Abstract

Description
本发明涉及处理粉尘和/或颗粒形式废弃产品的方法。
在现有技术中,地下堆存用于处理和利用颗粒或粉尘形式的残余物,尤其是来自垃圾焚烧厂的具有高浓度重金属、氯化合物、二氧芑和呋喃的过滤粉尘。然而,地下堆存导致非常高的处理成本,并且作为处理方法来说,不是任何长期的解决方案,这是由于待处理材料中的大量潜在有害物质被保存下来。
另一方面,根据现有技术不可能通过将粉尘或颗粒形式的残余物引入垃圾焚烧厂或高温回收厂来对其进行处理和利用,这是因为这种粉尘被再次与废气一起放出,并且对于传统焚烧厂来说,没有存放重金属和伴随物质的接收器。
Thermoselect-“Der neue Weg,Restmüll umweltgerecht zu behandeln”〔=“以恰当的生态方式处理残余废物的新方法”〕Ing.Gunter Hssler,Karlsruhe 1995,Verlag KarlGroener Karlsruhe中的现有技术已知是一种高温处理废弃物的特殊方法。
该方法描述了所有类型废弃产品的处理和利用,其中含有任何有毒物质的、固体和/或液体形式的、未分类未处理的工业、家庭和/或特种废弃物以及废弃的工业制品在反应器中经受逐渐加热以进行热分离或物质转化。此处出现的固体残余物转变成高温熔体,被引入反应器之前在压实机中成批压缩成致密的包的待处理制品经过逐步升高温度的热处理阶段,具有至少一个低温阶段和至少一个高温区,所述的低温阶段中保持外加压力,确保与反应器壁形成形状匹配并由力驱动的接触,所述高温区中待处理制品形成透气填充并产生合成气。然后使所产生的合成气离开高温区,并通过喷淋冷却水而快速淬火,将冷却水导入沉清槽中。
本发明的目的是从以上出发,提出一种方法,从而可以以生态方式并且低成本地可靠处理粉尘或颗粒形式的、例如作为过滤粉尘存在的残余物。该目的通过根据本发明权利要求1的方法实现。根据本发明的方法的有利方案在从属权利要求中提出。
根据本发明的方法,粉尘和/或颗粒形式的残余物,尤其是有毒的尘粒、滤渣(例如来自垃圾焚烧厂)、干吸附剂和负荷活性碳使用上述方法预先成型并经受热处理,下文中称作热选法。此处粉尘或颗粒形式残余物的“预先成型”根据本发明理解为使粉尘或颗粒形式的残余物结合成固相或液相的任何预处理,例如压块、造粒或挤出。
与将未处理的尘粒引入到垃圾焚烧过程中或将未处理的尘粒引入到热选过程中相比,根据本发明预先成型粉尘或颗粒形式残余物并引入热选工艺提供的优点在于:粉尘和/或颗粒形式的残余物在和废气一起放出之前经历物质转化。根据本发明对预先成型的颗粒和/或粉尘形式残余物的处理有利地导致包含在粉尘或颗粒残余物中的重金属通过熔融牢牢地结合在矿物或金属相中,并随后与矿物或金属相一起从工艺过程中排出,并且能够作为非活性成分而淬火。此外,从该方法得到的优点在于其他污染物在热选法的洗气过程中通过用水快速淬火而直接分离,并且在工艺用水的净化过程中通过填充到可以工业回收的氢氧化物浓缩物中而转化。
根据本发明的方法可以采取多种优选实施方案。优选变体在于使用分散体,优选悬浮体,作为粉尘或颗粒形式残余物的预先成型态。
根据本发明,预先为以下作准备:待转化为分散体或优选转化为悬浮体的粉尘和/或颗粒形式残余物,以及待高温处理的分散体。根据本发明,此处优选使用水的分散体、优选为悬浮体,因为这可以廉价地生产。当然,也可以生产其他分散体或悬浮体,例如具有改变粘度的介质的那些。至于合适的介质,此处可提及的是含有重油的粘合剂。此外,如果向分散体中加入额外的介质,如炼油废弃产品和/或淀粉,也是有利的。此外,可以向分散体/悬浮体中加入活性碳和/或动物粉(animal meal)。由于本发明的该有利实施方案,预先成型的粉尘和/或颗粒形式残余物的热值大大提高,这对进一步热处理产生有利影响。
该预先成型实施方案的替代方案在于向粉尘或颗粒形式残余物中加入或供给小块热塑性塑料,然后进行热压块。该热压块过程优选发生在40℃-80℃的温度范围内。
另一优选实施方案在于:可以加入其他粘合剂并随后将悬浮粉尘和粘合剂的混合物压块进行上述分散体的生产。随着这种粉尘或颗粒形式残余物预先成型为束缚态,根据本发明,它不是生产具有可再现几何形状物体的问题,而是预先成型材料使它可以在本发明的意义上加以控制的问题。因此,作为压块的替代方案,造粒或挤出也是显而易见的选择。此处尘粒可优选与重油一起悬浮。其他优选粘合剂是负荷活性碳、动物粉、炼油废弃产品、淀粉或相似物质。粘合剂有利地提高团块的热值并导致加热即刻分解,由此大大提高热产率。
根据本发明的方法的其他有利实施方案在于:高压压块粉尘或颗粒形式残余物或者粉尘或颗粒形式残余物与粘合剂的混合物。
最后,可以使用各种变化方式将所述团块供给到热选过程中。首先可以通过废物槽供给团块或以其他方式预先成型的残余物。另一实施方案提供将团块或以其他方式预先成型的残余物引入到压实机中。最后,预先成型的粉尘或颗粒形式残余物还可以直接供给到反应器中。
Claims (11)
1.处理和利用所有种类废弃产品的方法,其中含有任何有毒物质的、固体和/或液体形式的、未分类的工业、家庭和/或特种废弃物,以及废弃的工业制品在反应器中经受逐渐加热以进行热分离或物质转化,并且出现的固体残余物转变成高温熔体,被引入反应器之前在压实机中成批压缩成致密的包的待处理制品经过逐步升高温度的热处理阶段,具有至少一个低温阶段和至少一个高温区,所述低温阶段中保持外加压力,确保与反应器壁接触,所述高温区中待处理制品形成透气填充并产生合成气,使所产生的合成气离开高温区,并通过喷淋冷却水而快速淬火,其特征在于,在粉尘和/或颗粒形式的残余物的情况下,尤其是过滤粉尘、干吸附剂如碳酸盐、和/或负荷活性碳,作为废弃产品的情况下,这些预先成型并随后供给到该过程中。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于预先成型的废弃产品供给到压实机中。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于预先成型的废弃产品供给到高温区。

7.根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于分散体用H2O产生。

9.根据权利要求8的方法,其特征在于所述物质是包含重油的介质。
10.根据权利要求6-9中一项的方法,其特征在于将额外的改变粘度的物质,如炼油废弃产品和/或淀粉加入到分散体中。
