制成的,亦即通过冲挤制造,故发生小的制造费用。此外因为在第一种实施形式中可以完全不用用于将密封伸缩鼓18固定在壳体10上的附加固定元件,从而也附带地降低了制造成本。
Claims (10)
1.带有一壳体(10)的球节(5),其特征为:所述壳体具有一焊接段(14),借助于它可以将壳体焊接在一构件(7)上。
2.按权利要求1的球节,其特征为:焊接段(14)是一环绕的凸缘。
3.按权利要求2的球节,其特征为:焊接段是(14)倒斜的。
4.按权利要求2的球节,其特征为:焊接段(14)配备一环绕的锥形缩小的边缘段(16)。
5.按上述权利要求之任一项的球节,其特征为:壳体(10)整体式构造。
6.按上述权利要求之任一项的球节,其特征为:在壳体(10)内安装一球销(12),并设置一密封伸缩鼓(18),该密封伸缩鼓在球销(12)与壳体(10)之间密封,其中密封伸缩鼓具有一夹紧段(22),它固定夹紧在壳体(10)上。
7.按权利要求6的球节,其特征为:夹紧段(22)贴合在焊接段(14)上。
8.带有按上述权利要求之任一项的球节(5)的构件,特别是行走机构转向件,其中,壳体(10)装入构件(7)的孔(9)内,壳体(10)的焊接段(14)与构件(7)焊接。
9.按权利要求8的构件,其特征为:密封伸缩鼓(18)的夹紧段(22)夹紧在壳体(10)与构件(7)孔(9)的边缘之间。
10.按权利要求9的构件,其特征为:附加地设置一夹紧环(26),它将密封伸缩鼓(18)固定在壳体(10)上。
