技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种门组件，具体涉及门组件中的固定边框与移动边框的调节结构。
背景技术
门（例如浴室门、阳台门等）的安装通常靠着墙壁进行，并且要保持门在安装后处于竖直状态。但是，由于建筑物的墙壁通常并非完全竖直（例如向外/向内倾斜一定角度），如果完全沿着墙壁安装，则会影响门的开合。因此，安装时需要调节门的上、下端与墙壁之间的距离以保证门处于竖直位置。
为实现这种调节，门组件通常包括要被固定至墙面的固定边框，与门面板（例如玻璃面板）连接并将其包裹于其中的移动边框和上、下边框。安装时，将固定边框靠着墙壁固定，然后将移动边框向固定边框靠近，并调节移动边框的上下两端与固定边框的距离使得移动边框处于竖直位置（因而门面板也处于竖直位置），最后在移动边框和固定边框上钻孔并用螺钉等将它们紧固在一起。
然而，一方面，钻孔需要至少两人配合才能完成，并且需要耗费较长时间。另一方面，钻孔容易损坏边框（通常由铝材制成）表面，影响产品的外观，甚至造成产品报废，增加用户的损失。更重要的是，在竖直位置需要使用至少两个边框，增加了材料的需求，并且安装复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种门组件，其在竖直位置仅有一个边框，从而节省材料。
本实用新型的另一个目的在于提供一种门组件，其安装时不需要钻孔即可完成固定边框与移动边框的调节。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种门组件，其包括固定边框，与固定边框相垂直的移动边框，以及固定于固定边框的调节元件。其中移动边框包括底壁和从底壁延伸的两个侧壁，侧壁设有用于将调节元件限制于移动边框内的突起，并且调节元件设有通孔和与通孔匹配的锁紧元件。当锁紧元件固定于通孔中时，锁紧元件作用于底壁并使调节元件固定于移动边框内。
在本实用新型中，移动边框被用作现有技术中的上/下边框。本实用新型通过锁紧元件与底壁、突起与调节元件之间的相互作用实现调节元件与移动边框之间的固定。通过调节移动边框与固定边框的相对位置，以调节与移动边框相连的门面板的一端与墙壁之间的距离，使门面板处于竖直位置。因此本实用新型在竖直位置仅有一个边框，省去了现有技术中竖直位置的移动边框，大大节约了原料，而仍然能达到原有的调节效果。
作为优选的实施方式，所述移动边框具有“U”形横截面。“U”形构造的移动边框将调节元件包裹于其中，并通过突起限制调节元件的移动。
作为更优选的实施方式，所述突起设在侧壁的末端，以使包裹更严密。
更优选地，所述突起为沿侧壁延伸的突缘。此时移动边框形成轨道，调节元件可以在轨道的末端滑动。
作为优选的实施方式，所述通孔为螺孔，所述锁紧元件为螺栓。螺栓插入螺孔并固定在其中，螺栓的一端顶住底壁，另一端使调节元件压紧突起，从而将调节元件固定于移动边框内。松开螺栓后，即可将调节元件在移动边框内移动。
作为优选的实施方式，所述调节元件还设有延伸至固定边框和移动边框的底壁之间的隔板。隔板由柔性材料制成，从而防止调整时移动边框的底壁与固定边框相互摩擦而发生划伤。
作为优选的实施方式，所述调节元件还设有弹片，弹片覆盖通孔，从而避免底壁因锁紧元件的压力而变形。更优选地，所述弹片上还设有垫片，以增加底壁和弹片之间的摩擦力，该垫片可以是软胶块等。
作为优选的实施方式，所述调节元件与固定边框分别设有第一线形突起和第一槽道，当调节元件固定于固定边框时，第一线形突起插入第一槽道中，防止调节元件发生扭转。
作为优选的实施方式，所述固定边框具有“U”形横截面并且包括第二底壁和从第二底壁延伸的两个第二侧壁，每个第二侧壁设有第二线形突起，调节元件设有两个容纳第二线形突起的第二槽道，调节元件和第二底壁分别设有第三突起和卡孔。通过第二线形突起与第二槽道之间的配合，以及第三突起和卡孔之间的配合，将调节元件固定至固定边框，并防止调节元件移动。
作为优选的实施方式，所述门组件为浴室门组件、阳台门组件或其他趟门组件，优选为浴室门组件。
本实用新型将移动边框用作现有技术中的上/下边框，在竖直位置仅需要一个边框，从而大大节省了材料。本实用新型结构简单合理，安装过程中无需移动边框上钻孔，快捷方便，并且安装时不会损坏铝材表面。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例，对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
参考图1，其显示了本实用新型的一个示例性门组件的主要部件及其位置关系。该示例性门组件是一种浴室用的门组件，其包括固定边框10、移动边框20和调节元件30。
固定边框10用于固定（例如，通过螺孔与螺丝的配合）至墙壁等表面。在图1的例子中，固定边框10上设有槽11，以放置门的面板。
移动边框20与固定边框10相垂直，用于固定并移动门的面板。在图1的例子中，移动边框20设有槽26，门的面板的一端固定在槽26中。可以设有两个移动边框20，以分别从上下两端夹紧门的面板。通过调节移动边框20与固定边框10的距离，即可调节门的面板的一端与墙壁的距离，以使门的面板处于竖直位置。
在图1的例子中，通过固定边框10和移动边框20上设置的槽来夹住固定门的面板，但应该理解的是，本领域技术人员可以想到其他合适的方式实现所述固定，例如各种卡扣结构。
调节元件30固定于固定边框10，并设有通孔31和与通孔31匹配的锁紧元件32。移动边框20包括底壁21和从底壁延伸的两个侧壁23,24，侧壁23,24设有用于将调节元件30限制于移动边框20内的突起24,25。底壁21、侧壁23,24和突起24,25形成能够容纳并限制调节元件30的“U”形结构。
安装本实用新型的门组件时，先将调节元件30固定至固定边框10，然后将调节元件30插入移动边框20的一端，使调节元件30置于“U”形结构中。再将锁紧元件32插入通孔31并锁紧，锁紧元件32的一端顶住底壁21，而另一端使调节元件30顶住突起24,25，从而将调节元件30固定于移动边框20内，使移动边框20与固定边框10的相对位置固定。
参考图2A，其显示了组装后的本实用新型的示例性浴室门组件，其中锁紧元件32将移动边框的位置固定，门的面板夹在槽26与槽11之间。参考图2B，当需要调节门的面板的一端的位置时，可以松开锁紧元件32，将与门的面板的一端相连的移动边框移动至适当的位置，然后再将锁紧元件32锁紧，即可将移动边框的位置再次固定。

在图3A和图3B的例子中，调节元件30还设有能够覆盖通孔的弹片34，从而避免底壁因锁紧元件的压力而变形。进一步地，在弹片34上还可以设置垫片341（例如软较快），以增加弹片34与底壁之间的摩擦力。
虽然图3A和图3B所示的调节元件30同时含有隔板33、边缘331、弹片34和垫片341，但应该理解的是，根据实际需求，本实用新型的调节元件30可以包括隔板33、边缘331、弹片34和垫片341中的一种或多种。
参考图4，其显示了一个示例性的移动边框20。移动边框20包括底壁21和两个侧壁22,23，在侧壁22,23的末端设有突起24,25，将调节元件限制在“U”形结构之中。其中一个侧壁23形成用于固定门的面板的槽的一部分。
在图4所示的例子中，突起24,25为沿侧壁延伸的突缘，使移动边框20形成轨道，调节元件可以在轨道的末端移动。当然，突起还可以是其他形状，可以形成多个连续或不连续的突起，只要能将调节元件限制于移动边框内即可。
在图示的例子中，通孔31为螺孔，锁紧元件32为螺栓。应该理解的是，本领域技术人员可以想到其他合适的方式实现所述固定，只要锁紧元件能作用于底壁，同时使调节元件向突起压紧，使其固定于移动边框内即可。
参考图5，其显示了调节元件30与固定边框10的一种安装方式，其中用紧固件（例如螺栓）穿过分别位于调节元件和固定边框的孔，将调节元件30固定至固定边框10。调节元件30设有第一槽道35，固定边框10设有第一线形突起12（只示出了其末端），第一线形突起12插入第一槽道35后可以防止调节元件30发生扭转。
参考图6，其显示了调节元件30与固定边框10的另一种安装方式。固定边框10具有“U”形横截面并且包括第二底壁13和从第二底壁13延伸的两个第二侧壁14，每个第二侧壁14设有第二线形突起15，调节元件30设有两个容纳第二线形突起15的第二槽道36。调节元件30还设有第三突起37，第二底壁13上设有容纳第三突起37的卡孔16。当第二线形突起15滑入第二槽道36后，第三突起37插入卡孔16中，将调节元件30固定至固定边框10，而不需要使用螺栓。
需要说明的是，以上仅为本实用新型的优选实施例，但本实用新型的设计构思并不局限于此，凡利用此构思对本实用新型做出的非实质性修改，也均落入本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种门组件，其特征在于，包括
固定边框，
与固定边框相垂直的移动边框，以及
固定于固定边框的调节元件，其中
移动边框包括底壁和从底壁延伸的两个侧壁，侧壁设有用于将调节元件限制于移动边框内的突起，并且
调节元件设有通孔和与通孔匹配的锁紧元件， 
当锁紧元件固定于通孔中时，锁紧元件作用于底壁并将调节元件固定于移动边框内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门组件，其特征在于，所述移动边框具有“U”形横截面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的门组件，其特征在于，所述突起设在侧壁的末端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的门组件，其特征在于，所述突起为沿侧壁延伸的突缘。
5.根据权利要求1所述的门组件，其特征在于，所述通孔为螺孔，所述锁紧元件为螺栓。
6.根据权利要求1所述的门组件，其特征在于，所述调节元件还设有延伸至固定边框和移动边框的底壁之间的隔板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的门组件，其特征在于，所述调节元件还设有弹片，弹片覆盖通孔。
8.根据权利要求1所述的门组件，其特征在于，所述调节元件和固定边框分别设有第一线形突起和第一槽道，当调节元件固定于固定边框时，第一线形突起插入第一槽道。
9.根据权利要求1所述的门组件，其特征在于，所述固定边框具有“U”形横截面并且包括第二底壁和从第二底壁延伸的两个第二侧壁， 
每个第二侧壁设有第二线形突起，调节元件设有两个容纳第二线形突起的第二槽道，
调节元件和第二底壁分别设有第三突起和卡孔。
