Abstract
Description
さらに具体的に言えば、本発明は、製造および組み立てが簡単かつ低コストな流体製品投与装置であって、単一部品にいくつかの機能的特性を一体化させることで、投与装置の正確な動作を容易にする、という装置を提供することを目的とする。
本発明のもう1つの目的は、構成要素の数が最小限である、という流体製品投与装置を提供することである。
効果的な構成として、さらに前記容器は少なくとも1つの第2の径方向の突起を有し、当該第2の径方向の突起は前記投与ヘッドと協働し、当該ヘッドに関して駆動時の休止位置(stop)を規定し、従って投与装置の駆動プロフィールを形作り、前記少なくとも1つの第2の径方向の突起は少なくとも1つの第1の径方向の突起から軸方向に間隔を置いた位置にあることとする。
効果的な構成として、前記少なくとも1つのフィルターを保持するように作られた前記少なくとも1つの開口部は、前記容器の側壁に形成されることとする。
効果的な構成として、前記オーバーモールド成形されたネックシールは射出した熱可塑性エラストマー素材(TPE)であり、容器とオーバーモールド成形されたネックシールとは、二重インジェクションブロー成形によって生成されることとする。
本発明は、投与するための製品を容器に貯蔵しているすべての流体製品投与装置に適応しており、前記容器にはポンプもしくは弁などの投与ユニットが何らかの形で取り付けられており、当該ユニットは投与ヘッドもしくは駆動プッシャが設置されており、当該投与ヘッドもしくは駆動プッシャを駆動することで前記容器に貯蔵されている製品が投与される。図1から図3はそれぞれ本発明の3つの異なった実施の形態を表している、しかし明らかなように、本発明はこの3つの実施の形態のいかなる組み合わせもカバーしている。図4は特に1つの変形例を示しており、この変形例は、図1から図3で説明された3つの実施の形態を実装している。
本発明により、単一部品で作られた多機能容器10が実現され、以下の説明で述べるような1つもしくは複数の機能的特性を有する、とすることができる。
Claims (8)
- 流体製品投与装置であって、
流体製品が貯蔵された容器(10)と、
前記容器に貯蔵されている流体を投与する、例えばポンプまたは弁などの投与ユニット(20)と、
そして、前記投与ユニット(20)を手動で駆動するための投与ヘッド(30)と、を有し、
特徴となるのは、
前記容器(10)は単一部品で作られた多機能容器であり、
(a)少なくとも1つの開口部(15)であって、投与ユニット(20)が駆動される度に容器内(10)に入りこむ空気をろ過するフィルター(50)を少なくとも1つ保持するように作られた前記開口部と、
(b)前記容器(10)のネック(19)の上にオーバーモールド成形されたネックシール(18)と、のうち少なくとも1つの要素を有することである、
という流体製品投与装置。 - さらに前記容器は少なくとも1つの第1の径方向の突起(11)を有し、当該第1の径方向の突起は前記投与ヘッド(30)と協働することによって、前記ヘッド(30)が引き離されるのを防ぐこと、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - さらに前記容器(10)は少なくとも1つの第2の径方向の突起(12)を有し、当該第2の径方向の突起は前記投与ヘッド(30)と協働し、当該ヘッド(30)に関して駆動時の休止位置(stop)を規定し、従って投与装置の駆動プロフィールを形作り、前記少なくとも1つの第2の径方向の突起(12)は少なくとも1つの第1の径方向の突起(11)から軸方向に間隔を置いた位置にあること、
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフィルター(50)は前記少なくとも1つの開口部(15)に収容され、当該フィルターは前記容器(10)にスナップ留め、溶接、もしくはオーバーモールド成形されていること、
を特徴とする請求項の1乃至3のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフィルター(50)を保持するように作られた前記少なくとも1つの開口部(15)は、前記容器(10)の側壁に形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記容器(10)は熱可塑性プラスチック素材などの合成素材のインジェクションブロー成形によって生成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記オーバーモールド成形されたネックシール(18)は射出した熱可塑性エラストマー素材(TPE)であり、容器(10)とオーバーモールド成形されたネックシール(18)とは、二重インジェクションブロー成形によって生成されること、
を特徴とする請求項の1乃至6のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 容器(10)の上部径方向表面は、前記オーバーモールド成形されたシール(18)を保持するように作られた収容プロフィール(17)を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の装置。
