技术领域
[01]本发明涉及一流体产品分配装置,且特别是涉及一以整体方式实施的多功能型储存器。
背景技术
[02]流体产品分配装置是众所周知的。它们一般包括:一装有要分配的产品的储存器;一安装在所述储存器上的分配机构,如一泵或一阀;和一用于作动所述分配机构的分配头。根据储存器中的产品类型,分配装置应包括一定数量的特征,如避免装纳在装置中的产品任何可能被污染的部件。这些特征可以包括一过滤器的存在,该过滤器可以过滤每次分配机构作动后进入到储存器内的空气,或者包括这类部件:其用于阻止分配头相对于分配机构脱落,以便避免产品在此处被污染。同样,该装置一般包括一颈部垫圈,其布置在储存器的颈部与把分配机构固定在该储存器上的固定元件之间。使这个垫圈就位通常需要一附加的和复杂的组装阶段,因此这就增加了制造和组装装置的成本。
发明内容

[06]因此,本发明的目的是提出一流体产品分配装置,该装置包括:一装纳流体产品的储存器;一用于分配装在所述储存器中的产品的分配机构,如一泵或一阀;和一用于手作动动所述分配机构的分配头,所述储存器是一以整体方式制成的多功能型储存器,并且包括下述元件中的至少一个:a)能够接纳至少一个过滤器的至少一个孔眼,该过滤器用于过滤每次所述分配机构作动后进入到储存器内的空气;以及b)一复合模制在所述储存器颈部上的颈部垫圈。

具体实施方式
[19]本发明适用于所有的流体产品分配装置,这些装置包括:一装有要分配的产品的储存器;一以任何已知方式安装在所述储存器上的分配机构,如一泵或一阀;并且包括一分配头或作动按钮,其安装在所述分配机构上,用于作动所述分配机构,以便分配装在储存器中的产品。图1-3分别表示本发明的三个不同实施例,但是显然本发明还包括这三个实施例的任意组合。图4尤其表示一集成图1-3上所示三个实施例的变型。

Claims (8)

(a)至少一个孔眼(15),其适于接纳至少一个过滤器(50),所述过滤器(50)用于过滤每次所述分配机构(20)作动后进入所述储存器(10)内部的空气;以及
(b)一颈部垫圈(18),其复合模制在所述储存器(10)的颈部(19)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述储存器另外包括至少一个第一径向突起部(11),所述第一径向突起部与所述分配头(30)配合,以便防止所述分配头(30)任何脱落的可能。

6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述储存器(10)通过注吹一合成材料如一热塑材料而制成。
7.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述复合模制的颈部垫圈(18)由一注入的热塑弹性材料(TPE)制成,所述储存器(10)和所述复合模制的垫圈(18)通过双注吹制成。
8.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述储存器(10)的上径向表面具有一适于接纳所述复合模制的垫圈(18)的接纳型部(17)。
