Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车座椅导轨的锁止装置。
背景技术
用于汽车的座椅导轨锁止装置通常具有多个可彼此分开地移动的锁止元件。这些叉形的锁止元件在一个座椅导轨(上导轨)内导引,并且其中至少几个锁止元件嵌入到相应设置在另一个导轨(下导轨)上的、构成为孔图形式的凹槽中。通过这种孔图结构使得座椅导轨的调整可能性的精确的层次性成为可能,其中确保,至少总是有一个锁止元件实际上可以起到锁止作用。
这种类型的锁止装置的问题在于,锁止元件通常在预紧力下保持,使得至少一个锁止元件虽然锁止,也就是说嵌入到相应的凹槽内,但是其它锁止元件的嵌入由于导轨通过摩擦相互锁止而变得困难,这在碰撞事故中会引起安全问题。在FR 2759330中建议,同时操纵各锁止元件。为此应用一种机械装置,其中,各锁止元件绕着一根与锁止导轨平行的轴线(沿汽车纵向的轴线)转动。为了由乘客操纵这种转动运动,设置了一根转动杠杆,该转动杠杆通常必须可以绕着一根横向于汽车纵向的轴线转动。即运动必须由一根手动杠杆传递到可与之垂直地转动的锁止元件上。为此所需的机械装置还要求额外的制造费用以及还导致不期望的公差累积。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,这样改进开头所述类型的锁止装置,使得它不具有上述缺点。
按照本发明,提出一种用于汽车座椅导轨的锁止装置,包括一个固定在汽车上的下导轨、一个固定在座椅上的在下导轨上导引的上导轨,其中,上导轨具有多个预紧的、在上导轨的纵向上隔开距离的、用于与下导轨锁止的锁止元件;还包括一个固定在座椅部件上可转动地设置的操纵机构,用于通过在上导轨的纵向上布置的、设在操纵机构上的操纵元件使锁止元件运动而进入或脱开与下导轨的啮合,其特征在于:操纵机构具有一个横向于上导轨延伸的转动轴线,操纵元件可以绕着该转动轴线和操纵机构一起转动,其中操纵机构上的操纵元件这样设置,使得所述操纵元件可以在操纵机构转动的同时使锁止元件进行运动,并且各操纵元件构成为具有不同的弹性可变形性,其中,每一个操纵元件的弹性可变形性与相应操纵元件走过的路程适配,该路程在所属的锁止元件通过操纵机构的转动而运动时由相应的操纵元件走过。
按照本发明,设有一个可横向于锁止装置的上导轨转动的、具有一些设置于其上的操纵元件的操纵机构。各操纵元件在此沿汽车纵向设置,其中每一个操纵元件都构造成为了与一个锁止元件共同作用。通过按本发明的操纵元件的结构,尽管到转动轴线的距离不同以及在转动时走过的路程不同,总是几乎同时与锁止元件共同作用。为此设置一个操纵机构,它的操纵元件优选是由弹簧钢制成的呈指杆形的元件,它们固定在操纵机构上或者与之一体地构成。各操纵元件在此优选构成为具有不同的弹性可变形性,使得它们在操纵机构绕着转动轴线转动时尽管走过的路程不同,但是同时地并且均匀地与锁止元件共同作用。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出按本发明的锁止装置的透视图。示出了一个通常固定装配在车身上的下导轨1、一个在下导轨1上导引的上导轨2和一个操纵机构4,在上导轨上设有一些锁止元件3。锁止元件3优选构成销形的、由一根弹簧7预紧并且具有一些优选构成叉形的嵌入元件8。嵌入元件8具有一些凸起8a,它们可以嵌入到在下导轨1上的相应凹槽内。在嵌入元件8与下导轨1上的凹槽之间的啮合优选以这样的方式脱开,即克服弹簧7的预紧力向下按压锁止元件3。
为了向下按压锁止元件3,在操纵机构4上设有一些操纵元件5。这些操纵元件优选构成指杆形的并且分别配属于一个锁止元件3。在所示的实施例中,由一根杠杆管6构成操纵机构4,该杠杆管可以绕一根横向于汽车纵向延伸的轴线S转动。操纵元件5从杠杆管6的一部分延伸出去,它们可以设置成单独的或者一体的,使得它们通过杠杆管6的转动几乎同时位于锁止元件3的上方。在所示的一体的实施方式中,操纵元件5呈指杆形地从一块指杆形板垂直于导轨1、2地伸出。操纵元件(指杆)5优选由弹簧钢制成并且不同长度地构成。位于杠杆管6的转动轴线S最近的指杆5最短;指杆离转动轴线S越远,指杆5的长度连续增加。这样指杆5在与锁止元件3共同作用时不同程度地弹性变形。
离转动轴线S最远的操纵元件优选具有最大的弹性可变形性。离转动轴线S最近的操纵元件相反具有最小的弹性可变形性。这样选择各个操纵元件5的弹性可变形性,使得操纵元件5在杠杆管6转动时在与相应锁止元件3的接触区域内考虑到不同的由各个操纵元件5走过的路程的补偿。因此实现操纵元件5几乎同时并且均匀地作用于相应的锁止元件3上。
图2显示了按本发明的操纵元件5的一种代替的实施方式。图1中的指杆形板由一个在杠杆管6上固定的、与导轨1、2平行布置的杠杆10代替,操纵元件(指杆)5′位于该杠杆上,操纵元件大致在杠杆方向上延伸并且按照板簧的形式构成。操纵元件5′在其弹性可变形性方面也针对在操纵机构4转动时在锁止元件3的方向上走过的路程进行设计。在所示的实例中,离转动轴线最近的操纵元件不由一个指杆5′构成,通常在此杠杆10的一部分直接与锁止元件3共同作用。
现在借助于图3至6以图1所示的实施方式为例进一步解释对于两种所示方案相同的其它作用方式。
图3显示了操纵机构4的一个第一状态,在该状态下,操纵元件5不与通过弹簧7预紧的锁止元件3接触。锁止元件3与嵌入元件8连接,嵌入元件借助凸起8a(见图1)形成叉形并且嵌入到下导轨1中的相应凹槽9内。各凹槽9构成为在下导轨1中的孔图,它具有一个在下导轨1的整个长度上均匀地构成的孔系,以便给叉子提供尽可能多的嵌入可能性,并且从而提供尽可能多的使导轨1、2彼此相对的调整可能性。通过下导轨1中的孔系,一些单个的嵌入元件8通过相应的凸起8a不容纳在下导轨1的凹槽9内,这样使得锁止元件3在挤压弹簧7的情况下保持在一个下面的非啮合位置上(见图3中的中间的锁止元件)。下导轨1中的孔系优选这样设置,使得在所示的实例中嵌入元件8中的至少两个总是与下导轨1的凹槽9卡锁。
为了将锁止元件3或嵌入元件8从下导轨1中脱开,转动杠杆管6并且从而沿箭头P方向转动操纵元件5。图4到6显示了这一过程的其它流程。
图4中,带有操纵元件5的指杆形板位于多个锁止元件3上。在杠杆管6进一步转动时,带有操纵元件5的指杆形板进一步按压到锁止元件3上,此处操纵元件5朝上弯曲。左边的操纵元件最强烈地朝上弯曲,中间的操纵元件较低强度地,右边的离转动轴线S最近的操纵元件不或者几乎不变形。各个操纵元件的可变形性在此与所用的弹簧7的夹紧力以及与各单个操纵元件5沿着方向P转动时走过的路程适配。较长的路程在此要求较大的弹性可变形性。通过各操纵元件的不同的弹性可变形性,锁止元件3克服弹簧7的预紧力均匀地向下按压。此处嵌入元件8向下移动,直到不再存在与下导轨1的啮合。该情况在图6中描述。锁止元件3通过操纵元件5最大地向下按压,使得上导轨2和下导轨1彼此相对运动并且可以调整到所期望的位置上。接着通过操纵元件5的脱开或者转动退回,再一次建立啮合。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于汽车座椅导轨的锁止装置,包括一个固定在汽车上的下导轨(1)、一个固定在座椅上的在下导轨(1)上导引的上导轨(2),其中,上导轨(2)具有多个预紧的、在上导轨(2)的纵向上隔开距离的、用于与下导轨(1)锁止的锁止元件(3);还包括一个固定在座椅部件上可转动地设置的操纵机构(4),用于通过在上导轨(2)的纵向上布置的、设在操纵机构(4)上的操纵元件(5)使锁止元件(3)运动而进入或脱开与下导轨(1)的啮合,其特征在于:
操纵机构(4)具有一个横向于上导轨(2)延伸的转动轴线(S),操纵元件(5)可以绕着该转动轴线和操纵机构(4)一起转动,其中操纵机构(4)上的操纵元件(5)这样设置,使得所述操纵元件(5)可以在操纵机构(4)转动的同时使锁止元件(3)进行运动,并且各操纵元件(5)构成为具有不同的弹性可变形性,其中,每一个操纵元件(5)的弹性可变形性与相应操纵元件(5)走过的路程适配,该路程在所属的锁止元件(3)通过操纵机构(4)的转动而运动时由相应的操纵元件走过。
2.根据权利要求1的锁止装置,其特征在于:操纵元件(5)构成为一体的结构件并且与操纵机构(4)连接。
3.根据权利要求1的锁止装置,其特征在于:操纵机构(4)包括一根杠杆管(6)。
4.根据上述权利要求之一的锁止装置,其特征在于:各锁止元件(3)是垂直于上导轨(2)的纵向构成的并且由一个弹簧(7)背离上导轨(2)预紧的销,操纵元件(5)在转动操纵机构(4)时按压到这些销上。
5.根据权利要求4的锁止装置,其特征在于:销(3)具有嵌入元件(8),用于嵌入到下导轨(1)上的相应凹槽(9)内。
6.根据权利要求2或3的锁止装置,其特征在于:操纵元件(5)是一些指杆形的凸起。
7.根据权利要求1的锁止装置,其特征在于:各个操纵元件(5)的弹性可变形性随着至转动轴线(S)距离的增加而上升。
8.根据权利要求1的锁止装置,其特征在于:操纵元件(5)的弹性可变形性与相应锁止元件(3)的预紧力适配。
