技术领域
本发明涉及一种独特而紧凑的自锁机构,其由两个如下设计两个的铝型材组成,即当玻璃置于凹陷型材并且凸起型材被插入时自锁,而且当机构推入有槽橡胶时所述机构进一步握紧玻璃边缘(其强制用于玻璃窗,以避免接触金属、允许膨胀和减轻碰撞)。
技术背景
名称为“咬接玻璃窗槽填充物”(snap-in glazing pocket filler)的美国专利5007221公开了一种咬接玻璃窗槽填充物,其和具备未使用的玻璃窗槽的结构框架单件一起使用或者用作铝型材上的缝隙填充物,为了美观从而覆盖未使用的区域。
注意到市场上缺乏合适的玻璃窗系统来满足对较厚玻璃窗(例如:商店前面&隔板)日益增长的需要,本领域技术人员有必要开发一种必须简单、技术安全和美观的系统。
发明内容
目前可商购的铝型材通常用于标准玻璃窗,由于没有其它购买选择,被很多人用于较厚的玻璃窗,降低了安全;质量和美观要求。为了使陈列室的能见度最大,设计者坚持使用周围为轻框架的无框架玻璃窗。技师使用“U”通道,其中玻璃板允许自由站立,由于端部用硅树脂松散固定因而倾向于水平移动。
一些专业开拓者如Dorma(德国)开发出用于较厚玻璃应用的需要用螺钉拧紧的重型材,由于美观原因另外螺钉应当被覆盖,因此该产品变得复杂、费力并最终昂贵。
考虑到上述因素并且考虑到对较快上釉的需求,本发明强调安全问题并同时强调美观要求的重要性,为玻璃窗留出足够的距离(可在现场安装框架之前决定玻璃尺寸)并使得现场安装简单。
为此,本发明提供一种自锁定玻璃窗系统,其包括:
挤压的凸铝型材,所述凸铝型材包括:上臂和下臂,其中所述上臂和下臂之间形成锐角;以及分别设置在下臂的两端处的第一曲线钩部分和枢转支点;
挤压的凹铝型材,所述凹铝型材包括:平坦基部,其中所述凸铝型材通过它的枢转支点支撑在所述平坦基部上;上臂和下臂,其中所述凹铝型材的下臂是从所述凹铝型材的上臂的下半部分伸出的水平悬臂,所述水平悬臂具有底部和平坦的顶表面,所述顶表面用于承载玻璃面板;以及,设置在所述水平悬臂的底部上并向下面向所述基部的第二曲线钩部分;其中,所述第一曲线钩部分和第二曲线钩部分都具有配合边缘,所述配合边缘分别面向凸铝型材和凹铝型材中的相应的一个的内部,所述凸铝型材以第一曲线钩部分的配合边缘面对第二曲线钩部分的配合边缘的方式插入到所述凹铝型材中;
玻璃面板,所述玻璃面板放置在所述凹铝型材的下臂上;
有槽橡胶珠,所述橡胶珠被强制插入到所述玻璃面板和所述凸铝型材的上臂之间以及所述玻璃面板和所述凹铝型材的上臂之间,以向所述凸铝型材的上臂和所述凹铝型材的上臂施加向外的力,从而在所述枢转支点处产生转矩,所述转矩迫使所述第一曲线钩部分运动抵靠所述第二曲线钩部分,由此使所述第一曲线钩部分的配合边缘接合第二曲线钩部分的配合边缘,这样,所述凸铝型材和凹铝型材被阻止进一步运动,从而将所述玻璃面板锁定在所述凸铝型材的上臂和所述凹铝型材的上臂之间;
由此,能够使玻璃面板移出其设定位置的任何施加的外力或者环境只能使所述自锁定玻璃窗系统的凸铝型材和凹铝型材进一步紧固。

具体实施方式
玻璃窗系统由两个挤压的铝型材(凸起&凹陷)细成,该铝型材以这样一种方式设计,以产生一可靠空间,用于保持玻璃板安全和紧固在其位置。本发明重要的方面为,当将玻璃板放置在凹起型材上且凸起型材被插入和将橡胶珠强制放(用手)在玻璃和型材(两侧)之间,对型材上臂产生向外的力(强迫其分离)。在枢转支点处的旋转运动迫使锁定系统在一起,这是由于型材(在底部处)上的曲线钩部分相互接合而自锁,因此阻制型材在适应位置。
本发明的工业应用方法
应用的科学原理为牛顿力学定律和橡胶珠(rubber beading)的弹性特征以及围绕支点运动部件的转矩的传递。下列解释参照图8进行理解:
F-向外的力(由于橡胶珠)
P-向内的力(产生锁定)
C-支点
把橡胶珠插入到玻璃和型材部分之间(第1&2部分)对两部分臂(leg)产生向外的力(F),强迫其分开“F”。在旋转支点(C)处的转矩迫使锁定系统在一起(P)。锁定系统是由于安装入所述部分(凸起&凹陷)的臂内的曲线钩型材,其产生配合边缘,因此阻制型材部分在适应位置。
预先确定的变量为玻璃尺寸和橡胶珠的尺寸。在该布置中,由于环境如风或任何物理运动造成的振动而施加的任何外力,其作用可以使玻璃移出其设定的位置,仅使该系统的紧固的机构进一步紧固,以使阻制玻璃板在适当位置。

Claims (1)

1.一种自锁定玻璃窗系统,其包括:
挤压的凸铝型材,所述凸铝型材包括:上臂和下臂,其中所述上臂和下臂之间形成锐角;以及分别设置在下臂的两端处的第一曲线钩部分和枢转支点;
挤压的凹铝型材,所述凹铝型材包括:平坦基部,其中所述凸铝型材通过它的枢转支点支撑在所述平坦基部上;上臂和下臂,其中所述凹铝型材的下臂是从所述凹铝型材的上臂的下半部分伸出的水平悬臂,所述水平悬臂具有底部和平坦的顶表面,所述顶表面用于承载玻璃面板;以及,设置在所述水平悬臂的底部上并向下面向所述基部的第二曲线钩部分;其中,所述第一曲线钩部分和第二曲线钩部分都具有配合边缘,所述配合边缘分别面向凸铝型材和凹铝型材中的相应的一个的内部,所述凸铝型材以第一曲线钩部分的配合边缘面对第二曲线钩部分的配合边缘的方式插入到所述凹铝型材中;
玻璃面板,所述玻璃面板放置在所述凹铝型材的下臂上;
有槽橡胶珠,所述橡胶珠被强制插入到所述玻璃面板和所述凸铝型材的上臂之间以及所述玻璃面板和所述凹铝型材的上臂之间,以向所述凸铝型材的上臂和所述凹铝型材的上臂施加向外的力(F),从而在所述枢转支点处产生转矩,所述转矩迫使所述第一曲线钩部分运动抵靠所述第二曲线钩部分,由此使所述第一曲线钩部分的配合边缘接合第二曲线钩部分的配合边缘,这样,所述凸铝型材和凹铝型材被阻止进一步运动,从而将所述玻璃面板锁定在所述凸铝型材的上臂和所述凹铝型材的上臂之间;
由此,能够使玻璃面板移出其设定位置的任何施加的外力或者环境只能使所述自锁定玻璃窗系统的凸铝型材和凹铝型材进一步紧固。
