Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种座椅,尤其是儿童座椅,它相对于座椅所固定的杆柱可进行高度调节,所述杆柱装备有一可伸缩的、长度可调节的搁脚(footrest)。
背景技术
现有技术中已知有一种带有高度可调节的座椅的儿童推车,它被描述在挪威专利申请2001 5159中,其中,座椅可固定在中心杆柱的不同高度上。这种方式的高度调节可通过已知的方法来实现,例如,通过围绕主杆柱夹紧的夹紧装置或搭锁或一孔/销系统。这些系统的缺点在于它们使用起来麻烦和费时。
从普通的儿童推车中还已知有各种搁脚,它可根据儿童是直坐还是平躺或位于其间的某一位置,来调节到某一角度。这样的搁脚可围绕座椅的倚坐区域的末端的一轴线转动。这些方案的缺点在于,搁脚的长度适于该推车为之设计的最高儿童。因此,当小的儿童或婴孩使用该推车时这样的搁脚只用到搁脚的一小部分。
此外,从儿童自行车座椅中可以了解到可调整的诸脚块体,它们可固定在座椅延伸的不同高度上,它们向下突出到自行车的任一侧上,常用来保护儿童避免夹在自行车的辐条中。该座椅的大小可适合于一定年纪的儿童。当小的儿童使用了脚块体或搁脚的上部的位置时,座椅的下部的很大部分未被用到,因此,当座椅拆卸和储藏时就会占据空间。该脚块体装备有偶联装置,该装置配装在座椅本身上的不同高度处的接纳偶联装置内。一般来说,一脚块体必须每次进行调整,且自行车的使用者必须停下自行车并用两个手来作调整。
因此,需要有一种搁脚,其可以简单的方式调节长度,不占据不必要的空间,根据需要它可被移去和附连上,且最好是单手进行操作。
此外,还需要在使用过程中以快速和简单的方式调整推车座椅的高度以适应儿童不断长大之需。
发明内容
本发明的目的是获得一种用于例如坐在一推车中的儿童的座椅,该座椅可用于一以简单方式调整高度,且它具有一可调节的搁脚以适合使用座椅的儿童,而且它不占据不必要的空间。
具体实施方式
上述目的通过一锁定装置和一下述的座椅来实现。
因此,本发明涉及一锁定装置和一用于如图1所示推车中的、带有一可伸缩的搁脚的座椅。
图1所示的锁定装置适用于座椅3所附连的杆柱2。该锁定装置可以是座椅3的一体的部分,或是一分离的部分,诸如座椅3那样的独立零件或其它模块可附连到该分离的部分上。
在本实施例中,锁定装置1形成为一如图3所示的围绕杆柱的铸件4,它可沿着杆柱2上下导向。铸件4可完全地包围杆柱2,或具有一敞开侧而可沿杆柱2的纵向夹紧在对应的轨道内。
锁定装置1的截面外形可较佳地基本上与杆柱2的形状相同,以避免脏物和颗粒轧在两个元件之间。
锁定装置1还装备有一摩擦元件5和一手柄6,该手柄偏心地转动以将该摩擦元件5压紧在杆柱2上,在锁定装置1与杆柱2之间形成足够的摩擦。这样,即使承载一儿童,固定到锁定装置1的座椅3也可将座椅位置保持在杆柱上。为了锁定手柄6和提供能阻止不留心的释放的阻力,锁定装置1装备有一弹簧8,在此实施例中,该弹簧位于手柄6与摩擦元件5之间。
如果杆柱2装备有一摩擦构形(friction pattern)7,诸如槽或凹痕,它压靠在摩擦元件5上可增加摩擦力,摩擦元件5可用适合于摩擦构形的弹性材料制成,则这样对于提高安全性尤为有利。摩擦元件5可以是诸如塑料的硬性材料,并可具有与杆柱2上的摩擦构形7相对应的结构形状,这样,当用手柄6牢固地拧紧时锁定装置1可容纳重载。
锁定装置1可以是座椅3的一体部分,或可以是可固定到一推车的杆柱2上或一椅子的杆柱上的其它的模块。锁定装置可包含紧固或偶联装置,使得诸模块可固定在锁定装置上,诸如一婴孩座椅、一行李架,或一用于这些模块的支架。
由于座椅3可调整到不同的高度位置,所以,如果座椅3包括一如图4所示的可伸缩的搁脚20,则其尤为有利。由于可将搁脚20的长度纳入座椅内,所以,对于小的儿童座椅3可以朝向地面一直往下放置,这样,儿童可自己爬入和爬出推车或座椅所固定的椅子。可能的是,搁脚20可能可被用作为一踏脚以帮助儿童爬入座椅3内。在图4和5中,座椅3显示有一搁脚20,它包括两个连接到公共脚板上的轨道21,两轨道被接纳到与座椅3一体形成的两个导向件22内。每个导向件具有一锁23,它利用一摩擦或孔-销系统、根据儿童的高度将搁脚20锁定在正确的长度上。在一优选的实施例中,锁23是弹簧加载的摩擦锁,它通过滑动只允许搁脚20向上调节,但仍阻止搁脚向下滑动。
锁23可通过诸手柄24进行操作而释放搁脚20,搁脚可从座椅中移去。如果座椅用于不需搁脚的婴儿,则这一点特别有利,由此减小座椅的重量并占据较小的空间。通过使用如图1所示和挪威专利申请2001 5159中所描述的推车上的座椅3,能够转动座椅,使其定位在驱动的方向或相对的方向。通过提供轨道21之间带有一开口的搁脚20,当座椅安装在一与驱动方向相反的方向时,该搁脚可纳入到座椅3内,这样,轨道21通过杆柱2的任一侧上。通过只使用一个手将搁脚20推到一定位置上,并使用锁23的上述有利的实施例,就可安装好搁脚。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于一模块的高度调节的锁定装置(1),所述模块诸如在一推车或一椅子上的一杆柱(2)上的一儿童座椅(3),其特征在于,
该锁定装置(1)包括一可移动的铸件(4),该铸件部分地或全部地包围杆柱(2),并带有一摩擦元件(5)和一手柄(6),该手柄偏心地转动以便将摩擦元件(5)压紧抵靠在杆柱(2)上,从而在锁定装置(1)与杆柱(2)之间提供摩擦力。
2.如权利要求1所述的锁定装置(1),其特征在于,一弹簧(8)布置在手柄(6)与摩擦元件(5)之间。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的锁定装置(1),其特征在于,杆柱(2)装备有一摩擦构形(7),诸如槽或凹痕,以增加对于摩擦元件(5)的摩擦力。
4.如权利要求3所述的锁定装置(1),其特征在于,摩擦元件(5)具有一对应于杆柱(2)上的摩擦构形(7)的结构形状。
5.如权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的锁定装置(1),其特征在于,锁定装置(1)是座椅(3)的一体部分或是附连的支架。
6.一种用于儿童座椅(3)的搁脚(20),其特征在于,它包括两个连接到一脚板上的轨道(21),每个轨道可纳入到一体地形成在座椅内的一相应的导向件(22),这样,搁脚(20)可相对于座椅伸缩地位移。
7.如权利要求6所述的搁脚(20),其特征在于,导向件(22)设置有诸如一摩擦或孔一销系统之类的锁(23),其可将轨道(21)锁定在不同的位置。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的可伸缩的搁脚(20),其特征在于,锁(23)是弹簧加载的摩擦锁,其允许搁脚(20)通过其滑动而向上调节,但仍阻止搁脚向下滑动。
9.如权利要求6-8中任何一项所述的可伸缩的搁脚(20),其特征在于,锁(23)用诸手柄(24)进行操作,手柄释放搁脚(20)。
10.如权利要求6-9中任何一项所述的可伸缩的搁脚(20),其特征在于,轨道(21)之间存在有一开口,以允许轨道通过杆柱(2)的任一侧。
