Description

G型转子泵
本发明涉及一种设计为G型转子泵的容积式泵,用于在机动车内部输送燃油,该G型转子泵具有:被驱动的设置在泵壳的底部与顶盖之间的G型转子,以及间隔垫片,设置在底部和顶盖之间。
这种G型转子泵大部分与电机形成输送单元并且在实践中已经公开,已知的G型转子泵在顶盖上具有进油道和在朝向电机的底部具有出油道。由此流体在轴向上流过G型转子泵。间隔垫片基本上是环形的,并设计为围绕在G型转子的周围,将顶盖保持在距底部一定距离的位置。从而可将底部与顶盖相互压紧。顶盖、G型转子、底部及间隔垫片都是由具有尤其高的表面质量的陶瓷制成,通过高的表面质量确保了,避免使所输送的燃油从出油道的区域溢流至进油道的区域的问题。
该种G型转子泵的缺点在于泵壳设计非常复杂,并进而具有高成本制造的部件。
本发明的目的在于这样设计开头所述类型的G型转子泵,从而使得可以低成本地制造该G型转子泵。
根据本发明,这个目的这样实现,即底部和/或顶盖是由塑料制成的。
通过这种设计,泵壳由低成本制造的构件组成。因此,根据本发明的G型转子泵就可以尤其低成本地制造了。此外,根据本发明的G型转子泵的另一个优点在于,通过塑料制成的泵壳的部件可以在很大程度上削弱G型转子产生的噪声。
用于使根据本发明的G型转子泵可靠的运行所需要的高的表面质量可以例如通过底部和/或顶盖的涂层来实现。如果底部和/或顶盖在其与G型转子相对的面被研磨的话,就可以进一步降低根据本发明的G型转子泵的生产成本。
如果间隔垫片与设置在G型转子的背离电驱动装置的一侧的顶盖一体制成的话,那么就可以简化根据本发明的G型转子泵的装配。由此G型转子的朝向电驱动装置的一侧设置的底部设计为平坦的。这样,就可以进一步减少根据本发明的G型转子泵的生产成本。
本发明允许多个实施例。为了进一步解释其基本原理,对附图中示出的一个实施例进行详细描述。图中示出了具有根据本发明的G型转子泵2的燃油输送单元1的纵向剖面图。
燃油输送单元1具有外壳3,用于容纳电机4和G型转子泵2。G型转子泵2具有底部5和顶盖7,顶盖7通过间隔垫片6保持在距底部5的一定距离处。间隔垫片6此时与顶盖7一体制成。在顶盖7和底部5之间设置有固定在电动机4的轴8上的G型转子9。此外,轴8具有平坦化部分10,以用于抗扭转(drehfest)地同步转动G型转子9。轴8还具有在G型转子9的区域中的轴肩11,由此G型转子9仅仅在示出的位置与轴8连接。顶盖7具有进油道12,底部5具有G型转子泵2的出油道13。由此燃油通过顶盖7吸入并且在轴向上流过G型转子泵2。燃油输送单元1的外壳3具有连接管14,用于连接一条管道(图中未示出)。为清楚起见,在附图中,用箭头标明了燃油的流动。
顶盖7和底部5由塑料制成,并且它们在朝向G型转子9的一面被研磨。因此,顶盖7和底部5均具有尤其高的表面质量,从而能够可靠地吸收噪声。
此外,G型转子泵具有两个螺钉15,它能够使顶盖7相对于底部5具有预应力或者说预压力。可替换的是,在一个未示出的实施例中,顶盖7通过燃油输送单元的外壳3也有一个相对于底部5的预应力,因此无需应用螺钉15。

Claims (3)

1.一种设计为G型转子泵的容积式泵,用于在机动车内部输送燃油,该G型转子泵具有:被驱动的、设置在泵壳底部与顶盖之间的G型转子,以及间隔垫片,该间隔垫片设置在底部和顶部之间,其特征在于,所述G型转子(9)由陶瓷制成,所述底部(5)和/或顶盖(7)由塑料制成,所述G型转子(9)的陶瓷表面与所述底部(5)和/或顶盖(7)的塑料表面相接触配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的G型转子泵,其特征在于,所述底部(5)和/或顶盖(7)在其相对于所述G型转子(9)的一面被研磨。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的G型转子泵,其特征在于,所述间隔垫片(6)与所述G型转子(9)的背离电驱动装置一侧设置的顶盖(7)一体制成。
