一种手动泵已经公知，其具有一个形成喷雾器的按钮，为了形成一个可以强制安装在瓶体开口中的塞子，其泵体可以轻微变形。瓶体可以由塑料制成。在这种情况下，为了防水，开口的内表面尽可能地光滑。在微型喷雾器领域中，瓶体通常成小圆柱形。在这种情况下，瓶体的内部容积也为圆柱形，从而开口无法与瓶体其它部分区分开。
我们已经发现，在将泵组装及安装到圆柱形开口中后，仍然存在泵从开口中脱落的可能性。由于泵靠着一个即光滑又完全成圆柱形的壁安装，因此其无法在瓶体中准确固定。本发明使该问题可以得到解决。
更具体地，本发明涉及一种手动泵，其包括一个由塑料制成的泵体，形成一个塞子，该塞子强制安装在一个瓶体的开口中，其特征在于所述瓶体完全由塑料作为单个部件成型而成，还在于所述开口在内侧包括一个模制成型的环形钩状肋，制造瓶体的塑料的硬度和刚度比制造泵体的塑料的硬度和刚度大，使得所述钩状肋嵌在所述泵体上。
上述钩状肋优选地紧邻着所述开口的孔口形成，这便于瓶体脱模。更具体地，钩状肋在紧邻着开口的孔口处由开口限定形成。在大多数情况下，钩状肋将通过在所述孔口附近瓶壁更大的厚度而形成。
上述形成的结构很适于瓶体的注射成型。模具包括一个圆柱形阴模，其内侧插入一个全部成圆柱形的阳模，而阳模包括一个环形后部拉伸(back draft)区域，其可以在开口孔口附近形成比上述瓶壁更大的厚度。瓶体通过使用沿着阳模滑动的脱模环从模具上强制脱模，当阳模从阴模中拔出时，使刚成型的瓶体脱离模具。

图1和2中表示的微型喷雾器11基本上由一个手动泵12和一个外部圆柱形瓶体14组成。泵12为一种已知的类型，包括一个由较软的可变形塑料制成的泵体16、一个吸管18和一个出液管19，在出液管19上安装有一个具有喷雾装置的挺杆按钮(未显示)。泵体16包括一个置于瓶体开口24的孔口22周围的侧缘20。更具体地，形成塞子26的那部分泵体为圆柱形并且具有与瓶体内径d大致相同的直径。为了使制造简单，瓶体具有一个基本为圆柱形的内腔25。开口24用于容纳形成塞子26的那部分泵体，且开口24无法与瓶体其它部分区分开。显然，瓶体完全由塑料作为单个部件成型而成。
根据本发明的一个重要特征，开口24的内侧包括一个在成型时制成的环形钩状肋28。根据本发明的另一个重要特征，用于制造瓶体14的塑料硬度和刚度比制造泵体16或至少形成塞子26的那部分泵体的塑料硬度和刚度大，使得钩状肋28嵌在所述泵体上，如图2中所示，制成泵体的塑料具有一个轻微的变形。例如，泵体16和瓶体14可以用不同等级的聚烯烃制成。选择弹性级塑料用于泵体，而刚性级塑料用于瓶体。如图所示，钩状肋28紧邻着孔口22形成，且相对于开口的其它圆柱形表面向内凸出。其由紧邻着所述开口的孔口直径限定形成。换句话说，钩状肋通过在瓶体孔口附近的开口瓶壁更大的厚度而形成。
图3-7表示瓶体的注射成型过程。模具30由一个完全成圆柱形的阴模32(注射塑料的孔口通向阴模的底部)和一个全部成圆柱形的阳模36组成。阳模36具有一个环形后部拉伸(back draft)区域38，在这种情况下形成一个简单环形槽，当阳模安装好时，该槽紧邻着阴模32的孔口40。一个用于将瓶体从模具上脱除的环42安装成沿着阳模滑动，并封闭阴模的孔口。在如图4所示的位置中，显然瓶体的体积限定在阴模和阳模之间。在注射塑料(图5)后，及当开始冷却时，阳模从阴模中拔出，且由于其后部拉伸，瓶体保持嵌入在阳模中(图6)。环42和阳模36之间的相对运动使得可以通过使瓶体沿着阳模滑动，强制脱除瓶体14。在该操作过程中(图7)，单纯由于塑料的弹性，瓶体开口略微膨胀。

Claims (5)

1.一种喷雾器，包括一个手动泵(12)，该泵包括一个由塑料制成的泵体，形成一个塞子(26)，该塞子通过强力安装在一个瓶体(14)的开口中，其特征在于所述瓶体完全由塑料作为单个部件成型而成，还在于所述开口(24)包括一个模制成型的内侧环形钩状肋(28)，用于制造瓶体的塑料的硬度和刚度比用于制造泵体的塑料的硬度和刚度大，使得所述钩状肋嵌在所述泵体上。

5.根据权利要求4所述的喷雾器，其特征在于所述瓶体为一个注射成型过程的结果，该注射成型过程使用一个具有内部阳模(36)的模具，其中阳模具有一个环状后部拉伸(38)。
